Best Coffeee! Best Customer Service! I was there Courtney recommended something to make my drink better! I was happy & satisfied wid the choose she had recommended me

A pretty generic Starbucks, which Is good I suppose. Orders were made to order, and rather fast. Somehow cheaper then some of the other coffee places on town. If you need caffeine, it's a decent place to stop

Kathy Lee is definitely a Karen, the timely fashion they had was more than okay. Best place I've been to, and its close to my apartments to the point I can just walk.

It was crazy busy, line out to the road at one point, but they kept that thing moving! Not only that, but the crew was amazing!

Cancels orders whenever their menu isn’t up to date with no warning. Inaccuracies all over the place and zero apology. Call up there and got cussed out by whomever answered the phone. Shut this place down! 🖕🏼🖕🏼

Went through the drive through, the guy seemed nice. My drink was just extremely messy. He also saw it dripping all over me and me trying to catch it and offered me nothing. Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch that ended up dripping caramel in my car, and coffee all over me. My coffee also didn't taste right. I get this drink everytime but something was off and somewhat watery. Not too happy with this visit.

They had a ton of orders so it was a small wait but the staff was friendly and even though they were hustling you could tell they were working with love for what they do. Seriously smiles all around and they were communicating awesomely to get the orders out.

Used the drive thru, and although the line was wrapped around the building, I didn't have to wait long. And if you've haven't tried the medicine ball from SB, IT'S A MUST!! It's tea based, and not only does it taste good, but it's also good for sore throat, cold, or if you're just not feeling well.

My drink and breakfast sandwich were delicious. Employees very friendly, good fast service. Dining area was clean. However, the music inside was TOOOO LOUD! It was difficult to have a conversation with the person across the table from me.

I always get a pink drink with sweet vanilla cold foam on top. I don’t usually go to this Starbucks, but my drink tasted a little bitter with barely flavor and the whip cream wasn’t even sprayed on top nicely.. it was messy. 😅

I've never ordered from Starbucks before a few months ago, but i started with online bc I had no idea how to order. This location always get it correct & theyre so nice!!!

Horrible experience in every way!!! Will not use this location again! Rude!!! And this was supposed to be the dragon drink. Where is the purple color & dragon fruit pieces?

Not my favorite location (area specifi), but the lobby is always clean and the drinks come out correctly and fairly quickly

Worst Starbucks I've been to. I ordered my drink via Mobile app and customers who came after me received their orders before mine. Ridiculous. It doesn't not matter how busy you are, all orders should be done in a timely manner.

I am obsessed with the Caramel Ribbon Crunch. I initially always got the regular caramel Frappuccino but I love the sweetness 😋 that the crunch adds to my Frappuccino. It's my go to for a self treat.

My absolute favorite place to go. They make the best coffee. Especially if Nick is there. I have to just say Nick is the best, sweetest person ever. All of their employees are so sweet and kind and helpful. This is my favorite starbucks location.

Went to pick up a large order for our company after having some issues with the website. Jess was so kind and helpful! She took the large drink order, put everyone's name on their specific drink, gave us ways to contact them in case we have any other issues with ordering online, and helped me carry the drinks to my vehicle. Such an excellent example of leadership and will definitely be returning.

I ordered a matcha latte. My drink had so much foam in it that the actual drink was in the middle of the cup. I'm only giving 4 stars because I love Starbucks, but I hate that I paid so much for a cup of foam.

The young lady behind the counter was such a delight. She has a great smile, kind spirit. The coffee was awesome! I will be going back.

The service was quick but the girl could see I was struggling to reach the card reader and I have a bad shoulder plus the sun was in my eyes so I couldn't see the reader. She finally offered to stretch the reader toward me so I could reach. This happens to me at other places. Don't know why the cashiers don't see not everyone has giraffe arms. Also, I forgot that now Starbucks asks to tip. I tipped a dollar even though I didn't want to lol. This is more of a commentary on the corporation and not just this particular location. Otherwise my drink was good.
