The worst service ever...the filing room is a disaster, the ladies in there are rude as hell. They’re on their phones all the time, if not, they’re on lunch. The nurses at the women’s clinic lied about how far I was, I went through hell because of those people. Skinner clinic is a joke.

The service is really slow especially maternity section we've been waiting for over 3 hours on the benchs no help yet since 6 ppl were taken Almost 2 hours ago ND nothing since.... The only person that takes the patients seriously is the security personnel Chantelle whose always helpful ND friendly... This situation isn't getting any better everytime we wait ND wait for long hours u get to arrive as early as 6am ND get help around 3 which way too long... The aim is not to tarnish the the reputation but to hope better service delivery...

The nurses tell you that you have to be there by 7am or else you forfeit your appointment but you only get served at 2pm. Bad service delivery.

Pharmacists at dispensary are worthless. They are just there to get paid. I think you should start doinv stats on them and check how many patients they assist within an hour. I wont be surprised if they help only 2 patients per hour because they are forever at the rest rooms and on lunch with no relives.

The service is sooo horrible they also don't know what they are doing . I asked them which line to follow today aftee i did my vitals no one know and the previous was in queue for the whole day just for them to tell me they lost my file i had to go to the clinic manager because the stuff didn't care they said they don't know what to do but managed to do a duplicate file last week i came i followed the line got to the doctor doctor said i was not supposed to come to her i aske where must i go she also don't know the lady who was at tge help dask said i must start over... am here to day for the same issue they don't know what they doing an following a line i dnt know them them selves do t know hopefully ill be assistied

How can dey give a client an appointment date ,dey fail to take out the file..it took 3hours for my file to come.. M very disappointed and irritatated by de skinner clinic service..clerks staff they dnt even care...

Firstly patients waited over 2 hours outside the premises and still didn't get files. Appreciate the nurses doing vitals even without files. It's now 3 hours and still no files. It appears the clerks working in the filing room, finding difficult in getting their system right

This Clinic brought in a number system that doesn't work even if you sit in the queue and you are next and someone comes with a lower number they get pushed in front of you even though there are more than one Clinic in the same building. Some time's you are done before some of the clinics and on your way to the pharmacy then they will make you wait till your number even if you sit there for 3 to 4 hours or you don't get helped and have to go the next day and do it all over again

The service was great the other patients however was the pits they don't follow the procedure some think they are intitled to be here and to good to stand and cue and pay hobo to hold their space while they chill in their warm cars we all have health issueand most follow the procedure and come early to stand in the cold and wait but now then some intitled people make the experience even worse we are all sick have pain and are dealing with a lot then to come to a place where we are supposed to be treated as equals you still get those idiots who make the waiting worst and cause more stress and agrivasion than is necessary

I came around mid December and was transferred to hospital, I was checked and everything was fine, I went back to the clinic as instructed by the clinic. I went back waited for hours only to be given another date that's on a Saturday in January (mind you I wasn't checked) while they know very well that the clinic is closed on Saturdays!!! If they can do this with dates what more with medication?!

So disappointed with the nurses, i was in the room to be seen by a nurse while other nurse came in with another patient who was a chef they forgot about me and started talking about how much is the course, minister of health must visit that clinic everyone is doing what they want

Best public health institution ever, service is very excellent from the gate entrance up until the last point. Nurses are energetic and hands-on

Can someone come up with a proper way to manage this clinic, it's just a proper MESS here. No order at all, because of poor management and lazy staff.

My grandchild is sick, 1st her file is lost, then they lost her immune book. Didn't help my granddaughter at all on 2/10/2023

The service here at this clinic is very poor..I've been sitting for 3 hours on the benches and the clinic is not even busy...the nurses here takes about 30 minutes with one patient
