Although
Crusader's
has
many
very
caring
individuals
working
in
all
of
their
clinics,
there
are
several
items
to
be
aware
of.
The
major
item
is
that
there
are
very
few
Medical
Doctors
(MDs)
working
there,
and
most
of
those
doctors
will
only
see
patients
they've
seen
before
(with
no
new
patients).
And
for
the
PA's
that
are
working
there,
many
are
young
and
inexperienced
that
may
not
provide
you
with
the
best
medical
care
as
I've
experienced.
As
for
the
assistants
working
for
the
PA's,
many
seem
to
be
unprofessional
and
definitely
are
not
cognizant
of
patients'
needs
and
are
unaware
of
sound
medical
treatments,
and
I've
sensed
a
true
lack
of
concern
from
several
assistants
where
one
even
stated
"Just
look
up
treatment
on
the
internet."
Additionally,
if
you
go
to
any
Crusader's
and
need
x-rays,
procedures,
etc.,
you
will
almost
in
all
cases
be
given
a
referral
to
another
clinic
or
hospital
since
Crusader's
has
very
little
medical
machinery.
And
concerning
the
counselors
at
one
clinic,
the
ones
I
saw
need
to
either
(1)
relearn
how
to
provide
therapy
understanding
that
their
words,
questions
posed,
expressions,
body
language,
etc.
matter
in
whether
or
not
their
counseling
will
be
truly
beneficial
or
make
matters
worse,
(2)
get
an
MA
degree
from
a
university
that
has
high
standards
(and
hopefully
double
accreditation),
or
(3)
seek
employment
elsewhere
where
they
can
make
a
positive
difference.
Please
note
I
have
the
same
values
of
Crusader's
of
being
kind
and
attempting
to
treat
ALL
people
with
empathy
to
make
their
lives
better,
but
Crusader's
fails
(in
my
opinion)
by
not
having
the
proper
resources
and
expertise
to
provide
high
quality
medical
care.
I
only
wish
someday
that
changes
for
Crusader's
and
they
are
properly
funded
to
acquire
top
notch
physicians,
counselors,
assistants,
and
medical
equipment
in
all
areas
to
truly
make
a
positive
difference
for
this
community.
