I don't really know where to start... so I tried to call the number on Google, it doesn't even exist. I tried numerous times. This page says they are open till 9pm, their doors close at 8pm in the week, raced all the way over there thinking we would be an hour early just to have the staff stare at us dumbly through the locked door. We came there on a second night, this time before they decided to close their doors, we wanted to order the Veggie Schwarma, as advertised online and on the in-store menu, only for the staff to inform us completely unapologetically that they don't have the patty. The woman at the till just looked at me and said "Chicken or Beef?" To which I responded, "No, I don't eat meat, so I was really looking forward to your vegetarian option." She just looked at me , completely indifferent and said "Oh, ok.", turned around and got the order for someone who was waiting. So excellent service, really, a shining example of customer care, Barcelos should really highlight the franchise for their outstanding service. Not to mention your drunk car guard shouting at us because we did not give him money after being in your establishment for 5 minutes and leaving completely unsatisfied.

Go there at your own risk ,the person who grills the meat in Barcelona bronkhorspruit burns the meat,there pap is like it was cooked 3days ago ,the service is bad I don't recommend Barcelona bronkhorspruit

The Cashier Has Attitudes, She Doesn't Even Have A Name Tag On, The Service Is Very Poor And We Get Dirty Tables For Sit In, The Drinks Takes Time To Be Delivered To The Table 🙄🤦‍♂️...Imma Never Ever Lay My Feet At Mams Mall Barcelos And Wow, I Had To Edit This, After Knowing That The Cashier Is The Manager, If The Manager Is Giving Bad Attitude, What Is She Teaching The Rest Of The Staff? 🤔

The Place is spotless and clean, the staff simply amazing and their food excellent Management and Director simply amazing!!!!! Its a cool and calm environment,

There is a tendency in this “branch” that needs to be nipped in the bud: when a customer says they want a leg, they will deliberately give you the opposite (breast)..especially on takeaways. Why are breasts forced on customers?

The place has a poorly kept parking lot but the store is well kept inside. The service was not great, orders were mixed up. I ordered rice and pap but the box came sealed with two paps. The meat was dry and overcooked and it looked like the previous day's left overs.

They run out of gravy, leg portions, pap and livers every single day after work, without fail! You can therefore never order what you want... So go there prepared to eat whatever they are able to serve you and not what you want. The staff however are friendly.

I was served very cold meal. The meat felt like it come from the fridge. So disappointed. Although they took the meal to warm up. I am done with this Barcelos.
