Beautiful trails in Kettle Moraine State Forest! The various hiking trails are very clearly marked, with maps posted periodically as well. I did the 8mile hike, and only saw 2 discarded water bottles along the whole trail. Very well kept up!

An excellent opportunity to hike in such beautiful surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the bike riders and their friendly attitude towards us. All of the bike riders we encountered were fun to see. A photographer's paradise of photo opps. Difficult to find a bad view. Several small ponds were gorgeous. Boots and a walking stick were a good decision as was my camera. There is a lot more trails to explore for us in the future. Hats off to the creator of the park.

A great place to mountain bike. I accessed it by the connector trail from the Emma Carlin trails. Super fun loop with a couple challenging climbs but mostly just fun flow trails. This loop combined with the Emma Carlin connector trails and the Emma Carlin loops is around 30 miles and a great day of mountain biking!!!!

Follow the trail for the foot traffic. The trails are beautiful and challenging. We saw some bikers and they were nuce and polite to us. Did a good 11miles. Definitely worth a hike!

Took the white trail and it was REALLY icy but worth it! Took us about 2 hours at the pace we had. Really pretty and you go through different types of woods so it gives it a nice mix up. Definitely recommend, can't wait to go back in spring and bike/hike some more!
