The waxist, Karina, was amazing! Excellent service from her, she is wonderful! The two young women working at the front desk were very hostile to me for no reason. They acted super annoyed with me when I was trying to book an appointment, leave a tip, pay with a card, etc. like I somehow wasn’t doing things fast enough. When I asked questions they got annoyed and treated me like I was stupid or difficult for asking. So sad!

Michelle is the absolute best. She makes me feel comfortable and her work is perfect every time. Everyone at the front desk knows me by name and makes me feel so welcome. Also my schedule is pretty crazy and they are very flexible with rescheduling me if need be, which I truly appreciate. Everything is clean and crisp! I love love love coming here!

Kristina is patient and always attentive to my needs. She is thorough and makes it a point to check in with me after she is done waxing. I highly recommend Kristina!

Deanna at Framingham’s EWC is the best. She’s personable and makes you feel so comfortable! She is absolutely a professional and talented at her job. I consistently drive from Springfield (over 1.5h) to see her because I can’t bear to loose her as my waxer!

Love love LOVE EWC!!! Priscilla was so kind and made the entire process very comfortable. And when they say speed wax, they mean it! In and out in less than 25 minutes, cleansed, waxed and they used this serum to prevent ingrowns. The facility was spotless and honestly the best waxing experience I’ve ever had. Booked my next appointment right after! 10/10
