There is a big range of clothes to choose from. It's very good price(cheap). There are a lot of sales and reductions. You can get clothes for all your family. It is a very big shops. They also have a shoe section. I loved shopping in there. I wish there would be such a shop in my town. I definately recommend going shopping there.

I use your Liverpool shop where i find a very good display of lovely clothes, but rails are so close to each other that i find it very difficult to get around the shop each time i am in there. I think some consideration for disabled people like myself who uses a mobility scooter would be very much appreciated, people like myself would then visit your shops more often. I do hope you put some thought into this. The rating is just because of the difficulty in getting around the shop.

Though Matalan quality seems to have generally gone down, this is the best branch I've been to! Seems to be a flagship with full ranges laid out well. This branch has a lot of things I've not seen elsewhere. There seems to be something for everyone from babys and toddlers to school aged boys and girls and teenagers to work and casual wear for mums and dad's on a budget. They also stock a few more occasion wear pieces and a budget friendly range of a couple of higher end brands like Fenn Wright Mason. Great homewear range too! Overall, where convenient, would definitely opt to visit this store. But note there is no car free car parking as there usually is with most other Matalans. Also, space is a little tight so possibly difficult to get around if in a wheelchair, have a larger buggy or require a walking stick for example.

Big shop with a lot of clothes and accessories in good prices. Bad thing it closes early on weekdays (18.00).

I prefer the old layout of their store better as there were a lot of space and you can find things easily. The recent layout of the store is all over the place. Some of the clothes are ok. I bought a pair of jeans which was really comfy and the T-shirts are cheap. The work clothes are okay.

Great range of clothing for all gender and age. The home style products are particularly lovely and of a good quality. There are always enough staff on the tills and staff are happy to assist with all enquires. Love this chain.

Excellent shop for clothes good price items you can find what you want,went for pajamas for mum bought 3 good value she was pleased as she can not get out of house ,she is 95years young Derek 🇬🇧😎👍

Such a good variety of clothes and accessories to buy. Quite cheap and quality is good. Issue was the whole bag situation. For the past month and a half now they have had no carrier bags which means you are pretty much forced to spending more money on a bag for life so you aren't carrying things without one. Nasty move to make. Order Carrier bags and respect your customers!

I love the place except the Chester store as it reminds me of a second hand shop

Went for jogging bottoms and got them no problem, £10 each and good quality.

Didn't really like it, a reasonable sizes, store, but have to say, the clothing, didn't seem very inspiring. But others may love it.

Good shop lots of clothes item for all the family. Also a great homeware section.

Went over 2 get sum jeans n jeggings they was all over the place n not my size ,they need putting in right size n tidying up .

Not as good as the store in Aintree. Some stock not in sale but on sale in Aintree, you would think all stores have same sale items.

Two cash tills on ,they have lots of self scan card only tills really frustrating I don't want to scan my own shopping ,really long wait

Matalan seem to be losing their own trading style also need to make prices compatable

A member of staffed helped me today, she went above and beyond, amazing helpful lady, thank you, lovely store, relaxing and the staff are lovely too

Not one of the largest shops, but still a good variety of clothing.

don't care about the clothes because i wasn't shopping there for me but oh my god the shop is grim. the changing rooms were so dirty that you wouldn't take your shoes off or risk the clothes touching the ground.

Love browsing in matalan they have some nice clothes at reasonable prices and a good selection of household goods .

Nice clothes, but I was treated suspiciously by a member of staff and a security guard. The security guard is especially rude and annoying and says something to me anytime I'm there.

Always get lovely things in Matalan and they always have good offers on. I left my bankcard in machine and they cancelled it for me. Although i have to wait 5 days for new one...its better than someone using it. Thank you Matalan Luverpool One 👍
