Highly recommend visiting this Nandos. I regularly visit other Sites and this one is by far memorable. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The restaurant has a great layout and vibe. The wash up area and restaurant was clean. Wheelchair friendly and easy accessible with no limitations. Ample free and secure parking available for sit ins or use the drive thru. Chicken was delicious and not dry. Thanks for the lovely experience.

This is a very special Nando’s. It one of a handful with a drive through, close to many office buildings so I often have a business lunch here. Also got to meet one of my hero’s and the world’s best batsmen AB de Villiers here once! I have never been disappointed. Update: It has been beautifully removed recently and is looking fantastic. The service was outstanding, and the food was world class as only South African Nando’s can be. Will make sure to stop there again the next time we are in town.

Solid Nando's restaurant and food. Very friendly ladies at the counter, also one or two gents terribly rude. Extremely busy during lunch hour. Nevertheless, good experiences.

Beautiful dining area, clean tables and enough space to have a nice meal with friends and family. Friendly staff. Waiting time is not bad and the quality of food is excellent.

Drive-through is normally painfully slow and there is often no person at the order window. Food always good though

Horrible slow service. I spent 30 minutes in a drive throu while there was only 2 cars in front of me. Their bowl was too hot as if it was in the microwave for an hour. Please STOP making milkshakes. It was so Horrible. It had full ice cubes that blocks the thin straw everytime I'm trying to drink from it. I really think you are trying to save icecream by putting 8 extra large icecubes in a milk shake.

Ordered their hotpots and they are amazing - specifically the Hot Hotpot😂 their chicken was so juicy and fully cooked through - beautiful honestly🔥 do check it out whenever you get the chance😉

People were nice, service isn't as fast as other fast food places but the food is better, so it makes up for it by far

There was noone at the order window and then it took ages to eventually get the order. But the food tasted great.

Waited over 30 min in drive thru, when I eventually got out of my car to find out, they said they were still making the chicken. No one bothered to go out to drive thru to inform the queue of what was going on. The staff wasn't bothered. When I eventually got my food, the chips were so cold, clearly they packed them in that bag waaay earlier because I has ordered online 30min b4 I got there to be told the chicken is still being cooked!

We have been going there for over 8 years, the staff already know our orders.. A very friendly and warm environment..

The food was not as great as per usual. However it might have just been due to avo beimg out if season. Great service. Best wedges in town though!!

Their really busy therefore it deprives customers the full attention they wish to get .otherwise everything else is okay the food tastes nice

Sometimes the food takes long. Other than that it always tastes great.

They allow beggars to walk up to your car at the drive thru. This puts one in a very uncomfortable and awkward situation. Will think twice before going back. BTW The food is very good.

The service I got is very poor. Twice I ordered online. I ordered my lunch at 12 n I received it at 2. The second time I ordered at 12 I called around 1 I was told that the driver is on the way. Around 13:40 I was told the order did not come through though I received email and an sms confirming my order. Am so disappointed with them.

I love Nandos and I've been buying from this particular one for the past 14 or so years and it's been near perfect. Mara lately your hotpot portions have been lacking. I'm rating you guys 2 star, for now, up until you stop ukusincisha. When you go back to serving us the healthy portions of old I will change my review.. Promise🤞🏾

Not the best Nandos I have been to. The Staff are not really that friendly. It Felt like they are just there to get you your food so you can get out. The food was also not of the quality we are used to for a Nandos. So unfortunately we will not be back to this branch. We chose this branch as we were in the area at the time. We had been there many years before for a sit down meal and thought well we can pop in for some take aways. This felt like a mistake as it was not the restaurant that we remember. I can't send you my invoice as it was a take away and i threw it away.

Lost my love for Nando’s a few months ago but had a craving for it today and had the best experience in customer service in such a long time. Every staff member was so super friendly and helpful checking on us bringing us additional stuff closing the door because they felt the wind was disturbing us. Just wow!!! And the food was absolutely delicious, the way Nando’s should be at every branch. Keep up the great work guys.

Very happy with the service and the only clean nandos in pretoria. Friendly staff Very spacious and will definitely visit them again.

We ordered two boujie bowls and 10 winglets plus side salad. I really enjoyed the winglets 😍 I have new comfort meal. I loved how they spiced and how they grilled the wings. Not like the other fried chicken from other restaurants. That nandos unique sauce toped up the flavor that I couldn't stop liking. Nandos Menlyn is the best. I have supported a lot of nandos for over 10 years now and I have never seen such service from this restaurant. They were efficient, friendly and offered fresh quality meals. Thank you

It Nandos. Its ok. Woupd be awesome to have the menu visible where you spend so much time waiting in the que, and not at the order window where you then hold up the que to see what you can choose from. Staff was friendly enough. Food is ok. Can improve their system and drive through time.

Had to wait a little bit long for our food, but the staff was really friendly and the food great!

I had a bad experience ages ago, wanted to try the shop again after so many years. This time service was very slow, chicken was cold, wedges were soft, cold drink was not cold. So completely dissatisfied, not visiting again.

They say they open at 10am but doors opened at 10:20 on top of that they burned my meat what a bad experience I had at that place and it's not the 1st time they do this.... I think they are well known for burned meat.

Food and service good, but Security an issue. A vehicle parked in front of the entrance raised awareness of manager and after the vehicle left, we received our food and proceeded to our car, only to hear a chilling scream from a pedestrian woman at the entrance to Nando's on the public road being mugged by the same vehicle that was spotted at the front door of Nandos. Big problem!! Please move or open another Nandos at a safer spot.

Very disappointed with the service I received today, Very Poor customer service. Made an order on the app had to wait for my order for a very long time. When I ask how long it will take for my order, a very rude waitress by the name of Mpho, responded she was busy with my order, to make the matters worse it was not even the correct order, she had to follow me to my car that she gave me a wrong order, not even showing remorse. Mpho needs to get proper customer service training, she is very rude and have a stinking attitude. Not happy at all with your service, it was really a waste of my time.
