Weāve
been
clients/customers
for
over
20
years.
For
about
a
couple
of
years
now,
Iāve
been
very
disappointed.
I
havenāt
been
disappointed
in
the
Veterinarians,
but
the
staff.
The
veterinarians
have
been
awesome
but
the
service
truly
starts
with
your
front
desk.
Every
time
I
call
I
donāt
get
good
customer
service.
The
front
desk
needs
to
be
more
polite
and
helpful.
We
recently
got
a
new
puppy
and
I
havenāt
had
a
puppy
in
a
while
therefore
I
had
a
lot
of
questions.
I
inquired
about
puppy
classes,
recommendations
for
outside
puppy
classes,
etc.
The
answer
I
got
was
I
donāt
know.
I
had
to
ask
to
get
a
follow
up.
The
lady
was
very
short,
rude,
and
not
helpful.
In
the
past,
I
would
get
the
help
and
follow
up
I
needed.
Every
time
I
call
itās
I
donāt
know
and
the
unwillingness
to
help.
I
understand
everyone
is
busy
and
short
staffed
but
customer
service
is
where
it
starts.
If
a
business
doesnāt
have
good
customer
service
the
business
loses
customers.
Thatās
exactly
what
happened
in
our
situation.
This
last
time
that
I
called
to
schedule
a
follow
up
appointment
for
our
puppy,
the
front
desk
was
rude,
not
helpful
and
very
disrespectful.
At
that
moment
I
had
enough.
Iāve
given
plenty
of
chances
and
opportunities
for
Lodi
Vet
to
change
and
in
the
course
of
two
years
nothing
has
changed.
Lodi
Vet
lost
a
client/customer
who
has
been
with
them
for
almost
20
years
with
a
multiple
dog
household.
I
hope
Lodi
Vet
can
change
and
have
a
little
more
respect
when
customers/clients
call
to
get
service.
