Would not recommend for solo travelers. The hostel is located in a dark industrial area that was difficult to find on foot because the connecting road was blocked with road works. I arrived late (which I'd already confirmed was ok to do when booking) and called for help in finding the hostel. The person who answered told me someone else would call to help but this didn't happen and I had to rely on the kindness of strangers to help me find the place. When I arrived the people out the front asked how long I was staying because it 'wasn't a very good hostel'. Thankfully I was only booked in for a night prior to my flight. When I arrived I had to call reception several times as it was closed, and when they answered they said they were busy talking to the police about an incident that had occurred. I waited for 10 minutes after which I was let into my room (reception staff was nice just busy). I asked the staff about why the police were there and I was informed there were people there who shouldn't be and wouldn't leave. I was assured it was safe, and told I could always call staff if I needed help/didn't feel safe. The mattresses and protectors had several brown and other stains on them, and the hostel itself appeared unclean. The sheets I requested appeared clean. At least half the toilets were out of service and many of the toilets doubled as shower rooms so they were wet. There were people sitting outside the rooms (there are many large open areas outside some of the rooms) talking and the rooms are not soundproof. My bedroom window was stuck open slightly so while the room wasn't completely cold I did have to sleep in a jumper. Overall, the staff were decent however I would not recommend the hostel itself due to its facilities, location and just general bad vibe. The hostel was large with many open, mostly empty rooms which didn't appear totally clean and added to a feeling of uneasiness. Most of the occupants appeared to be men 30+ years old (I only saw one woman and a large dog out of the many people who were coming and going during my wait in reception), so maybe I was simply the wrong demographic as a young solo woman. While it was cheap it was not worth the cost. Giving one star because the reception staff was kind but wouldn't give a star for anything else.

It was a last-minute booking so we ended up here. Location is ok, price is good, quiet at night, but not organized AT ALL, kinda strange place... No toilet rolls, no mirrors, no enough bed sheets provided (we were simply told that they don't have anymore lol), very slow service. You can't expect anything more than just sleeping. Guests seem to be nice though. Many international young backpackers, but they all look confused... Once again, if you don't expect anything, it's all good. This hostel is not ready to open I think.

This place is not good for foreigners. Majority of the people in there are not stable as I dont want to use a harsh word. But yes it shouldnt be online for foreigners. Secondly the toilets and bathroom are terrible and as a tourist you will be so uncomfortable

You get what you pay for. So this hostel is really large and it also seems to be a staying place for some homeless/refugees, but they are ok. The stuff is really nice and careful and you also get clean towels, whereas the room isn't really clean at all. However, we had large refrigerator in our room and it also has a large public cooking place(but without pans/dishes), so you have to bring your own. Overall it's not really clean and also a bit old and it's not the best hostel if you travel alone but if you only need a shower and a place to sleep it is ok, but a bit scary.

Bromma Hus offers a cheap place to sleep, take a shower and use of toilets. Don't expect anything else. Bring your valuables and enjoy Stockholm in the daytime and it's alright.

It was a neat place. Transportation to Central is possible throughout, but will need to find some routes. A bit difficult to find in the first go. People are good. Check in is till 19:00. There was a lady though whose luggage got stuck in a room and there was a mix up. There s a max burger which is open till 01pm at walkable distance. Common bathroom and rest room. Big lounge is there. Lift also is available.

did not feel safe, left after about 20min to search for a different Hostel closer to the city. Looks like a place where homeless people seek refuge. Is somewhere out in the nowwhere.

Made reservation for 10 people but did not have any beds or rooms for us! Hostel is filled with junkies. Stay away from this place at all cost! We went to another hotel close by.

Price: very cheap Location: good but Way to the hostel: they are fixing the road and doing public transportation and the work will take 7 months from now in front of the entrance so that you take some time to reach it for the first time. Rooms and W.Cs: no one take care of it in a daily basis. You will find different kind of guys who smoke weed and other “things”
