Working with Pure Freight Lines since 2 years - and I really enjoy the honest partnership. Pure Freight Lines is definitely one of my favourite client to work with. All the employees are really nice from Dispatcher Diana, Vukan and Duke to their recruiter Becky to Milo and Dan. Looking forward to work with them for a very long time.

Their van broke down during my home time and it had to be towed back to Franklin park. I was charged for it after refusing to drive it while sputtering and it not going over 45mph Danny the guy who owned the van didn’t respond to my texts making sure the van was safely returned, fuel card and BOLS recovered that I left in there van. But instead Becky who originally hired me on stated I was charged for the $953 tow and wouldn’t receive a check because I did not return the van. Took them to small claims court they didn’t show up and were found in default. Danilo B now has this on his ten year credit history for unpaid wages for a driver. Thank you judicial system for finding this guy at fault

I've been employed with pure going on 3yrs now and I must say it is absolutely by far one of the best companies I've ever worked for. From the respect that is given to you as a PERSON as well as an employee to the way they maintain equipment ,to the absolute attention they pay to you as a employee in times of need plus the patience given when through dialog when problem solving makes it hard to find any MAJOR complaints from my point of view

I met Lydiel Haynes yesterday. We were both victims of an accident which could have been worse because the perp tried to run. But, and I didn't know this , he was driving a Porsche Macan , which shuts down when in an accident because the gas tank drains. So he didn't get away. I spent an hour chatting with Lydiel. I have been working with Pure Freight Lines since 2016 and never had any problems. The company is very well organized and pleasure to work with. The office staff are very professional. I love this company! I’ve been here almost 8 months and I wish I would have been here 10 years ago! Dan, Milo, Marko, Pete, & Becky are all really nice/easy to deal with! They are gonna have to fire me to get me to leave! I got a flat tire on the container and had to wait 10 hours for a repair! I got paid for every hour I was out there! A great company!

I just left TA Demotte, IN Nov 14,2023 6:09 pm and one of your drivers, truck #1196 parked at the pump and took a break! Him and his girlfriend went inside to shop, I saw them browsing around when I went in for coffee while my husband was getting fuel . As my husband finished up I went back in to get the fuel ticket and they were still at the pump inside the truck just sitting there this time. Meanwhile other truckers are waiting to actually fuel their truck. So just in case this company doesn’t know your drivers shouldn’t be taking breaks at the pump! Your driver was so very inconsiderate and disrespectful with this act he displayed not caring about all the other drivers waiting! PLEASE LET YOUR DRIVERS KNOW NOT TO BREAK AT THE PUMP!!!

They snuck on my truck parking yard. 2 weeks and did not pay. Refuse to pay for parking for their black drivers. So sad that a russian company would do this.
