We needed a place to stay while we waited for our new house to be ready, my wife was pregnant and we were dealing with the pandemic all at the same time. Villa Z was a perfect fit. Ground level, quiet street, parking provided, full kitchen, cat friendly, great owners, and a clean comfortable space. We couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend it for short/long visits to Brno, it's 10 minutes to the downtown core by tram, two separate lines located within 3 minutes of the property and local shops within walking distance. Honestly I could go on. Thank you to the owners for their hospitality and generosity.

Nice and neat, really close to the tram station, so you can get to the centre in 10'. it has a coffe expreso machine to have a cappuccino in the morning :)

Приветливые, внимательные, замечательные хозяева, завтраки бесподобные, насыщенные и разнообразные, в апартаментах есть абсолютно все до мелочей, очень уютно, чисто, чувствовали себя как дома, не хотелось уезжать. Красивый, спокойный район, удобно что своя парковка, все необходимое в шаговой доступности. Судя по отзывам - за эти годы так же все замечательно. Всем рекомендую. Очень хотелось бы снова остановиться в этих прекрасных апартаментах!
