Lived here since 2016 and love it. Management fills the apartments with nice neighbors and keeps everything running smoothly. The location is perfect with nearby shopping and restaurants. Trader Joe’s on the ground floor is a major plus. There is a large parking garage connected to the apartments. The amenities are perfect. We are pet friendly with lots of friendly pets.

We have been living in this nice community for the past 1 year and having great time. The management team has been great! The property manager Erin Burrow goes out of the way to make sure the tenants are happy. Maintenance team's response time is amazing! Nice location. We don't have any negative things to post. We just renewed the lease for another 12 months.

Extremely satisfied with our stay here. Everything about the place from the location, amenities, apartment quality, cleanliness of the property, office staff and maintenance staff are top-notch. We had a very good experience from the start while securing the apartment with the help of Thania, Ana and Santiago, and that positive experience continued for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment community if looking for a decent, affordable and memorable place to stay in the Oak Park area!

I’ve lived here for almost 2 months now and has been the best living decision I could have made! The leasing staff, Ana and Santiago, are super nice and straight up! The maintenance staff has been excellent fixing 2 minor issues I had both promptly and timely. Everyone I have run into in the building is friendly and respectful. The management company is always sending emails updating residents with things going on in the building and keeping residents in the loop. I searched for months to find the right building in Oak Park and am so glad to be here! Highly recommend!!

Camera’s not allowed in memory care? It’s the law but Willam the administrator thinks it doesn’t apply to his facility. He took the camera out of my dads room & refuses to return my brothers phone calls. The fact that he doesn’t want a camera in my dads room seem’s very suspect, otherwise he would allow one.

My child has lived here for two years and it has been great. The office is very responsive when maintenance is needed. They go out of their way to be helpful. When moving from one apartment to another, they listened to our needs and found us a great fit. The amenities are wonderful. The gym room is comprehensive. It has been great renting the party room for special events. Add all of this to the location and it gets 5 stars.
