    Worst service experience I’ve ever had. I’m a waitress myself and I was appalled. Restaurant was virtually empty, our server took over 20 minutes to bring three bar drinks. Food came back completely wrong for two out of five of us. The marinara on top of my chicken looked like it’d been sitting in the food window for 15 minutes. We sat wondering where our server was the entire visit. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there whatsoever. Oh, and thanks for the food poisoning. After an awful experience, that was the hot fudge on top of their overly microwaved brownies. This was the first and only time I will be here. The rest of my family enjoyed coming to this location until this visit. Save your money- don’t stop here. Blaze is a cheaper alternative with 100x better quality food, and they’re not half the name T.G.I. Friday’s is.

    Very disappointing. After management changed it’s just gone downhill. We waited almost an hour for our food to be old, over greasy and cold. I was unsure if my soft pretzel was supposed to be deep fried with a pool of grease under it. We were told it’d be a 10-15 min wait cause they were understaffed but I only saw 3 other tables there. We were offered more food but why would I want more mediocre food. Nothing was taken off our check even after we told them it was bad. When John was manager it was perfect we used to come all the time. Never again

    We went the day before mother’s day and it was the absolute worst experience I’ve had in a while. The food took forever and was prepared wrong. We ordered kids sundaes and got vanilla ice cream without any toppings. The alcoholic beverages were purely juice barely any alcohol. The endless coconut shrimp tasted like funnel cake batter and not coconut. They told us they were going to bring us the condiments for the shrimp and fix the kids sundaes but this was never done. My medium well steak was made well done twice. The broccoli was over cooked and was yellow. It was terrible. Never again.

    The appetizers where delicious and came fast. I really didn’t care too much for the Whiskey BBQ sauce on my ribs or boneless chicken.

    Stop here for a quick meal. Waited over 10 minutes to be acknowledged. The restaurant was not packed and had open seats available. I asked the lady at the bar were was the hostess. She just stated someone will be with us shortly. I ordered fish and chips..thumbs down no flavor waste of money. Otherwise our service from Jennifer our waitress gets 5 stars. She was pleasant and worked fast.

    Terrible. Just terrible. This place is like a ghost town and still has terrible service. Host walked us all the way around the restaurant looking for a clean table & couldn't find one! So he seated us at a dirty table near the bar & came back to clean it himself. We then sat patiently reading through the entire menu cover to cover, decided on what to order for drinks, entrees, etc. Never once saw another employee after that. No servers, no bartender, no manager... it was ridiculous! And only a few other customers in the place, so not that they were that busy or anything. After over 20 minutes of being ignored and having enough time to look up other restaurants in the area on our phones we left. On the way out there were two employees standing at the host stand chatting and when my husband said we were leaving since no one seemed to want to serve us at least one of them seemed apologetic. We then headed to another restaurant where we are now enjoying a lovely dinner with a very attentive server! That's a good way to lose business, Friday's! Ignore the customers so they decide to spend their money elsewhere!

    Food was good but I did see the wall paper peeling and it looked dirty. Waitress didn't seem so thrilled to be working but, the trainee was a lot more happier than her hands down. Had to ask for everything nothing was ever brought to us. Like other restaurants they automatically bring refills never had to ask.

    Food was good, however our order was wrong from the drinks to the burgers. Recieved cold tea in lieu of hot tea and was told they would microwave it for my son. The server was not very attentive as the empty appetizer plates remained on the table the entire time and we had to ask for refills on soda after two visits to the table with empty glasses.

    Poor service and I actually like the place. We waited at the hostess point for someone to come from back to seat us.I asked are you guys open for dine in because it was empty. We get seated bye a lady who gave us hand gestures to table walked off came back placed silverware on table and walked off. About 3-5 mins later a man comes with his jacket on ask us do we want something to drink and begins gathering the things for our drinks without washing his hands and with his jacket on. We politely told him we where fine and left.

    Terrible service from the waiter, took drink order for party of 5, only brings 2 drinks then disappears so different staff member had to bring drinks. Takes order for appetizers and once again disappears so another staff member has to bring food from kitchen whilst telling server that the food will get cold sitting too long. Lastly after about 20 minutes brings out entrees and forgot to ring in one order. Wings were terrible and barley sauced for a buffalo wing, finally the forgotten order is brought to the table, it is cold and not even prepared correctly. Will never come back to this location ever again, I suggest the same for others

    The food quality was good and that is the only reason I am leaving two stars. We waited over 20 minutes before anyone came to our table to get our drink order. And then waited another 10 minutes before the drinks came. It would be curious to know if there was a manger on staff tonight. Food service was a little faster but not much. It will be some time before I return to this Friday's.

    Wasn't crowded at all.. Waiter was moving everywhere but our table. Took a while before he came to our table & we order drinks, that took forever to get ,then bring wrong drink more than 1 time & half of us there food wasn't all that great .. Hard potato skins & boneless chicken. & sizzling steak dinner didn't add up to picture advertise. Plus had a bad smell soon as you walk inside
