The place is nice, but if you happen to move in you should know that incase u loose your keys you are definitely sleeping on the street...their caretaker/building manager who happens to be drunk most of the time will tell you that helping you with keys is not his job, senior manager is another one who will tell u that he's tired of people losing keys and ignore all your complaints. A broken cupboard is also a tenants issue, no one cares... you must just keep on paying rent. They will be nice to you though until u sign a contract...

I want to give it - 5 stars. Cockroaches, thin walls, so already you can hear everything that is happening in other apartments and people still blast music. Even at 1 am and mid day during the week people are blasting music. Building managers never take anything seriously, they are busy partying. Not good for working at home or studying. Also I reported issues in my apartment 7 months ago. Still not fixed.

Building is well placed, in a relatively safe and secure part of Johannesburg CBD. The management is frustrating, the units are cardboard that you can hear your neighbors talking at times. continues water problems, electricity bills are high due to the water heating system used. The only 1 laundrmote washing and drying machine for the entire building and it barely works. Management ask that you to buy your own when you point it out.

Yesterday i had a very horrible experience which made me end up calling the Police, if i can get the email address of the people in charge not the building managers email coz i must say i am very disappointed at him of 53 main street i would really like to report this matter, i had to sleep at the police station for my safety so can i please have the email address ............

Very convenient - especially if you are new to Johannesburg, looking for an affordable and safe place that won't break your budget. Closer to shops, and taxi ranks. Situated in a safer, quieter, and cleaner neighborhood.

Been living at the apartment for about 2mnths now. If there is water it's always brown. There are roaches are everywhere (they did recently fumigate tho so let's see as I'll be back here to comment if need be). I dont know who the receptionist as that desk seems to be there for decoration. I was heavily pregnant at 1 stage and there was load shedding so had to use toilet and got crapped on by someone I didn't know who I later found out I a building manager. Eventually due to issues in the apartment and some false advertising a complaint was sent via email from my sponsor who visited and saw for themselves, next day building managers came and complained about the complaint and said if we don't like the way things are than we should move out by month end as why didn't we come to them directly.

The area is really safe. The service is really good but the walls are thin. Nonetheless I would recommend.

It is located in the most safest, cleanest, and most peaceful part of Johannesburg CBD.
