During cataract op of eye 2, my doctor tells me to keep my eye still. Do everything to keep your eyes still. If it doesn't work, then the doctor angrily asks if he should cancel the procedure. I answer "no". Nurse asks if I want to hold her hand. My answer was "yes". Experienced doctor's irritation, that I was a difficult patient. Have a diagnosis of MS, and think that I didn't manage to keep my eyes completely still, is due to my brain damage. If the doctor had said something like "keep calm, this will be fine" or similar, I think I would have coped better with the operation. It is apparently not unusual for doctors to leave the room after surgery and the like without speaking to the patient. I left Capio Ögon Globen with new lenses, and a feeling of not being worthy of human treatment.

My mother operated on her eyes at Christmas two days apart.. doesn't feel quite right so closely. Her optician has also pointed this out. 2 months after the op, my mother contacts them as it is still uncomfortable and the feeling of gravel is in the eye. Met by an extremely rude person on the phone who questions the whole thing. When we go back to the optician in May for new glasses, she is extremely shocked that my mother was not allowed to make a return visit. Now it turns out that the yellow spot is wrong and another op needs to be done. They could have helped with this already in February when the call came to them and not just say: take more drops... some would have to take a charm course..

Got a quick and good message and diagnosis from Ophthalmologist Mahmoud Abdelwahab when I examined my eyes. However, the nurse who received me at first was a little untrained in the tone of the conversation. A bit loud and talked fast. Otherwise an ok Eye clinic with quick treatment of my eye problem. The receptionist was excellent, I think. Direct and friendly communication all the way.

What professionals! Did a lens replacement operation at the clinic and am super satisfied, nice treatment, good information and masterful job done by Dr. Kabulis.

Got an invoice of SEK 400 for the missed visit even though I didn't even get the summons I'd been waiting for for months.

Been going to the clinic for several years, last visit I met a new eye nurse/optician for visual field examination. Perceived that she was rude, interrupted and raised her voice. Very unprofessional behavior in healthcare. I don't want that next visit in the spring. The doctor superb both Cigdem and Carlos who was before.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Got a call in the morning that there were 2 return times today, chose 1 that suited me and this was my first visit there. Super professional and the ophthalmologist Mahmoud 10 points there. Referral was sent to st erik eyes for surgery. I'm super happy so thank you all there.

During the fall of 2023, I had cataract surgery on both my eyes at Capio Ögon Globen and was treated very well and respectfully by both Dr. S Poyraz and Dr. C. Poyraz

Totally ignorant phone staff. When I asked for sick leave she assumed it was because of the snow! I am 85 years old and use crutches to walk. Normally drive a car, but not during an eye examination.
