LOVE the Acro Lounge! Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner it's always fantastic!! Such wonderful food and amazing staff and service.

Normally my mom and I come to this lounge often, I work for the company loungers itself, at a cosy club. But today I was absolutely appalled by the treatment by the staff, specifically Louise, when me and my mother first entered she questioned us, and didn’t seem to question any other guest in this way? She had said, ‘Are you okay?’ At least 3 times, and we both felt immediately unwelcome, and were wondering if it was because of our race? Then when my mother had asked about her drink not being sweet, because it was watery and just tasted like tonic, it was remade and looked different with more pigment and this time was sweet. Louise herself slammed it down onto the table with no apologises, or words, and the waitress who was working beside her was a young girl, who was also very blunt and slammed our plates down. The food was also horrible, broccoli was over cooked, avocado was in a state, and my chicken wasn’t cooked properly either. Not happy, won’t be going again.

Went for birthday celebration I had the tapas board great value and delicious as always. Had 2 cocktails and churrosto finish. Staff friendly and welcolming as always.

This is an amazing place to eat if you are vegan. I could not fault anything we had to eat and from ordering to receiving the food was so quick.

Have visited twice. Good quality brunch and food. The Desserts look better than they taste. The food is reasonably priced. Service has always been prompt and staff are friendly. Will happily revisit :)

Never had a bad experience in the Lounge franchise and Acro Lounge did not disappoint. Our server/waiter Peter was amazing and had great customer service skills, the drinks and the food again was first class and the gluten free options are excellent. Really finished off a perfect day.

We called in here on Saturday to finish off our evening and it's the same chain as the one in Mere Green. I much preferred this branch though as I couldn't see any dogs or dog bowls. It's purely my personal preference but I don't like eating with dogs around. Ordered an amazing tasty crispy chicken, bacon and avocado salad and my friend chose the fish finger sandwich. I ordered online and straight away a glass of red wine arrived and a pot of lovely decaff tea for me (I'm a bit of a lightweight by the end of a girlie day out). Really lovely quick and friendly service and everything has been really well thought out. We'd definitely eat here again when we next meet up in Harborne.

Varied menu, good prices. I would say perhaps portion size isn't great but that may be reflected in the prices. I had the spicy chicken thingies, pretty tasty, just wanted more of them lol. Will go back.

Great service from friendly staff and food was excellent, gluten free options for most dishes. Milkshakes recommended, albeit with longer straws that don't disappear inside the bottle😅

Great place to eat - breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! Really nice, dog-friendly environment. Easy to place orders on app or at the bar, and really quick delivery. I think the best bit about Arco Lounge is how easily they cater for all diets - the group I have have people with special requirements with food e.g. vegan, allergies - and to our joy they provide all the necessary menus with a large variety to cater. 100% recommend - for friends, family. dates or any other occasion

My second time to eat here. Lovely food and relaxed atmosphere. I had pancake with bacon, portion just right, bacon not overdone. The freshly squeezed orange juice is so refreshing. Service is superb.. highly recommended when you go visit Harbourne.

Gives impression it's a down market place on Harborne High Street. Walls a bit dowdy needing a freshen up to look better. Wooden chairs and tables. Ground floor and accessible. Food OK for a reasonable price. Coffee good. Offers more food options than Cafe Nero next door. No parking outside. No uniforms on staff. Pleasant staff serving and quite efficient.

Fab gluten free food for every meal of the day!

The resturant decor was really cute, the menu was huge and the food was super tasty. Good vibes too! Nothing to complain about and will be coming back. I usually got to BTP across the road but this may be my new favourite :)

Very relaxed atmosphere. Front tables benefit from windows open to the pavement. Cool eclectic art around the place. Downside is lack of garden. Upside is reasonable prices and great tapas.

This was a great place to come for our summer work meal. As a group of 9, not having to pre-book (or pay) was fantastic. Food available for gluten free and vegetarian diets, hot and cold drinks with lots of variety for those not wanting alcoholic. We were all impressed and hope to be back at Christmas 🙂

Came here for my birthday and had a lovely time. The staff were really friendly and kind and the food was amazing. Would recommend to anyone, definitely coming again!

Good food watch out for large families if you want a quite time go early or late

Pete is the absolute man!!!! This man can make a cocktail like no other!!!!!! Food was fab as usual but this is the first time we’ve been here and been served by Pete, the customer service was first class and the drinks were amazing. Grapefruit margarita and cherry vanilla martini are highly recommended by me and my hubby could’ve drank the mango tiki all night if I let him lol

One of my favourite easy places to go. I lovee the lounge cheese burger, the brunch menu is really good too. Wasn't too impressed by the milkshakes though just tasted like nesquick for a high price tag. Nevertheless the food is delicious,doesn't disappoint!

Nice place, nice vibe. They do breakfast all day which is definitely a plus.

It’s an easy place to go & spacious for the those with a pushchair like me - food and atmosphere has always been nice and the staff are incredibly helpful. I went alone with my infant & was made to feel at ease, the facilities are nearby & are easy to access so Arco is always my ‘go to’ place when I want to go somewhere quick and easy.

A dark, arcane lounge with a modern selection of brunch dishes. The staff are professional, courteous, chatty and caring. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

A lovely relaxed vintage place. There's pictures on the walls, that make you feel nostalgic. The food is delicious and I'm quietly getting addicted to the coconut and pineapple punch .... sweet and fruity. This occasion was an early dinner with a friend, and I don't usually order this but I couldn't resist the warm chocolate brownie... delightful 😋 The toilets are upstairs and down a long corridor, and they are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Atmosphere nothing special, service doesn’t exist because you order with the app, food very plain, cider tasted very old. I had the chicken salad and it was literally rocket salad out of a bag, mayo, cherry tomatoes, 30g of chicken breast and red onion with no oil or salad dressing, really nothing special and the rocket salad looked old, also they added finely grated cheese on top of the salad like of was a pasta dish. I will not come back here.

I was there with my friend and we ordered truffle chicken. it had a strong smell of alcohol and since then I feel so sick after a day. the alcohol was not mentioned in the food ingredient. The price is high, compared to the food quality. a glass of orange juice is above £5! Truffle chicken was mostly potatoes and sauce and few small pieces of chicken.

I had the best night out with my girlfriends!! The atmosphere was perfect, the service was great and the food was delicious. We had a problem with one of our sides and they happily sorted it out. Will go again

Enjoyed a decent pint of IPA Ale in good company and in a warm cosy corner of the pub. This pub situated just of greenfield and Vivian Road is regarded the quieter part of Harborne. Looks to be under new management offering food as well. Popular with the locals especially in the summer with a pretty large beer garden. Always had a good pint and conversation in the New Inn.

Have been here for three years. Love this restaurant, but today when I took my dogs there, a man sat beside me was really mean to me and my dogs. Really unhappy experience. But good restaurant

Never written a review before but thought I should write one with what’s happening these days. I went to the arco lounge on Saturday with my partner and I must say it’s deffo the best place to go on the high street. Everyone wears a mask (if a customer hasn’t got one they get given one) I felt very safe. Food was amazing I had the bacon eggs and holendays thingy. Very tasty. A massive thumbs up and well done

Had some nice food in a stylish setting. Really like the shabby chic decor, especially the eclectic selection of artworks on the walls. Staff were really friendly. Didn't have to wait too long for food. There was some sort of Monday night offer on so we got free drinks. They have an impressive vegan and gluten free menu.

We have been here a few times before and its always good. Food is tasty, services is lovely. Plenty of Vegan and Vegi options to choose from. We'll be back.

Amazing place and great food. I was here a few times and every time enjoyed the food so much. So tasty and fresh that I keep coming.. The staff is so helpful and lovely. They have been cleaning non-stop and doing disinfection of their hands. I am amazed with the hygiene here. All the best for this amazing place!!! i am highly recommending!

Visited tonight, nightmare with covid restrictions not a relaxing experience at all, not planning to return for a while. Track and trace fine but then had to struggle trying load their app to order and pay. Staff attempted to help but if your helping you could of taken our order!! My food was cold a chilli reheated red hot along with redhot sour cream!!! Shame that just couldn't be bothered to mention.Then a member of staff asked about my mask!!already explained earlier to previous member of staff why not using. Glad to go too stressful. God help anyone's granny visiting trying to order and pay... not a good experience. Stick to our country venue,s covid safe without the stress......
