I took 5 children aged between 2 and 15, it was amazing really enjoyed ourselves. Criticism I have is cafe needs to have more on menu for better value, the area for under 4s needs more, it was very basic trampoline and a giant bean bag that's it, so my 2 year old kept trying to go to siblings in other areas. Other all staff were all readily available and in full sight at all times so I felt my children were safe. Overall we will be back.

My kids had a blast and so did my wallet £££ 😢😭. This place is huge, clean and modern but very expensive. I've paid £120 for 7 participants including £2.50 for each pair of socks which is ridiculous down right extortionate. All the participants had a lot of fun but we won't be returning anytime soon only because of their prices.

Fantastic fun today with the family. And definitely much better than my original visit when it had just opened. Food is delicious and freshly cooked. All the staff are super friendly and our group all had an amazing time. Highly recommended for all ages!!

Had a great time today at Rush in Birmingham. It was extremely quiet since most kids were at school which meant that my friends and I could do whatever we wanted without having to wait for other people to finish. The new football pitch is a great addition to the park, and provided a lot of fun! The two staff members - Paul and Chloe - were both extremely helpful and polite, in helping with a locker issue; and Paul even showed us how to do a few tricks! Overall, a great day out, will be coming back soon!

Kids love it here. Gets that energy burned off while getting them to do an activity they enjoy! They do 1 hour or 2 hour slots. Always keep those Rush socks you have to buy 💯 Friendly staff, clean surfaces and trampolines, hot drinks, food and cold drinks available. Kids keeping active, Kids having fun while you have a quiet coffee..WIN, win!! ....unless you fancy joining in the fun yourself 😉 Great keep fit classes a few evenings a week too for those wanting a killer workout with a fun element to it.

We all had a great time playing on the trampolines and doing different activities, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Amazing tumble track, foam pits of various sizes, dodgeball trampolines, trapeze, and much more myself and my son have been to many trampoline parks in the Midlands and this is definitely our favorite! There’s a cafe upstairs with a seating area for drinks, refreshments and food. Good place for a rainy family day out and easy way of burning an extra energy. Staff were readily available and in full sight at all times. Overall we had a great experience and will be back. Highly recommend!

Definitely would NOT recommend to have your children's birthday party. My children had a birthday provided by this place and it was just awful. Party package was extremely expensive and a complete waste of money. The food was absolutely shocking you could tell the chips were reheated not fresh the pizza wasnt nice either. The overall service was a disgrace I had 6 year old children telling me they did not enjoy the food. It was a very rushed experience and not in the way you advertise this business and our host was extremely forceful as she wanted us to hurry up and cut the cake so we could be done and gone so they could close for 9pm. On 2 occasions she kept coming back reminding me that when I'm ready we free to leave at this point the children were in the party room playing with each other taking in each others company. I'm very disappointed with this experience as it was our first time the money was not worth the package total rip off and I will be taking this much further. If something is going to be expensive at least make it worth the money giving out cold dry food with no taste is not the way. Having rude staff is not the way. The packages should also include for parents to jump it was disgusting to know when my family and friends got there they had to pay on top of the party package. This meant all adults didn't see their children play and them as the parents didn't get to share or make any memories of of the experience.. Instead I found them all at the cafe section just sitting down. I paid for that! Total rip off and totally out of order. I cant say we will be back there again and I will not be recommending this for any families especially if they want to a do party!

Great experience! I went there with my 2years daughter for the toddler takeover session. We had loads of fun, and she liked to run and jump around all trampolines. The trampolines have soft edges areas and safety nets everywhere.

Took my grandson here for the 1st time. He absolutely loved it there it was vast inside so many things to do and so little time as it's restricted to an hour (maybe can do longer but cost more). He liked it and wants to return soon. For me it's minus points are how expensive it was and parking was horrendous.

This has been a fantastic experience and one of the best trampoline parks in the UK. Even though car park is limited, I had no issues parking and people were constantly coming and going which meant spaces were always available. The park staff were great, exceptionally customer focused, clean and tidy park and very attentive staff. I had an issue whereby my son's glasses fell of onto the pits and the staff were great in locating it and were very helpful. I have nothing negative to and the food and drinks were reasonably priced and free lockers too.

went here yesterday really fun and the sslushies aste great. totally recommend for any parents wanting to have a nice day out with your kids. Better than any other cheaper trampoline parks that are just some trampolines plopped down in a room. Arguably the best trampoline park in birmingham!

This is a great place to take your kids on a day out and enjoy themselves. You can burn off lots of energy and its great in the summer to fill in the gaps of your holiday.

I travelled all the way from London to Birmingham but arrived an hour late for my 2 hours session for my kids. However, Janelle, the girl at the reception gave us the full two hours, and took her time out to explain everything to us in detail. This was without doubt an excellent example of customer service going beyond. Also, I lost my car keys while taking the kids around the arena and an employee by the name of Musty found and returned them to me. An excellent day out, the kids enjoyed it to the MAX. Thank you so much guys

Bad idea to come here in the summer, the kids couldn't last 20 minutes, the air conditioning system is horrible and it feels like we're in a microwave. I have to remember never to come here again in the summer.

Attended a birthday party yesterday. As expected it was busy, we also arrived extremely late due to an unexpected delay. The staff member I enquired with was friendly, cooperative and professional. She did all she could to accommodate my child and integrate her in to the party as efficiently as possible. It turned out that the staff member was the party host.(Party room was on the left as you exit the building. Time was 2-4). A massive thanks to the young lady for helping us. I would highly recommend for parties and we're considering Rush as a party venue in December.

Such a good day out for all ages! A huge space with so much to do fun for the whole family! We had an amazing time here after school! There are hand sanitisers scattered around for people to use and the staff sanitise down the surfaces every half hour! It’s kept so nice and clean and the staff are so lovely and helpful. There’s a cafe upstairs with a seating area for drinks, refreshments and food. Or if you don’t want to bounce you can sit upstairs in the viewing area and watch the kids bounce! They have some offers on at the moment for after school so make sure you check them out! We always have a blast when we visit rush! Can’t wait to return!

Attended on Saturday morning with the family for my nephew's 5th birthday. The road leading upto the venue is horrendous, full of pot holes and more recently the canal bank burst flooding the road so beware, it's the only route to the car park, don't burn your engines out!! I found parking easily, probably because I attended early morning. The venue was not too busy and staff were always around to help if required. Kids loved it, hell so did us adults, we were shattered by the end of the hour and the children needed a nap. Highly recommend, it's not something worth doing every weekend because of the expense so we save it for special occasions like birthdays!

I went there with a friend. On entering we saw a lot of kids so we were a bit doubtful if it would be fun for adults too but oh wow, it was so good. The staff is super friendly and helpful too. We had a blast. There was food and drinks too. The toilets were really clean as well. Definitely recommend for a fun date or activity with friends

From the moment we walked in Alfie was a star. He was on his own on reception desk and serving the drinks running from one end to the other and still serving customers with a SMILE! He was definitely holding the fort and answered all our questions in a calm and pleasant manner without rushing us. I mean credit to him but a shame that rush didn’t have enough team members on the front desk. We booked the toddler take over session and it was so much fun! Alfie thank you for making it such a great time for us !!

Great birthday party here. Staff were very good looking after the kids group during trampolining. Party room afterwards was good size and the kids really enjoyed the pizza and slushies. Staff again very helpful with helping get our birthday cake candles lit and into the room with the lights down. Leave a little extra time in your journey for parking on a busy day like a school holiday. There was a bit of a queue to get in and park. Although again, credit to the staff - they controlled the queue well and directed people to where there were parking spaces. The whole kids group had a great time and we're planning a return trip.

I went to rush for the first time yesterday and I was having a blast!! And then I tried to be Superman on the flying bar thingy and I dropped funny and hurt my ankle… Anyway, there was two staff in particular who made my experience better, their name was Troy and Conner who were very friendly and helpful. Conner called for first aid immediately and Troy came and made sure I was okay and comfortable You can genuinely see the care from the staff and they called me the next day to make sure I was okay. 10/10 experience recommend.

Great place for kids to let off a bit of steam especially during the week after school as they are open on a week day too. Staff are really friendly and helpful especially in the cafe upstairs where we were served by Janelle who was very considerate, accommodating and patient with attending to the needs of the children i attended with as each are very fussy when it comes to food and wanted a variety of things made in a variety of ways. Definitely prefer coming here during the week as it is much quieter than the weekends.

Great place, my 2 boys loved it, aged 2 and 3, very child friendly, parents can get on the trampolines to help support their little ones, only cost me £3 a ticket and now that I have the socks - Even better!! the adult section looked huge aswell 100% recommended.

Been here a few times and I can’t lie it’s always been a good time with the kids. Tgr staff are lovely, they have an amazing variety of slush and snacks that kids will enjoy after all the jumping around. Great for a good time with the family will recommend to those who haven’t been it’s worth a try.. thanks you rush for always being so good.

We had a fantastic time at Rush Birmingham the staff there are very friendly and patient with the little ones. They were all professional and polite which is exceptional to find in Birmingham! Whilst playing the staff were constantly cleaning with their smart cordless backpack hoover which was a pleasure to see. We had 90 minutes of fun. The only downside was the entrance price for 6 of us was crazy then having to purchase 6 new pairs of socks, although they've brought along their own socks with grips on especially for Trampolining . Four of the girls socks torn within minutes ,however the staff exchanged them without a fuss. The food and drink there requires taking out a mortgage. Overall we did have a fun time. But won't be 'rushing' back in a hurry due to the cost!

  • 4/5 Alison T. 1 year ago on Google
Been to most trampoline parks and have to say my children were somewhat disapointed with this one, way too many people there and not enough trampolines also the wipe out and football dart board were both closed. We booked last year but they closed due to staff shortages as it snowed, wasnt worth the wait. Wont be returning.

First time finally coming here! Had an amazing time was eager when booking two hours, we were tired within the first five minutes lol! Big venue and lots of things to do, only a limited number of people allowed so social distancing is practised overall. Staff are really friendly and helpful, very attentive especially with everything going on with covid, they were sanitising and practising safety measures etc. They had a basics set menu of food, we ordered a pizza was okay, definitely recommend a tango ice blast when finished. Hopefully will be back sometime soon !

It’s fun for adults too! Went here with a couple of friends during off peak hours. They have student discounts too! (Don’t forget to bring your student id) It’s quite spacious and has a lot of fun activities. The staff is helpful too. Would recommend for both kids and adults. Don’t forget to warm up before jumping 🤪

The staff at rush are superb! They have taken every measure possible to ensure the kids are having a great time in a safe way. The kids absolutely love it their and its great value for money. Right now they have factored in deep cleans between sessions and are even cleaning during the sessions. Its great to have somewhere to go where the kids can feel normal and have fun without worrying about the pandemic for an hour or so.

  • 5/5 James B. 3 years ago on Google
We visited for the toddler session, it was excellent, my 20 month old loved every minute of it. Not too busy and plenty of space for everyone to play. Absolutely would recommend. There's a good snack bar with meal deals for the kids too. And lockers for your belongings, which are free to use. With a viewing platform upstairs for anyone visiting without wanting to trampoline.

Went here with my little brother and it was amazing!!! There was so many things to do. I highly recommend the gladiator, wipeout and the swing. The staff here were amazing so friendly and they even helped me when I was scared to do the swing! Will definitely be returning soon!!!!

Place Is good for kids and adults. There are a selection of things to try like Wipeout, gladiator. Just beware during Covid, some parts closed off and no mention of it on their website so quite disappointing. Could easily be monitored. Free parking, toilets, drinks area and seating available. Good for an hour to jump around, have fun and los some calories!!

Visited with my daughter and four year old Grand Daughter. Horrendous experience from start to very short finish . The place was absolutely packed out. Immediately I approached a member of staff to share my concerns and to ask for a refund. I was directed to an extremely dismissive and rude manager who robotically and repeatedly insisted that the numbers per square foot was legal. I pointed out the lack of social distancing in several areas. Her response was the numbers per square foot was legal and they were operating a one way system. Due to the fact that people are allowed through before the previous session has vacated the trampoline area, the one way system becomes a nonsense. There are people bunched together trying to access their lockers to leave while the next session are bunched up together trying to get a locker. The manager offered me a credit note to go back at another time. I declined as I have absolutely no desire to go back. I value my health and the health of my family too much to take the risk. Despite my request, I was refused a refund so we conducted our own risk assessment and bolted for the exit, passing the empty hand sanitizer in reception on the way. They should rename the place COVID CITY

When they've grown out of Wacky Warehouse, Rush is the place to take the kids. This is the first activity I've found where my 16yo will play happily with my 9yo. Because minimum age ranges are enforced properly by staff, you don't get irritating helicopter moms coming over to complain that your child knocked their toddler over in the over-fives ball pool. The cafe does decent food, but it's a tad noisy. It's not cheap either during peak times.

So i booked online for the toddler session and we turned up and then my daughter didn't want to put the socks on so we couldn't do anything, tried to get her to watch the other children but still wasn't having it, one of the staff came over and said they will give a refund for the session but not for the socks which I was happy with. Was really pleased with the place and staff. Looks like great fun but unfortunately I didn't get to have any fun.,
