I had an excellent experience with Eylin the dentist! The staff was friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Eylin was thorough, explaining each step of the process and addressing all my concerns. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The clinic was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a top-notch dental practice that I highly recommend!

Worst service, long waiting times and absolutely no understanding of customers' problems. The staff forgets to book an appointment, although you asked several times if you need to contact us yourself (the answer was "no, we will contact you"), you have been waiting to sign up for healthy dental care for almost half a year - without success, for each time there is a new reason why one has to wait a few more months; now you also have to pay an invoice of SEK 400 because you got sick on the very day when you had booked an appointment, called BEFORE the time and warned about this, but probably you had to call 24 hours before and tell them that you WILL get sick in about 17 hours, you think.

We had excellent Experience with dr. Schröder with my son! She was very patient and had great approach considering his fear and condition. Would recommend to everyone.

The best dentists ever!!!! Everyone there are very professional and extremely patient and considerate to patients’ feeling. I had a few cavities to fix since last year, so I had to get through a pretty long journey with my dentist there. She was so kind to explain everything to me and fixed my teeth one by one. Today I just finished my last tooth treatment, it’s not easy to recover completely from a very serious oral situation before. I don’t take this all for granted and I strongly recommend this clinic to everyone:)

Had a lot of dental issues mainly because of nighttime grinding. I started going to Folktandvården Karlaplan a couple of years ago and for the first time after long i feel I’ll soon be back on track with my teeth. I’m very satisfied with the quality of their work and all the dentists and hygenists i’ve met so far were really kind, happy to give me all the information needed about my treatment options. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of some communication problems. I had a couple of times when they canceled my appointment too late or went there in vain for other reasons.

I had a very pleasant Experience with Dr. Nour Issaky and her assistant Michiko. They are both very kind, helpful and professional. Dr. Nour is an excellent dentist who took time to explain every procedure, taking great care and attention with every step as well as giving valuable advice. Thank you and my highest recommendation goes to both of them.
