All of our choices were excellent. Really great food.

Looked forward to this place eat time I’m in Madison. But I don’t know what happened. The guy at the counter was rude and would not speak. He just gave a thumbs up. The soda machine was out of everything. Tables were dirty Just so disappointed. Hope they turn things around soon.

So over this place. Ordered delivery which took almost two hours because the restaurant didn't have the food ready and the Doordash driver had to wait almost an hour for the pickup. Then one of our subs was completely wrong... wrong meat and the toppings were wrong too. Try calling to let them know your order was incorrect? No one answers the phone nor do they have voicemail. We ordered extra toppings on two other subs and paid extra for them, but there was barely anything on it. So disappointing as we used to love this place and have ordered many times, but in the last few months everything has gone completely downhill!

Ordered food on Doordash tried getting Kool aid and some sandwiches. I got the chronic with some bell peppers. It had no veggies except the bell peppers, they put jalapeños on my friends custom sandwich, and didn't even get my Kool aid.

I was there last night ordered a turkey sandwich and they put some kind of hot peppers on it, and after that they regroup to see my reaction. the guy maybe the cook or something was hitting the bar with the hand they were just waiting for my reaction, if i was allergic i wasn't here to tell the story. be careful eating in this place.

Literally the worst Italian sub I've ever had in my life. My friend got the 5-0 & we couldn't even tell the difference. Went up to the staff & took 2 of them to figure out which one was which. It even took 2 minutes to get their attention & they were just on their phones. Literally the food & staff is a 1 star & that's being generous. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Ordered via online, DD. Order took almost 2 hrs to prepare, & DD took about 25 min to find dasher... didn't receive order until almost 3 hrs past initial order. Had ordered the sub, but in salad version. Do not recommend. They just put meat, mushrooms, bacon, & cheese all in the same cup...well, it was just glob of cheese as it was put in with hot meat...can't add that to salad. Bacon was 2 undercooked slices. Just don't order the sub to salad option....bad all the way around.

Good food. Friendly staff. The bar is a very nice touch. Drinks are great! Take change for the parking 25 cents for 8 minutes.

Went with friends and seemed like a very interesting place. I have an eating disorder so I did not partake of anything there this time. The friends I went with said it's a great spot and one of their favorites.

As visitors to Madison my partner was infatuated with visiting here and liked it enough to go back a second time for food. I thought the bartender was very friendly and easygoing, and the cheesybread was definitely enjoyable, but some of the (all male) clientele were just a bit gawky at us. No big deal and it was easy to appreciate this for what it was- a good place for a beer, a shot, and some munchies.

Please update hours! Deeply disappointed to arrive at 11am on Sunday only to find the doors locked even though the hours online and on the menu stated to be open at 10am. We raved about how amazingly delicious the subs were to the group we brought that day but sadly had to go elsewhere.

Takes 50 minutes for a simple sandwich. Worst customer service ever. Do you really pay money for these workers? I know it is funny to seek professionalism in a sandwich store, but these guys are not worth hiring.

Amazing staff!! Shout out to the cashier working tonight! He was going through his first time taking orders. Did phenomenal and was a super cool dude. Subs are great- Potbelly quality with more unique options. Thanks for the awesome service tonight. We’ll come back soon.

My favorite place to eat anywhere!!! I've eaten at some of the most famous places in NY and this place has my heart! All the subs I've tried have always been nothing short of amazing! Also I suggest pretzel bites- best ever! Also there is a bar which I've yet to try!!

The Theme is cool and everything, but super run down and old. The employees kids that are slow and distracted with each other. I asked for no cheese like 3 times, So much that I actually felt ridiculous repeating myself, and still got cheese on my sub. Stood at the bar for 5 min while the bartender talked to her freind at the bar with 3 ppl at it, and drinks at the bar are subpar at best. “Cool aid and rail liquor shots are not it. And apparently they don’t have orange juice? lol. Get subway and save yourself time and money.

I live up north and this is the closest cheba hut location to me, my boyfriend took me here 3 years ago and since then I’d seriously rather eat here than any 5 star restaurant we’ve been to 😂😅 since we live so far though I only get to come so often, and this last weekend we got to visit and the order got messed up twice, both times I didn’t check it before we left so it’s partly my fault. Just so sad I never got the sub I wait for all year 😭 I’m forever waiting for them to get a location up north 😂

The best sub I ever had. Ingredients were so fresh. I had the 5-0 sub. I literally went back to this sub four hours later and it was still fresh.

Walked in not knowing what I was walking into. Super chill environment, awesome employees and great food. They even serve kool-aid!!! If I had to knock it for anything.... It would be music is a bit loud to hear the person taking your order. Will definitely be back.
