I had a very great experience at KFC drive thru. I ordered some breakfast and it hot and fresh. My order was well prepared and I got it without waiting for too long. The staff was very friendly and also helped me to decide on the best breakfast

Just experienced the most appalling service at the drive through. Not all items are displayed on the drive through menu, now as any normal person would do, I asked what the price was for the nuggets meal and the cashier with so much attitude had the audacity to tell me that I must go inside and go find out myself cause she can’t tell me the price or find out. She’s like if I want to check the price I’d first have to order and she won’t be able to cancel the order on her system. Had no time to explain or listen to my request. It’s 2025, what backward system is this? Also if I wanted to walk into the restaurant I wouldn’t have driven through by the drive through right? And what gives her the right to be so rude and unhelpful? Her finding out the price of something that’s not on display is part of her job, why am I being inconvenienced for her incompetence? Train your cashiers better, they not doing us a favour by serving us. I’m a paying customer and I have the right to enquire about the product I’m buying. I was served by Lehbogang at 17:13 at your drive through.

The store was clean, the service was outstanding. Adelate served us within 2 minutes our table was clean the music was refreshing. We got a safe parking and we were able to use a bathroom for our wheelchair

The lady seemed like she was not keen to assist us... Ordered 4 sweet chili twisters, as I visibly had kids in the car.. Along the way, we discovered that 3 of them were "hot", for kids below 12. 😡

This KFC staff is friendly and wants to help wherever they can. I sat and waited for my order, and 2 employees came to ask if I was happy and helped. Due to the screen ordering system, it's easier and quicker to order. Will support them in the future again when driving through Bronkhorstspruit!
