Poor services to customers ,on 15 December 2020 17:45 we have order for delivery it took them more than 1hour and 45 min to deliver .time now is 20h15we are not paying for cold food .this is not the 1st we are good clients order every week pizza, but this was the last time no more using simply pizza we stay in kleinenberg street 111 .4 blocks from simply pizza please note that I am the local head guide for polokwane . Will rate the business according to your service

For Pizza; Good. For Service; Awesome. Pritty, Kholophelo and the other ladies are friendly, helpful and always a joy to chat with. When I'm in town and a want a Pizza I go to Simply Pizza. When I want a steak, I go to Simply Pizza. (They don't sell steak). That's how good the experiences have been. Thank you from this "Crazy Mlungu"

Very convenient for people around the vicinity of Cycad Centre to order in-store, call in and collect or get a delivery because your pizza would still be very warm by the time it gets to you. My all time favourite is the Meaty Monster, you can never go wrong with that one.

Thank you for Calling so quickly and hearing me out Paul and not making me feel like a total tool for saying something. It showed that you care about us as customers and the quality of service you provide to us. This has never happened to us where a manager/owner called to follow up himself, its appreciated and makes us feel heard.Thank you for explaining regarding Ntate that delivered to us and his struggles, we will leave his Tip with the next driver as it sounds like the odds were stacked against him. Been enjoying the pizza here for a while, didn't do a review till now cause everything has been superb but I had an incident which they handled so well and I was very impressed. Service and pizza is "simply" always good

Great food, great service and wonderful customer service

Manager Mapula took the order. Worst possible service Manager is rude unpleasant and unapproachable . Pizza tooko more than 1 hour after she miss labled it as pick up. Pizza arrived ice cold and when asked to replace it she told me I had to accept it she will not prepare new order. Most horrible service from a Manager. We'll done to the owner, managers and staff This is actually my favorite pizza place but my last experience was just too bad not to mention. Ordered my pizza online at 18:10 Called at 19:02 to check on the order, got told it was super busy and they are awaiting the next driver....okay. Pizza gets her 19:27. I get into the house and open the box. It's the wrong pizza. I call the shop. Get told they'll call the driver. 19:43 I get a phone call and both the driver and shop attendant quizz me on what the pizza looks like...as if I don't know what I ordered. Eventually they accept they delivered the wrong pizza and say they will send the correct one. 20:22. The correct pizza arrives. An apology would have been nice

Service and food is always amazing, except for when we order on Mr Delivery, I don't think they ever really read the order before they start with the food because it has happend 3 times that we ask not to put on mushrooms or onions ect. but everytime that pizza comes exactly as it says on the menu. Please inform the workers to read the orders before they start with the food.
