First time EVER THAT I CAN SAY IN 40 YEARS I HAVE HAD THE WORST SERVICE. THE 2 GIRLS ONE WITHOUT A NAME TAG THE OTHER Alyssa were rude. No hi can I help you. Asked about the free ornament THAT I COULD NOT GET BECAUSE THE STORE DIDNT HAVE THEM YET ARE NOW SOLD OUT. ALYSSA WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE. MY BAG WAS SHOVED UNDER THE PLASTIC INSTEAD OF BEING BROUGHT AROUND AND NOT EVEN A THANK YOU! I GUESS THIS STORE NO LONGER NEEDS MY BUSINESS.

I just came at 8pm on a Thursday only to find the doors are locked, but the hours posted say 9am-8:30pm everyday expect Sunday. The emoloyee noticed I was looking to get in, and instead of saying she’s closing early, she goes ahead and turns off the light instead. Looked like an older woman. Sad service.

I usually don't shop at Nan's Hallmark but was in the area at the time. The clerk that helped me was super nice. Busy when I was there but went fast since 2 aisles where open to check out. Lady checking me out was super nice also. Will return to Nan's Hallmark in the future.

Have the best variety of cards and all sorts gift items available from Birthday, bvs mail to holiday and even the unexpected grievances. Nan’s is very friendly, respectful and extremely helpful.

So so many things to choose from in the store. Staff are always very friendly and helpful when shopping.
