Worst Popeyes I've ever been I had the worst experience ordering they didn't even ask if we wanted drinks. The chicken was gooy and not crunchy mac and cheese was burnt only thing good was Mt mashed potato

One of the worst in this area. Today I went to purchase the sweet & spicey wings that have been heavily promoted there are several pictures outside of the restaurant as well but they don’t have them! This location consistently runs out of certain menu items or you have to wait for them to cook spicey strips or chicken. Customer service is horrible as well. I don’t understand the bad attitudes especially when I am a nice paying customer.

very dirty, the bathrooms smell like rot and piss and it seems like they don't even clean them.. the dinning area is dirty, the floor is filled with crumbs, trash and the ALL the tables were not cleaned, they all had leftover crumbs from past customers.. terrible place if you want to dine in, also the employees were ordering their own food while they had customers waiting in line and i believe also in drive thru.. i'm surprised this place is even still open and inspectors haven't revoked the license due to cleanliness

I had the worst experience ever I placed the order online an hour before and the cashier told me the order didn't appear...... I waited for another whole hour and then I talked to the manager and refused to give me my food just because they didn't received the order and I even showed her my receipt and still refused to give me the food and just told me to ask for a refund on the app and had no other choice then to leave the store empty-handed because even the app told me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a response..... I was so disappointed because that specific order was going to be my Thanksgiving dinner for me and my wife.....This ruined my Thanksgiving ill never   get popeyes ever again....

I went to this Popeye on cermak I wasn't told about the deals on chicken that they had I was sold 12 piece of chicken for $27 when they had a deal going chicken for 10 piece of chicken for $12 I had to call another Popeye to see if I didn't get a good i when I got home the chicken was not write it wasn't even crispy it was like if it been boiled I would not go back here again I felt something was wrong when I was charged $27 for a 12 piece chicken I wasn't even offered the deals that I wouldn't want anyway the chicken is terrible

This Popeyes is the most clean popeyes I ever seen I love all the food specially because my food was ready in less than 5 minutes all the workers are respectful and friendly I will definitely come back👍
