Worst service. I called to ask if the doctor was in because it's a Saturday, they told me it's 24 hours I drove all the way when I get there they tell me because I don't have a file they can't help me the medical aids office are closed to confirm if they can help. The lady in reception takes her sweet time to help and attend to patients and the gentlemen to help with the file was just not interested to try assist us. Please try give patients information when they call to save us all the time traveling there without getting any assistance. Also please take your receptionist for customer service training. Such a good and established practice with such bad service. First time going there, never going back!

Worst service ever, no smile from any of the front desk assistants after asking to come into the facility as it was windy and cold & had my 2 month old baby with me, because the que started outside. 0nce inside I saw that people who came in after me were given some sort of number or ticket so I went up to the desk to query, I greet the lady she greets back without even looking at me, her head was facing down seeming she was busy with something after a minute or 2 she looks up doesn't ask me how she can help nor excuse herself for ignoring or non acknowledgement of my presence but rather tells me, with a straight face to sit down, as I'm trying to explain my situation to her, she didn't even give me a chance to say much she tells me again just to sit down, went back to my seat, took my belongings & left that nasty facility because I was degraded and treated as if their services were from a government facility when I was a paying patient /customer. They actually deserve a negative star rating 👎

Please dnt go here if u got a loved one that is very critical Go to Legae in Mabopane via Morula view instead,me and my family went there on Thursday night, when they couldn't assist my critically ill Father This other old nurse that we found there without a "name tag" was so rude and was so unprofessional.she hates her Job I swear, she treated us so inhumane, one of the things she said or rather questioned was "Why khante Mmalona a sa mo tlhapisa Maoto" Meanwhile my father was busy dying😔😒 Never go here especially at night There's no one to guard the Gate for any emergency arrival at the premises I would rate the place no star at all simply because the place is very poorly managed The place is nolonger the "Marivhate" or Wisani we used to know to save lifes It's fine if u go there to get a letter so that u can go to a hospital 🏥 But Zone 4 clinic can assist u with that free of charge But then if u have a medical aid maybe they might give you a better treatment Goodluck 👋🏾

So Its 11 o clock at night n I have an emergency 16/12/2020.I wait by the gate waiting for them to open.Hooting n flicking my headlights. When they eventually open, this medical receptionist takes her sweet time checking if my medical aid had funds without even saying a word to m while I'm clearly in pain. I'm not happy with the front desk service shame.

I am so disappointed with wisani medical centre zone 1 ga-rankuwa, on the 27/12/2020, i took my grandmother to wisani, she was not well, they refused to let her in, the doctor didn't even see her,we were assistant by the front line assistant, all they did is took is her temperature, took R200 for leavy and referred us to legae hospital, later that night, my mom called wisani around 19:30, wanted the doctor to at least give my grandmother something for her to take, that will push her through the night cause legae was telling us that they cant assist us cause we had already consulted at wisani and we cannot consult at two institutions in one day, than wisani told my mother to come and they will se what they can do to assist, but on her arrival to wisani around 19:45, the doctor said that there is nothing he could assist her with. We drove around looking for a medical institution that were willing to assist my grandmother mother and the institution that took her in asked us why we took so long to bring her cause she was in a critical condition. the following day i recieved an email from medical aid that wisani claimed R655.00. So actually wisani took R855 for NOTHING!!! Only to be assisted elsewhere All we wanted was wisani doctors to attend my grandmother, unlike keeping her outside in the state that she was in.

My 6 years old son had ear pain at midnight and was rushed to Wisani but he was turned away because my brother did not have enough money, he only had R400. He asked if they could at least see the crying child and he promised to bring the balance later but they refused . I was 200kms away and couldn't bring the medical aid card, the one they had was expired, they refused to accept the medical aid number over the phone. My brother had to drive back home with a crying child to get more money before my child was seen by the doctor. I am so disappointed

Very poor queuing system if you are not alert tou will spend the whole day because people will pass waiting area in the reception and go straight to the passage by the consultation room and you will think maybe they were there before you but naaaah.

Oh my, had a horrible experience, the lady at the reception was unfriendly and didn’t want to tell if the doctor was there or not, however there were people queuing for him. I arrived there before 15:30 (after hours) and they still wanted to charge me an extra 350rands, which is an additional after hot fee. This medical center should just close their curtains or hire new stuff, the nonsense I saw today, is definitely something I don’t want to experience especially when I’m seeking medical care, the most important thing. I am absolutely baffled by how the center is operated.

I called the Wisani medical centre at 17:30 and explained that I had a laboratory accident and the doctor told me to come. When I got there was I was met by a rude receptionist who just started speaking about money and how I couldn’t get help because it was after hours . I then explained to her that I had called beforehand and was told to come by the doctor. She then proceeded to call the doctor then handed the phone to me. I was met by the same rude doctor’s voice I had spoken to earlier, who then proceeded to tell I had to pay an extra R350 even though I have medical insurance. I agreed and was ready to pay when the receptionist disappeared to what I assume is the doctors office and then came back to tell that the doctor says he won’t be helping me. So nje ngiright ngale centre because had he told not to come I would have saved my transport money.
