Even though this square has to be the main attraction in Brno, it certainly isn't the best place to stay at. There are constantly homeless people wandering around and asking for money/cigarettes which is quite disturbing. One good thing is that there are lots of shops and cafes to chill at. Some of them have terraces outside.

I didn’t like this place and the city too, Prno was really a bad choice,I don’t advise anyone to visit it, actually there is other beautiful places in Czech you must really visit instead of Prno, to be more honest I never feel save to walk as tourists in Prno..

Liberty Square is a beautiful view of the city of Brno. It is the middle of the city and everywhere in the city can easily connect to this area on foot. There are carts with food, at least on the weekend, and street performers. For the curious American, there is a McDonald's that I will try and review in the future, but there are so many other enticing restaurants I want to go to and be repeat customers at within a short radius I have no idea when I'll go. If you are a tourist in Brno, this should be your first stop.

Beautuful city square. Sorrounded by restaurant, bars, shops, fastfood, grocery store, clubs etc. Always hype with different functions. Lovely free chairs to relax in summer🙂

The most beautiful Christmas spot in the city, here you can see the tree all lit up and find a good Christmas market where you can have a plethora of different food and drink mulled wine in the wintertime. The tree inaugurates by the last week of November and it goes up until the end of December. at the Christmas market, you can also get handcrafted items such as necklaces spices and others like cookie cutters, for example

A lovely area bustling with shops, restaurants and amazing buildings and architecture. If your going to Brno you will definitely enjoy some of your time walking around marvelling at the unique buildings, as well as chilling at the restaurants and bars to eat and drink.

Náměstí Svobody (Freedom Square) is a large public square located in the center of Brno, the second-largest city in the Czech Republic. The square is a popular gathering spot for locals and tourists alike, and is surrounded by historic buildings, cafes, and shops. Some of the notable landmarks and buildings around Náměstí Svobody include: The Old Town Hall, a Gothic-style building dating back to the 13th century The Plague Column, a Baroque-style column erected in the 18th century to commemorate the end of the plague epidemic in the city The Reduta Theatre, a neoclassical-style building that is home to the Brno Philharmonic Orchestra The Parnas Fountain, a Renaissance-style fountain featuring statues of Greek mythological figures Throughout the year, the square is host to a variety of events and festivals, including concerts, cultural exhibitions, and Christmas markets.

Fantastic open boulevard to have a walk in the centre of town, enjoy a coffee or even a lunch in the surrounding cafes and bars, under the shadows of trees. Check out what it looks like in a good weather.

The most wonderful Christmas markets in Europe, both the one from Náměšti Svobody and Zelený Trh. Qualitative food and drinks, splendid music, and a lot of shops and Christmas lights ✨️ 😍 👌

I love the irregular shape of this square, which is caused also by the church which stood long time ago in the middle. Also the tram going through the pedestrian zone is not common in Czechia. And the Christmas markets are great with many others nearby.

There was a fall market and celebrations around the square, good atmosphere and many people. I like it also since I used to live there for a couple of years and overall 7 in the town. :)
