Very good location opposite a M&S and Sainsbury’s and has a new fell to it. Only 4 mins walk from the station so great if you are heading in to Central Birmingham. Rooms were standard but quite dusty but a decent price and fully refundable would recommend.

Good price, did not like the fact the toilet roll was sheets of paper. Felt like motorway service facilities. Room was clean, there was a little dust on the TV remote, I expected it to be cleaned because of covid. Bed was comfy, room was very warm till we turned the AC on because there is no windows. Slept well. If I was to stay again, I'd bring toilet roll. Other than that it lived up to the premier Inn expectations.

Nice clean rooms and very quiet too. Breakfast is pretty good, standard is high. But it’s when it comes to the staff that this premier inn stands out. Tommy and the rest of the team here are great. Really friendly and happy to help with whatever they can. They Always have a smile and are very welcoming. Thanks guys !!

Well I have had a lovely 7 days here. I had room 303. Lovely and clean as usual. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Especially the young chap when we arrived on the 3rd very helpful made time to chat to us and gave us milk and sugar for the week.. We come here twice a year and I must say we never agave a problem. Our room is left as tidy as we can. Thanks till the next time. Mrs commander

I am using the hotel as a base as my partner is in the Royal Orthopedic Hospital awaiting major surgery. I have nothing but high praise for every member of staff at the Hotel as they have gone over and above to help me at this difficult time. I will be extending my stay yet again but nothing is too much trouble for them. I would like to say everyone has been brilliant, caring and understanding. I would especially like to say a big thank you to Justine, Kirsti, Tom and Rebecca. Thank you for everything, great service, great team

My son and I recently stayed here for 3 night's. It was very spacious and beds were very comfy. It was extremely quiet with no noise what so ever.Only 1 negative comment the TV was broken. My son reported this at reception...and he was told it couldn't be fixed.

Premier inn standards have dropped so much. The booking process was difficult, and online support was a waste of time. I had to pass through a plume of smoke as hotel guests were gathered at the entrance. The lift smelt like an ashtray. My key fob didn't work, so I had to go back to reception again. Once inside, the room was freezing. I put the heating up and left to get some warmth in the pub next door. On returning, the smokers had moved themselves into the outer foyer as it was too cold outside. The room had warmed up but not the water as I ended up having a lake warm shower. On a positive note, I slept well and, in the morning, checked again to find the water wasn't any warmer. I pack my things and left ASAP. This is not what I expect from branded hotel chain. I certainly won't be checking in to this hotel again.

5 minutes walk from the railway station, easy check in. Room was more than adequate for an overnight stay for 2. It was only to get changed and to sleep in, it was clean we did use the extra pillows. We had a meal in the Beefeater in the evening which we couldn't fault and the staff were really friendly it's a pity we couldn't say the same for the breakfast the following morning. We had booked breakfast for 10am as we were losing an hours sleep. On arrival we waited to be seated and were told to help ourselves to the continental fare then they'd find out in which order we could order our hot breakfast. We finished our 1st course and half an hour after they came to take our hot food order. Then we waited an hour for our breakfast to come which was cold. We were told then there was a leak in the kitchen which they were waiting for someone to come (why not mention this from the start) we could then have decided whether to wait or ask for a refund and go somewhere else very disappointed to say the least (yes I did complain and I'm now waiting for a full refund anyway) must have cost premier a fortune today.

We regularly use this premier inn as my in laws live nearby. Reception staff are really friendly and go out of their way to be accommodating. Beefeater staff are excellent and the food is generally good. Breakfast is made to order and the poached eggs are brilliant always an indication of how good the chef is.

I have stayed at a dozen of premier inns, this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine. Thank you so much. Special thanks to Tom who went above and beyond. The activities left in rooms was a special added touch to our families experience.

This Premier Inn is in a great location. Parking in the multistorey carpark just a few yards away is only £3 for 24 hours. Room was nice and clean, staff friendly and it wasn't stupidly overpriced.

Whenever we are in the Birmingham area, we always stay at the Premier Inn, Longbridge as it is ideally placed, kid friendly, has good local amenities, the car parking is reasonably priced, the rooms are always clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again.

Only stayed for less than 24 hours, but the person at the reception was welcoming and the room was as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Great location as well with food and the big Sainsbury's just outside. Just a note, the Premier Inn's I usually stay in have built in USB ports into the sockets. This one didn't but luckily I had a spare wall charger with me so bear that in mind.

Rooms were absolutely stunning and had everything you need. Total let down at breakfast the whole self service was a rush and food was exposed considering we are coming out of the pandemic precautions and basic hygiene was not taken in to consideration. The whole breakfast was just shambles in short and hot food arrived cold.

A few issues with lifts n things but staff got straight onto it, even late evening on a Sunday. Otherwise, friendly staff n a decent room. Wish I'd taken the name of who served me so I could credit her.

This is the usual premier inn experience clean and welcoming at an affordable price. Unfortunately, all the inns I have visited since and during covid are way too hot at night. The cooling doesn't work, have they disconnected the air conditioning? This is seriously putting me off going to one, except in winter.

I stayed there on 16th September 22. I was there for my moms funeral! The check in time was 3pm & that would have been half way through the funeral! I phoned on the morning to request an early check in! The staff were amazing & they did what they could to accommodate my request! They were brilliant! They were short staffed at the time as well! Thank you so much for what you did for me! Made my very emotional day so much easier!

A Excellent Hotel in a part of Birmingham that was once industrial. A shopping precinct on the door step, Sainsbury's, Boots, Poundland, Barclays Bank, Subway Etc. I have stayed here before and hopefully I will be coming back to stay again. Premier are Excellent to stay in for short or long stay and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Really clean and large rooms with comfy beds. Staff were super friendly and hotel was surrounded by lots of shops and places to eat as well as a couple of minutes walk from the train station- definitely everything you could need on the doorstep!

Awful place ,staff nowhere to be found when needed . Booked for 4 nights but after being issued with a vomit stained mattress for my 10 year old to sleep on I cancelled the other 3 nights . Was refused refund on the nights I cancelled . Absolutely disgusting

Nice clean rooms, reception 24/7. Parking is 5 minutes walk and in shopping multi storey and has to be paid for. Never enough milk and sugar in rooms

Booked last minute, got 3 rooms at 9pm for the sake night. Comfy, clean, exactly what you'd expect. Perfect for an overnight stop. No free parking, have to park around the back in the supermarket car park. Cheap enough, but not ideal. My "double" bed was two singles pushed together, a clear chanel/bump down the centre line. Not the end of the world, but would prefer all one bed. Overall, a nice stay

Friendly staff; nice big comfy bed (pillows were a bit on the hard side though to be honest). The reason I haven’t given a higher rating is mainly due to the other guests and not anything to do with the actual Premier inn. There was a lot of noise in the early hours; people stomping around; opening/closing doors. Unfortunately the majority of people in this world are very selfish and do not think of others. I think the next place I book I will look for soundproof walls!
