Guy taking the orders on the phone could use some customer service training. Almost hung up on him because he was rude. Gave him the benefit of the doubt. Pizza was good, although when you pay $2 extra per topping, there should be more than a few pieces. Probably won’t return

We ordered food @930 and when food was picked up the cheeseburger was not near close to the order we placed. The fat boys that we ordered we not near done either. Shame it was like this we always have had decent service.

Poor service, terrible food. Ordered a steak and cheese sub, to find it still had paper on the steak and served on my sub roll. Ordered an Italian sub too, hardly any meat on it. Bacon cheese fries, cheese wasn't even melted. At 9:30 pm, we were finishing up, waitress came to start cleaning our table taking our plates away from us, they don't even close until 10, just very rude, not to mention she was making out with her boyfriend just a table away in front of us. Won't be back.

We gave been going to this restaurant for years but Friday night was not a good thing. One of us ordered a ham sub, another ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich, and the other ordered pizza. Well pizza was fine. Ham sub was ok, BBQ chicken sandwich came out wrong. It was sent back, came out wrong again, sent back while waiting the waitress asked whst we were waiting for (another waitress took the sandwich back) so our waitress went back and brought out the sub we sent back!!! Finally we got the right sandwich. Then I ordered a sub to go and that wasn't right either!!!

My go to place for Italian and has been for years. Good food and better wait staff. Only gave the atmosphere four stars because sometimes when I'm there Manchester's not winning 🙂☺️

Great little Italian place, my husband loved the spaghetti and meatballs and the Vodka Penne was delicious. Our server Milena was awesome as well.

Great service great food also they have great prices will definitely eat here again soon

Food is always good, my only complaint would be is that the pizza is not consistent. I always get the pizza special. Sometimes it's great and other times it is good. The steak cheese is always good along with the fries. Service is always excellent.

Food been good my kids love this place and so does my wife and I such decent service and food always seems fresh when we get it.!

This was a quick stop on my way to visit family. I preordered 3 dozen wings. They were delicious and not one was left uneaten! The atmosphere...? It didnt really have any. I think the food is why ppl go there!

Prices went up. Food is still great, my fat boy was cold. Subs got shorter

For as busy as they were, the execution was still spot on. My order was on time, piping hot, and delicious. Now I just need to find someone to share with!

Bald guy behind counter should go into another business where not to be exposed to customer service. Pizza was my last straw and will drive right by to go to another location. Hardly enough topping to call it a pepperoni pizza.

All they do is constantly harp about a tip we placed an delivery order on Friday night for 78.00 and theu forgot half our food in there vehicle we already tipped the driver when he cam back to bring the rest of our food over 45 minutes later he looked up and said what no tip. Tonight we placed a carry out order my daughter went and picked it up and he made her tip him before he would give him our order we picked up and paid 70.00 for I won't be ordering there anymore

Amazing pizza and great costumer service.

First time eating there(recommended by a friend) and the food was great! The stuffed meat pizza is a must try! Only had a little mistake on a sub but was taken care of right away. Will definitely go back! The staff that we spoke with was very nice.

We have eaten here twice. Once was take out then Today eat in. Take out was excellent and eat in service was even better. Pasta dishes are amazing!!

Why is it so difficult for these places to put anything on the pizza? You pay 2 bucks for each extra topping and there is barely anything there but the crust

To be honest, good food like this that offers delivery? Genius idea. The food quality is that of a sit in only restaurant, but it is in an atmosphere of a diner and offers delivery!

The food here is always delicious and arrives pretty fast , clean resteraunt worth going. 1 star taken away bc out server wasn't very in tune with us. Wrong drink orders , took over 15 min. To get refill. Got check and waited over 10 minutes while she just stood talking to friends. Great eats not so good waitress this time

Food was good but small subs and hardly any fries for the price . Ya pay for 6 inch and only get 4 inch . Same with pizza . But prices stay hight

Food is a lesser quality than it used to be and our delivery orders are rarely correct. 2 stars because the delivery guy is always friendly and kind.

The food is amazing but today the delivery driver wasnt very respectful. He just came and barged info my house when he gave me the wrong order. And I never got my onion rings which I paid for. Maybe get some new delivery drivers.
