Seriously I place a hundred Dollar order and they don’t give me the specific items that they gave me problems about while ordering? Then my 11 piece family meal is all LEGS ???? Like you have to be kidding me. I’m a paying customer and for me to return and then I’m given the remainder of my order that is completely UNEATABLE. My shrimp was burned to a crisp. All the sides were literally only filled barley half way???? This is usually the spot. I’m never come here again. Horrible service all around.

Absolutely horrible! Starting with the service and the chicken is disgusting. Hard enough to chip a tooth off. A complete waste of money. While I was ordering, the employee was cracking up having a great time in the background. That’s maybe why half of my order was missing (it was paid for). Waited in like for a good 25 minutes and then had to wait for the second half of my order to be cooked. How does a place like this keep running? I see I’m not the only one with a horrible experience….

Sunday May28,2023 ordered at 9pm. Today 6pc ghost pepper wings , 12pc family meal. This was So disgusting, and disappointing , 45dollars for cold chicken, undercooked biscuits, and to top it off they gave me all Dark meat. Not 1 chicken breast. This is unacceptable. The biscuits are still gouey and undercooked. I worked all day and had my family waiting for dinner. Whoever the manager is Obviously does not have education on food safety to be giving out undercooked food like this. It was 3 Hispanic women. (Not racist as I am Hispanic as well ), but this is just Honestly ATROCIOUS .

It was great in the early 2000s now the crew and management team has absolutely no care for the customers they carry an attitude for everything if you order in store and Drive tru, its very upsetting that POPEYES INC . had hired the lowest of the low when it comes to customer satisfaction they never fail when it comes to giving you EVERYTHING you payed for sometimes these meals are $50 some dollars. The sanitation of this place in incredibly disgusting 🫣 clearly on the floor when it comes to the staffs attire and just way of being they have hired premature and immature personnel they laugh in your face if they give you the wrong order they basically taunt you! Just to see what the manager will do, when that person steps up to address the situation, they have the worst customer service. I will be making a phone call to the sanitation department its very disturbing to know that the bucket of cleaning supplies stand untop of the lemonade bucket that they serve. I would love to see this place thrive and be the best in the community. It's a shame to see it so sloppy and gross.

Went through the drive-through, and I had to repeat a question like 3 times because she kept saying what? Last one with a bit of an attitude, my food was ready rigth away. But the biscuit tasted so weird and the inside was not done being cooked yet my son was so mad he threw it away as soon as he took a bite. It's his favorite part of the meal.

This location has gone down since the last time I visited it. They have gone to giving you smaller drinks with a meal that cost you more than $12 dollars. There are days the food is good and there are some that it's not so good. I think it's about time for all of us to start back or start cooking at home. If you are going to pay higher rates you might as well shop for food from the grocery stores.

When did they make it mandatory that I can’t get the choose of all dark meat rather then white when ordering a 4 pc meal? I found it very odd that I was told they couldn’t change that and I had to get a mixed box of chicken. I ended up leaving and going to the Popeyes in oak park off Madison and was able to get exactly what I asked for there with no problems. It was out of my way but worth it in the end. If the person taking my order wants to loss money then they are doing a great job at it.

For whatever reason, the service at many Popeyes restaurants is abhorrent! I had the same expectations going into this one, but wow was I wrong! exemplary personnel Very courteous and intelligent young individuals! The manager personally apologized and told me that it will take 10 minutes to finish my order. He even provided my kid and I with free drinks! AWESOME JOB, GUYS! My new Popeye's restaurant has been found!

Nice location! Without a doubt, I'll keep returning. I frequently visit this place and have always received exceptional and helpful service. I've come to know the employees and find them to be all wonderful folks. Big Al, Vic, Yazmin, Iris, Olga, Marrisella, and the rest of the group work amazingly well as a team. Never have I been let down. and I'm crossing my fingers that I never will be. Those tenders are very good!

I used to like this convenient location, but it has dropped significantly in service and food. The employees seem more interested in their phones and talking among themselves then servicing the customers. For a simple order, I felt captive for 45 minutes! I almost left but I had already paid. The WORST experience in fast food...as it was VERY slow!

The lady at the drive through is a complete incompetent moron. I asked her specially for 1 8-piece chicken nugget meal, and two spicy chicken sandwiches meal for Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as sides. The idiot charged each individual drinks and sides separately and then charged me for an 8 piece family meal NOT chicken nugget meal. She then told me it was $55 at the window. I could tell she was a lazy person a by her shrugging and eye rolling. I had said several times I wanted meals. Do not come here. It was this heavy set lady who I think may have been a manager or something.

Rude service! They have no customer service skills. I am one big about customer service! I as an entrepreneur mindset customer service is my #1 priority! In that note when I was ordering I had said thank you to the manger with the gray shirt she had a mean face the whole time not even saying you welcome, no problem I just got a rude faceless no response. As a manger you will think she will have some kind of customer experience! Even her worker handling the food to me also had that sinking face look after I also said thank you. Not only they all have that I am miserable face, NO ONE IS WEARING GLOVES KNOWING COVID IS STILL OUT THERE! After noticing the attitude and no gloves, gave me the do not trust this place! I threw my food away. Went to get tacos instead! These two things is enough for me and my family, will not come back! This place doesn’t give that welcome or come back feeling at all! Hoping all the customers who eats here doesn’t get sick! 🙏🏽
