Culvers is pricey. But their custard is amazing, the staff is always friendly, and the quality of food is good. Their fish dinner is delicious and thick! 16$ for a 3pc but well worth it if that's what you're craving

If I can give it a 0 I would. I spend over 50$ For food and I came home eating the burger and noticing it was a little raw. Didn’t think much of it until my sister mention that her food was RAW. I couldn’t believe who even let this on a burger it wasn’t busy at all. This is sad. Who ever was cooking must me blind or some to even let this happen. The cooker needs to be trained again.

sweet tea is great but today the sweet tea was just sugar water with almost no tea to it. Disappointed with the service today. The photo attached is the way the culvers sweet tea looked next to wendys sweet tea. When telling them about the tea they were extremely rude with me and aggressive, every day since they gave me that they call me by my name and are extremely rude to me. They told me that they wont make tea for me and that they make it that way(even though i go every day and know how they make it) he didnt believe me and was agressive when i tried to show him how watered down the tea was. After that he slammed the window in my face and told me to leave.

Great location. All Culver's are clean, fast, friendly, and fresh. This location takes it up a notch. Plenty of help. Was asked "need anything" several times. Don't forget that these are hourly employees, not going to get tipped. Tip from my daughter: get a kid's meal....portions are only a bit smaller...burger, fries, drink, and a custard with one topping...all for under $6.00. Go here after church on Sundays. Treat yourself and the kids.

People are nice, place is clean, service is great. Only problem is that you get stuck in there nine to receive your order. If they would tell the people when they tell them to move up they tell them to move up as far as they can go there wouldn't be a problem.

Best Culver's I've been to so far. Never frozen beef burgers, real ice cream. The custard was like it was just whipped 😋 everything was absolutely delicious 😋 😍

Upon receiving my order, I could already tell that there was little to no love put into my food. HOWEVER, sensing my dissatisfaction with my order, in comes the absolute godsend of an employee, Aiden M. to save the day. He asks me if I'm satisfied with my order, and I tell him I feel there is no love put into my order. Hearing these words Aiden without hesitation takes my bag, caresses it softly, and speaks sweet sweet words to my food, and gives my bag a gentle but firm hug, and gives my order back. Taken aback by this amazing display of affection towards my order, I take a cheese curd out and take a bite. When I tell you it was the most amazing, awe-inspiring, glorious cheese curd I have ever tasted. It was enough to make a grown man cry. And that's okay. I generously tip Aiden and proceed to devour my order right then and there. I will most definitely be coming back.

I only ordered fries. They were hot and fresh. Wanted a veggie burger, but the one they have that wasn't even on the outside menu has cheese INSIDE. That's like only having regular burgers with cheese inside the meat. You're not given a CHOICE.

OMG, what can I say what can I say Culver's speaks for itself!!!!! They have absolutely incredible customer service that always goes above and beyond. They're food their food is always consistent and and absolutely delicious beyond anything!!!! I am so proud to highly recommend this location as well as Culver's in general!

Good food, clean facility, quick service. Everything was piping hot! And who doesn't love a cold milkshake in the summer?

Kids at the counter, not very interested in having a job. Cod sandwiches were tasty, cheese curds are good. My fries were bland, but whatever. A little pricier than I remembered, I hadn't been there in a while. Hubby & I finished off with the Andes Avalanche milkshakes. Enough candy in the bottom to choke a horse! Way too much for a medium shake, easy with the candy bits, kids!

The girl at the window will make you laugh she's cute to. Other than that for fast food it's good,same with the custard. Recommended the concrete mixers.

Welcoming and pleasant atmosphere, excellent service paying attention to incoming customers, ordering was very smooth in person (prefer over the touch screen computers), food quality better than most competitors, clean and spacious dining area sezonly decorated, in addition outside seating area available too.

Food was great but service from Danny was even better. I would come back based on my interaction with Danny alone. He is the kindest purest soul if every food industry worker was like him the world would be a better place. It’s good to know there are still people like Danny out there

Custard! Some of the best and freshest custard in town. Franklin Park is not blessed with good ice cream but this is the place. We always go for the pints. Much better deal. The General Manager was awesome! Thumbs up to you.

My husband went with a coupon, gave to cashier , did not take coupon off. Went back cashier said nothing they can do. Spoke to manager, he took care of issue. Need to train cashiers better.

This Culvers used to be five stars, great service, and wonderful employees. Now for the past two week the same drive thru attendant has put the wrong order twice and when she repeats it at the window she repeats it the way you ordered so you have no way of knowing your food will be wrong. She’s clearly new which I understand and maybe management doesn’t make it easy for her to ask questions during order, but some retraining needs to be done. Today I ordered a simple cheddar butter burger basket instead she wrang me up for a pub cheddar burger (which costs more) and subtracted all the stuff from the pub burger and added what I wanted on it (ketchup). Last week I ordered cheese curds instead of fries at the window she said curds again so I figured she had it. When I got home there were fries I checked the receipt and no curds on the receipt. So clearly she didn’t add them at all. I can’t imagine how much extra money this culvers has made because she will put more expensive food on there and then customize it to the customers liking. Again things have really slipped here.

Poor quality food. Ordered two bbq pub cheeseburgers and it was absolutely disgusting. Bread was hard to chew and the cheese had a plastic consistency. The meat was cold and hard. It seemed like these burgers were left out all day and reheated. I will not be coming back here ever again. I waited 10 minutes for what I thought would be fresh food. I was wrong. What a waste of money.

I'm went to other location and I love it, but this one is a complete disappointment we were very hungry and we spent about $30 to end up throwing away all the cheese scurts and the burger, had no flavor at all, it's very strange but that's how it was, like I said I vicit others and it's very good, but this one nooooo

First time and I already got hooked !!!!! Let's start by saying that it was my first and it won't be my last coming to this places, since their food was amazing. I was not expecting a lot, since my experiences with restaurants that sell cheap burgers tend to dissapoint me, but not here. Their burger was on point, especially for the price that they sell them with the add on. Because of such low expectations that I have on burger joints, I usually tend to make them myself, but this restaurant has just made me want to skip the kitchen and the hassle of making a good juicy burger.

Menu should have meal numbers. Staff doesn't know the difference between the butter burger and the butter burger deluxe. Doesn't take $50 dollar bills even though they are legal tender! When will eat in open??? Drive through sucks!!!
