I have been frequenting this establishment, until I got badly burnt chicken one one day, then the next day upon complaining about the same, I got chicken that's gone bad instead. Never visiting again.

Usually they save fresh and amazing chicken/food but today I am not a happy camper. I bought the two chicken special and 2 sides. The chicken tasted stale and the peritatoes were rubbery mxnm. I am so disappointed.

Fast and efficient efficient drive thru service. Doesn't your hotpot meal and salad come with cutlery? Very disappointed ☹️ No salt nor tomato sauce for the chips. I don't think I'll buy here again.

Every single time I purchase from this nandos they mess my order up. It seems as if the staff feel they doing us a favour to render a service. I bought spicy rice with chicken strips , the chicken was raw and hard. The rice was hard and tasted like they added butter. I had requested for extra sauce but as usual when I get home the meal was dry with less sauce. I asked for mild only to be given lemon and herb. My reciept shows that I ordered mild but conveniently I was given the incorrect flavour. My husband ordered a quarter chicken meal, the roll was stale and his request for extra sauce was also ignored. I definitely will not purchase from here again. I rather starve.

Fresh and amazing food. Went through the drive through which was a little slower than normal but can't fault the food.

We had our order with two rolls just to find only one roll was missing while we were already more than 50km far, i had to eat my meat with sasko bread 👎😓

I would like to compliment Edith for the outstanding service she gave my partner and I at Nandos Blue hills. She must keep up the good work!!! Not only was she attentively listening but she took her time to assist from the time we walked in till we walked out.

I just bought full chicken at Nandos Blue Hills. The meat tasted like it was washed with soap. Very dry no sauce. Yuk

I went to Nando’s to buy full chicken meal take away today hot flavour, the meat was dry without any sauce and flavour.

Easy access using drive thru and lady taking order and payment was friendly and courteous. Lady at service window was rude and a let-down and i felt like I was interrupting her discussion with her counterparts. Severe let down. Will maybe consider going back just for the convenience and food.

Manager rude, arguing about extra sauce on extra hot order. Apparently it's customers fault extra hot is not as hot as I used to be. 15ml sauce limit!!!

My go to place for a take out. Quick efficient and never has my order gone wrong. Food is great, no complaints 😋. Best part is the drive thru. No need to get out of the car, for those lazy days.

sold me rotten chicken yesterday and they covered it with lots of source. i vomited the whole night. they ruined Nandos for me and now i can never eat it again.

The restaurant is amazing. The design, structure and decor are that of not only a restaurant, but more of an experience. Staff is friendly, and food is top notch. I recently went through the Drive-thru while it was RAINING CATS AND DOGS. Despite the rain, the staff performance was commendable and just as fast, tasty and efficient as it is when it's not raining. Nandos for the win, every time.

This place is the best will always go and dine in,because wow their food is on another level and their customer service is out of this world.

Ordered lemon and herb livers but was given hot livers. Slow service as well.

Chicken was very dry, less sauce. Extra hot was not hot at all. Only 15ml sauce allowed per a quarter chicken. Offered to pay extra for sauce but no such option exists. Never had sauce problems at this nandos store before. Will definitely be finding a new nandos restaurant to dine at. They also refused to made 2 quarter chickens mild, one hot and one extra hot. Apparently it's not allowed to do that on a full chicken. What nonsense.

This is the driest Nandos I’ve ever had. We literally asked for extra sauce, they did the opposite. Service was slow too

The Peritato wedges are so dry and stale. Like they had preheated them about 3 or 4 times. The thigh is so dry! Why such bad food at 6PM though? Was it a slow day, like what happened?

Went there with friends for a sit down meal. Ordering the food was okay. It is the waitress who was bringing our food that not so great. We felt rushed, while we were eating they wanted our glasses because they had run out. Why buy 20 glasses when your capacity is 50(an estimate)? And all she could say when we asked why she's rushing is, you can see the situation, pointing around but the restaurant wasn't even that full. The food was good though and I enjoyed my crushed ice coco pine drink (forgot the name)

Had a good experience. Caters for vegetarians. Place was clean and neat. Service was good. Food was served fast. Great selection of sauces available. Would recommend.

I ordered some burger thing they have on their menu. It was good. I would have given this Nandos 5 stars but the table we were sitting at was sticky and even when we asked for it to be cleaned the patron who brought the food to us insisted that it was clean.

Food is great, but you can't pick up the food ordered on the eateries app via the drive through, however the app tells you to pick up food via the drive through... Sending mixed messages to customers
