    This is not the first time this happened here. I spoke to manager(he goes by the name Tom) offered a refund. How is this acceptable? If you are a vegetarian and order a vegetarian sandwich. It's says on the package that it's a vegetarian sandwich but when you take a bite you realise its meat. How would you feel? Specially if you are allergic to it. Very poor customer service from the manager.

    If I could leave zero stars for presentation I would. The staff should be embarrassed for giving food items of such low class to customers. As you can see from the pictures they obviously don’t care and as I said the pictures don’t lie. I showed the staff my items and they just shrugged their shoulders and not a word of an apology. Whenever owns this franchise needs to do some work with the staff not only on presentation of the food but customer service.

    I recently visited the McDonald's located in Retail Park, Edge Ln, Old Swan, Liverpool, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of one staff member. While most of the staff were friendly and provided good service, there was one individual, a male staff member with long hair, whom I found to be unprofessional and exhibited discriminatory behavior. His lack of cleanliness was concerning, especially given that he works in a food establishment. Furthermore, his actions towards customers were unacceptable. He displayed a condescending attitude and made racist remarks, which created a hostile and uncomfortable environment. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a place where customers should feel welcomed and respected. I hope that McDonald's management takes this matter seriously and addresses the inappropriate conduct of this particular staff member. It is crucial for any establishment, particularly those in the service industry, to promote a culture of inclusivity, professionalism, and respect. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's location was tarnished by the behavior of one staff member. I would urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully.

    Staff in here are great, can't remember them once getting my orders wrong, there's a few in Liverpool that do it on a regular basis, it's one of the busiest McDonalds in Liverpool if not the busiest, on Edge Lane on the main run into town from the M62 , update, can't believe the delivery drivers at McDonalds, most are on L Plates so are they even allowed to deliver food ? I've complained in the past and it was clear for about 3 weeks , ( complained via twitter they normally reply quickly on there ) after that I approached the McManager 🙄 he said some one had already complained, was very helpful but this didn't resolve the issue, why can't they set aside a designated parking space for them instead of them parking in disabled bays and between cars , what would happen if I accidentally nudged one of those bikes , ?

    Popped in around 1 am on the way back from Manchester Airport, as we'd not eaten since lunch time and we'd landed in the early hours. I'm not usually a big fan of McDonalds, but my kids like it and we needed food. The drive in was open (and surprisingly busy for that time in the morning), but the restaurant is closed at night, so you have to eat in your car. Our order wasn't ready immediately, but was brought to our car within 5-10 minutes, which was great. We ordered 2 X spicy big tasty meals, which were great, a normal big tasty meal and a box of 20 chicken nuggets for the four of us, and it came to around £25. All our food was hot and clearly freshly made.

    Not open 24 hours ! get it off the website that you 24/7!! I have tried 4 in Liverpool and the one that was open did not serve coffee 3 days in a row turn your lights off I wasted too much time looking

    One star...DISASTAR! SERIOUSLY ,how hard can it be a team of people put your meal together, its not down to one person to remember everything ,so that's just the start to what was a waste of money .Ordered a large chicken legend meal ,so got the fries and raspberry ripple crush ...wheres the legend? ...like most legends are long gone ! So next problem was missing Happy meal...left unhappy! Mmm nothing like a cold dry ,pungent fillet o fish of an evening ,a friday evening of all days ...if that's your thing ,this is your plaice ;) Didnt fancy being up all night so fed my bin ! Finally... well fatty ,limp ,soggy cold fries, didnt seem fried so limp and well they looked as impressed as I did ! I will compliment the nuggets of the 20 share box was hot and tasty so one star but really feel I should take this away as our 3 dips were not there only one of the 3 dips ,one lonely sweet and sour sat at the bottom of a fatty paper bag ! No offer of any other sauces ! And Finally the pic ypu see ,I challenge you to tell me what hot drink I ordered ...nope ...not a tea ,ger this ...yeah it's a HOT CHOCOLATE ...WHO KNEW ! MY DAUGHTER insists I must praise the raspberry ripple crush ...how hard can ice be ...very ;) so thank you .seriously she did enjoy this although because it was her legend that was missing I find it hard for me to score them for this . So to sum up and expensive drive out round a car park! Wont be returning ,sorry

    The delivery service on Uber Eat is rubbish. Never receive dips, never receive napkins, always mistakes with customised orders, and NEVER EVER Get a straw for your drinks. So annoying; how hard is it to put 3 things in a bag?

    Staff are fine but food is poor. Awful servings on the likes of fries - they must have known I was on a diet as there were only 15 fries in the medium fries - think it was less than half full. Maybe they are trying to save on costs now. Won't be back...

    absolutely horrendous. not sure what untrained children they’re employing here but every single time without fail my order is consistently wrong. missing ice cream, missing drink, missing burger. Completely insane how people can be so dense they can read an order and not put half the items in the bag? probably share 1 gcse between the lot of them

    I get it's just a McDonald's, but a little extra care for hygiene won't harm anyone. The amount of staff itching their noses and mouths while handling food with bare hands is insane. One even touched her teeth, while the other carried my ice cream by touching the inside of the cup.

    Ordered a meal for me and my family and received a completely wrong order, only things they got right in my order was my donut and hot chocolate other than that I got completely different items from what I ordered. I ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, a mccrispy meal and a big tasty meal with a smarties flurry and a donut. Instead I received a 20 piece nugget, 6 nuggets, a plain chicken mayo and a bacon wrap. Mind you my family is Muslim so we couldn’t even have the wrap.

    Ordered 10 hamburgers 2 large fries, as usual the fries were near stone cold and just thrown in the bag without care. The burgers were still warm though and edible, i used the drive thru and it was very quick service for the amount i ordered.

    Took my epilepsy sensor dog in, he needs to be with me at all times so he can detect wether I am going to have a seizure or not Jobsworth cleaner kicked us out pushed me youse are getting done for discrimination! I have tried several times to ring the store no answer I am fuming at what’s happened whatever manager or supervisor is reading this I want the cleaner with the brown hair and fringes name I will be going to a solicitor

    Service/staff poor. Staff too busy chatting to 'friends'. After spending hours in a&e got a drive thru in early hours, ordered plant burger with no cheese & no sauce. We got order. Burger box had label stating no cheese no ketchup no mustard. It had cheese and mayo. On driving bk through to complain we weren't received warmly no apologies. We asked for another plus replacement of other meals as they'd gone cold through all the waiting. The second plant burger had mayonnaise on it. At this point I was in too much pain and discomfort and we were all too tired to bother going bk 3rd time for more bad service

    Most awful McDonalds I've ever experienced. Hot choc was weak as water not much milk either defo no froth. Wrap awful, motzarella sticks hard, cheese solid not melted. Fries half cooked. Just awful. Threw the lot in the trash.

    Staff always friendly if you eat in, no issues with them, but delivery service is woeful. Delivery used to be great here, but lately 50% of orders are wrong with items missing & why can't they ever include dips. You call restaurant & all they generally say is to complain to delivery Co they use even though they package the items, so not sure why that's the delivery drivers fault. Made a few orders actually within the restaurant lately & they got a couple of those wrong, but i generally can't be bothered going up to mention it as the place is always manic. Just had message to say our latest order was picked up just before 7pm, only arrived at 7.25pm, & stone cold. Tried heating up in the air fryer as we don't have a microwave, not a great result, so didn't enjoy it. Delivery driver or should i say cyclist, said they only picked order up 10min earlier, meaning it would have at least been warm when it arrived. If this was the case why would I get texts to say picked up half hour earlier if they only got it 10min before, its going worse here. You complain online & all you get is a voucher for a medium meal, which we generally don't use as you have to go instore to use, so we're out of pocket, especially if its a £5+ item thats missing, just told feedback will be provided. I hate leaving bad reviews but think this place is run by Frank Spencer.

    Complete chaos. Had to wait about ,20 mins in the car park for our food to be delivered. Nuggets were fine but the burgers were disgusting. Fries completely blind and tasteless. Diet Coke was good 👍 Certainly not going back

    Really nice mcdonald's with a good atmosphere. The staff got my custom order right and the food tasted great. The staff were really sweet and even though they were trying to clean down an area we didn't feel rushed. Good experience, would recommend.

    Food up the wall as seen in the photo.. other people's rubbish left on the table.. absolutely no care taken in food preparations.. the chicken wrap came out of wrapper, exactly how you see it in the photo..squashed and crumpled.. completely off-putting.. we no longer trusted that care was taken in the kitchen, if in the dining area was so dirty .. So we left.. please take care with peoples orders.. and eating areas.. it says a lot when food is given in this state. We had been driving for 5 hours, and being tiered is the only reason I didn't take them back to the counter.. ( Both our wraps looked like the picture) disgracful.. There was a lady walking around selling leftover breakfast for a pound.. Nice to see that they don't waste food.. !!!

    If your order is correct, then you're in luck. Go and put a lottery ticket on. The most simple order was placed, and they still botched it up twice. Latte ordered, got given a hot chocolate, then the replacement came with vanilla in so that went back. 3rd time lucky. No hash browns in the order either. Really poor effort so poor they could give the Torys a run for their money.

    I haven't been to a McDonald's for a long time but this was after midnight and a drive through so I wasn't expecting much but I'm glad to say the food was fresh and hot and looked like the pictures! I'll definitely come again. Cannot fault them on this visit.

    Every order is wrong, food is disgraceful dry, chips hardly cooked. Arrives cold. If you go drive in always have to park up, then some of it is wrong wait forever to correct and the rest of the food is cold. Fast food definitely Not !.

    1 hour I waited for 2 breakfast meals through the drive through, I asked the woman bringing orders out to the cars where ours was as other cars were coming and going after us with their food and got shrugged off and told she just brings them out. Got fed up of waiting so I went in where I was left waiting again for 10 minutes and then the manager said our order was lost he would make them for us. Then he comes back and says there are now no hash browns (I had ordered 4) so I said just leave it I’ve wasted a chunk of my day off waiting and I have somewhere to be. He says he will give me what he has of the breakfast and refund. (It’s not about the money it’s about my wasted time) then I get to the car bite in to my egg and cheese mcmuffin(missing the extra cheese I ordered) and it had egg shell in it. So I spat the mouthful out and said I’ll try one more bite it must have been a tiny bit of shell. Another chunk of egg shell was in the next bite. I actually just can’t believe what I’ve witnessed and experienced. Their was an abundance of staff to the point they can’t even move so why I’ve waited so long is a mystery and the staff that are there are walking around saying “I’ve lost my head” “I don’t know what I’m doing”. Absolutely shocking! Tell people if there are delays at the point of ordering and prioritise orders in order of when they were placed it’s not hard and teach your staff customer service skills because they don’t seem to care at all. I work in a customer facing job roll and I would never dream of behaving so dismissive and unhelpful to a paying customer. Shocked and won’t go back which is a shame as it’s our local and we go every Sunday as a treat after football.

    Drive through staff could do with listening more as got both the drinks in wrong size & were not large as requested had to be changed. I dislike the way they throw it away it would make sense for the staff to have it free or to be offered to the customer free on top of the correct order it's better than it going in the bin it's a waste. I seen one member of staff put a burger (that was wrapped) into a paper bag but the bag slipped from her hand and landed on floor it fell less than a metre was still in bag & no way it would of damaged it but just picked it up & threw it in bin . IV thrown a wrapped burger to someone but missed catching it & hit the wall behind them but was nothing wrong it &stayed wrapped. Food shouldn't be wasted like that when there's starving people in the world.

    I only nipped in to use the toilets, but when I got to the door one of the assistants informed me that they wernt open it was drive thru only. I asked if I cud use the ladies and she said "yes of corse" But it looked nice and clean inside and the ladies where clean and smelt well disinfected 👌🏽

    What a disappointment my plant based burger. I wanted to give McDonald's a shot with their vegetarian / vegan options. However, if you make a veggie burger, you should seriously go strong on the lettuce. Mine had barely a sad 1 inch square of leaf in it. I understand this is a fast food facility, and the pace has to be "fast", but a little attention to details such as making a decent burger for every customer, is not a big ask and does not take more than 2 extra seconds per burger.

    I went through the drive through and got to the pay window, I was shown the card machine and then I sat there..... No communication at all from the girl serving. I asked us it ok? Yes she said. Not a good start, I got my meal passed to me and again no communication from the server. Open the meal up to find the large chips was literally half full. The meal was that enough, no complaints but customer service is part of the buying experience.

    It's a McDonald's, so you know what you're getting food wise, or you should. This restaurant though seemed in disarray. Food and drinks were pulling up behind the counter. The screen saying which orders were due was not showing any orders at all. Staff seemed unhappy and not genuinely welcoming to customers. Food was also cold when we got it and drinks were overfilled meaning they leaked whilst they were transported.

    Visited at 23:15. The drive through was closed but not signed, only told once at the speaker. Went inside to order. Meals were served in standard time, although the bag stacking was imaginative, the quarter pounder box was not closed and the burger was hanging out, the quality of the chips and Big Mac were also questionable🤔 Cold chips and the Big Mac appears to have been thrown together 🫣😂 Had much better from other Mac Donalds.

    Cleaning team blocking access so we eventually been blocked from ever way and had almost every chair and couch around us up side down for cleaning.. All while we were eating on the next table.. Made us feel uncomfortable. Order was big but we seen it being ready on the side table for 5 min until lady handing out orders put everything on a tray and called our nunber.. Food was already barely warm.

    A Mcdonalds like the others but can be VERY busy if your going into the drive through, as the traffic can go out to the lights. I also had some orders wrong when I'm going in the drive through. I recommend parking nearby if you see the large line and just walk in as you will get your order right a lot more and the wait inside is more bearable

    Took our 3 year old after nursery today. Pretty standard McDonald's experience, no issues with any of the food or service. But, we met a lovely lady who told us it was her 1st day called Maria. What a fantastic person. Was so lovely to my little girl who is usually quite shy of strangers. But instantly took a real shine to Maria. She chatted away whilst cleaning our table and left a brilliant impression on both of us. It's the little things that make the difference. Maria deserves an award for being such a lovely woman🙂

    Turned up late at night needing to use the ladies toilets, the staff member kindly let us in. She couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. After a mix up with our order, the previous member of staff, was dealt with promptly, professionalism, understanding and kindliness. Highly rate this member of staff and the cleanliness of the property. Covid mask wearing was still in place, which was lovely to see xxx

    It's fast food so you know what you get. Service is usually pretty quick most days, staff are friendly and helpful. The drive through can be a little slow sometimes but normally only during busy times which is to be expected.
