We visited for my birthday and had a great dinner with my family. The Outlaw Ribeye Steak was terrific. Nicely grilled and perfectly cooked medium rare. We also had pork chops (3 chops!), Chicken Tenders and Parmesan Crusted Chicken. The Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breasts (2 pieces) was also one I would highly recommend! Great sides too, really liked the whole baked sweet potato, caesar salad, and fresh steamed brocolli. Entrees come with a side and salad choice, but they let us pick two sides (no salad) instead. Pedro D, our server, took good care of us and even led the chorus in a happy birthday rendition for me! The free desert was fantastic too (sign up in advance to the loyalty program). The Chocolate Stampede was outstanding and huge and free for my Birthday - I recommend sharing!

We ordered 4 meals for curbside takeout. My wife sat in her car waiting 30 minutes for our order that was ready when she got there but failed to deliver it to her in a timely manner resulting in cold food by the time it got home. When we got home we realized 1 and a half of our meals were missing. We paid almost 70 dollars to not get our entire order. As you see in the photo instead of receiving each of our meals in large containers, everything was separated in 9 smaller containers. My medium stake was cooked well-done which made it unable for me to chew. Literally everything went wrong with my order. They must have a terribly trained staff.

One of the Best meal I have ever had! Corn was so good, full of flavor. Steak was cooked perfectly and the potatoes burst with flavor.

LongHorn has always been one of my favorite cheaper steakhouses to eat at. I’ve never had a complaint on service or food until tonight. Service was mediocre, server barely checked on us actually had to flag her down after sitting for 5+ min when our steaks were cooked incorrectly , ask for checks, boxes, refills. When we finally grabbed her attention that both steaks were made incorrectly (overcooked, should have been MR & M ) she took them back, I then assume the manager was the one to bring the new ones back and stayed and waited until we cut into them again. Both steaks were then very undercooked, I told my mom to keep hers the Medium steak (was cooked as a MR) but as for mine the MR it’s was cold on the inside and pretty much still mooing. Sent it back a second time just to get it back still under cooked. The manager asked I wanted her to throw it back on AGAIN but after that point I said no it was fine because I wasn't about to send it back a 3rd time. I took two bites of my food that then seemed like it was a steak that was seared and then microwaved just to make it hot and then asked for boxes after waiting for our server to come back around again and requested boxes. Pictured below is of my MR steak. I’m not one to complain yet alone write a review but this was absolutely terrible all around. I’ve eaten at many steak houses & supper clubs and never have I ever Gotten a medium rare steak that looks like this. We paid for our food but I wish we hadn’t, not only that but you would think they would have given more than 10% off our bill for having to send a steak back more than once.

Went Saturday February 6th to celebrate my birthday early. My husband and I had never been there before. I got steak and lobster,he had steak and it was amazing! Steak melted in your mouth like the lobster did! Waitress was very personable and funny! Great overall atmosphere! Thanks again! We will be back!!!💛❤💛❤

I never leave negative reviews ANYWHERE I go, I always just deal and go on with my day but my experience here on 1/6/2021 was ridiculous and something I have never experienced ever. It was my boyfriends birthday and we aren’t even from Madison, WI. We decided to come here because it was close to the hotel & any other longhorn we’ve been to is always pretty good. We called 5 minutes before we left our hotel to ask if there was a wait and was told there was no wait, we leave and get there to be told there is a 20 minute wait, so we wait 20 minutes. we finally get seated and the bartender ends up being our waitress, very inattentive, didn’t seem like she wanted to wait on us, I was being overly nice because I just genuinely thought she was having a rough day but it just progressively gets worse. We were also sat next to a group of guys, i definitely think it’s okay to laugh, conversate & what not with your table but these dudes were yelling at the top of their lungs, cussing non stop, to the point were me and my boyfriend could barley talk, it’s just simple respect & they didn’t care about anyone else at the restaurant trying to enjoy their meal & the whole staff seemed to be friends with them so we didn’t say anything. our whole dinner. We get our drinks & then our food 20 minutes or so later, never was asked for a refill, my glass was empty & didn’t have any sauce, was never checked up on. my boyfriend did get a different waiters… should say hostess attention to get us sauce & she brought it back & still our waitress never checked up on us, we were barley done with our food and our waitress brought us our check with a 25% discount?? them knowing something went and didn’t acknowledge it? just set it on the table and didn’t say a word and left, i set my card on it when we were done, came and grabbed it & brought it back. absolutely no communication or anything. we just got up and left.

Food was very good. Large portions and cooked very well. Our first visit here and pleasantly surprised.

We came after shopping all day out near Milwaukee to grab a birthday meal for my daughter (her 18th!) close to home. We must’ve gotten here at the perfect time! No wait time when we got in the door. (But by the time we left, there was a line! Lucky us!!) We had excellent service. The server/waiter gave suggestions when asked, and I am so glad! My drink was good, appetizers and salad came out at a good time, the bread was warm and wonderful. And the Steaks and burger were seasoned beautifully and cooked to order just as we asked. (They forgot my broccoli for a moment, but upon asking, it was promptly delivered with apologies. No big deal! It was crisp and fresh and tasted great!) Waiter was attentive even though he was getting very busy. Not hovering, not ignoring. Even comped my daughter’s cake at the end for her birthday! Couldn’t have asked for a better end to our day! Thank you so much for your excellent service!

Ordered a medium-rare sirloin steak with rice pilaf. The steak looked fine and the seasoning was good but it was extremely difficult to cut and chewing it was like bubblegum. Two other members of the party got the same steak and everyone's was very chewy. The presentation of the steak and rice was very disappointing (see photo). Though the food was rather lack-luster the service was excellent and the server always made sure we had everything we needed. The space was clean and cozy. The bathrooms were clean. For chain steakhouse it's average food but above average service.

I stopped in for lunch with a couple people. The establishment was clean and we were seated promptly. Our waitress was very friendly, but rather on the slow side / not super attentive. All of us enjoyed our food. I will definitely come back since there are a few other things on the menu I'm interested in trying.

Party of 10. 6 plates were warm. Birthday dinner. Got a discount from great black management. But service was good until she just never came back. I'm usually impressed. So I'll be back but it was the super long wait that was wild. We'll try a different time.. Not a Friday at 5 with a 40 minute wait. Before seating.. going to buy hot food now!

The staff was friendly and attentive. He stopped by several times to see how we were doing. The steak was very good. The grilled shrimp made really good leftovers when I got home. The mango margarita was quite tasty. The fresh loaf of bread served as an appetizer was excellent.

Had the shrimp and lobster soup. Then a perfectly cooked medium Flo’s filet with 8 Redrock grilled shrimp, asparagus, and a loaded baked potato. Plus a raspberry lemonade. Waiter was very attentive and refilled my lemonade a few times. Never had an empty glass.

Very good food, great service. This location has always had great management and the quality control is on par with DRI standards. The longhorn old fashioned & the 3 dons margarita is a must have.

I came in with my family, and we ordered pretty much everything. The desserts were amazing. I would have taken more pictures, but everything looked so good. Everyone started eating it up faster than a teenager threatened with grounding if they didn't put away the groceries. I had the 6 Oz sirloin with a 4 Oz lobster tail with a parmesan crust, mushrooms, and sauteed onions. It was incredible. The parmesan crust made the stake (which was already practically perfect and medium rare) even better. It was comparable to a Filet mignon. Super tender, beautifully red, and perfectly seasoned. The lobster tail was really good. It's not as good as the stake, but it's still amazing in its own right. I got to try a shrimp skewer, and it was also amazing. The side I ordered was the Mac and cheese. It was the best macaroni and cheese I have EVER had, and I have had some amazing mac and cheese. We got their sampler and tried their white cheddar stuffed mushrooms, spicy chicken bites, and spinach dip. All of it was incredible. I pefered the raspberry lemonade vs. their strawberry lemonade. We also tried most of the desserts. They were all amazing. The only one we did not try was the cheesecake. If you want to try many things and have a little to take home, I highly recommend getting the 6 Oz sirloin and 4 Oz lobster tail. The stake is kind of small, but it was the perfect size to be able to try many things.Our server, Chris, was very kind and helpful. Overall, everything was incredible. The only thing is that if you are on a tight budget, this is not the best option, as our bill for 8 was close to 400. It was still well worth it. I highly recommend this place for great food and great service.

Had a fantastic meal at Longhorn. Servers were friendly and helpful, and the decorations were on theme. Food all came out in timely fashion, with salad and bread coming quickly and entrees soon after. Our ordered included the Chopped Beef, Ribeye, and Parmesean Crusted Chicken. All 3 were delicious, juicy, and flavorful. Also came with sides which made for a decent value on the meal. Would definitely come again.

Excellent meal! The server, Chip, did such an amazing job entertaining us and providing us with tips for our meal. Super personable. I got a 12oz ribeye steak, medium. It was cooked perfectly. I added parmesan crust to it (I would skip that next time, although really good, super rich). I also got the brussel sprouts. A little too sweet for me. My partner got a 9oz fillet, medium rare. Perfectly cooked. He loved it. He got rice pilaf. That was decent. We also got the Texas tonions (bloom in onion, longhorn version). Those were very good, but I was so full by the time I got to my steak. The server stated that they use fresh onions compared to outback. Overall, it was a great experience. Will be back. We were greeted with a smile the waitress was awesome we will feed it from others an inappropriate distance due to this pandemic. The waitress was awesome friendly kind and on point timely manner and bringing our food. I always enjoy this place with my family as well as friends I would suggest if you're looking for a great atmosphere and place for you and your family too build memories and have fun to go here.

The food was great but the timing needs improvement from when they bring the main course out to finishing your salad. Absolutely love their chicken bites!

We had never eaten at a Longhorn Steakhouse before. Our granddaughter picked it for her Birthday dinner.- she's eaten here before and her Mom and Dad like it. We grandparents found the food pretty disappointing- it was impossible to find anything healthy on the menu and the main ingredient seemed to be SALT. Lots and lots and lots of salt. My 6 oz sirloin steak was not juicy, pretty tough with a strange aftertaste. Husband said his chowder was just OK and the stuffed mushrooms were "just strange". We both thought the bread was very good, my green salad was nice and crisp but the balsamic vinaigrette dressing was watery with no noticeable balsamic vinegar flavor. My asparagus side was excellent- lots of fresh asparagus well prepared. Overall, a very mediocre meal. But the granddaughter and her parents seemed to enjoy it.
