My daughters and I love Naf Naf Grill. Pretty quick and friendly service. The pita bread is tasty too. We have been going here for a few years and never really had a bad experience at all. Plenty of free parking. Relatively clean restroom as well as outdoor seating. I recommend going here and giving it a try. I love trying new foods!

This place was fantastic, the staff helped us to decide what to order and provided samples to help. They made sure we were enjoying the delicious meal and even provided a treat for dessert. Our group had a fun time. I highly recommend trying naf naf, you'll be happy you did!

Food is good, no doubt, it tastes great. I got the falafel bowl. The only concern I had was for the quantity. It was comparatively less as to what I used to get from Naf Naf before. Almost half bowl was full. I don't know why this has been happening for the past couple of times I have been visiting this location. Hope they take care of the quantity put in the bowl henceforth.

Ordered this today and it came half full. Maybe not even. I included a picture of it and will be including a photo they have on their site of what it "should" look like. WOW. Rip off.

Fantastic fresh and delicious, falafel made on the spot, all ingredients fresh and crispy.... the pita was like a little cloud waiting to be filled and enjoyed. Tahini sauce was creamy and delicious. Staff was great and everything was clean. Can't want to go back, again and again....

I am very familiar with Middle Eastern food since my girls are 25% Arabic. This is a nice, fast food restaurant. The flavors were there. I had the pita sandwich with chicken shawarma and middle eastern salad, tahini and hummus. The only thing I would recommend is mixing the meat with the salad before putting in the sandwich. My first few bites were full of salad and the end was full of savory meat. Definitely light food but filling. The falafels were good.

The Hummus here is fantastic! The fact they use fresh produce and fresh made on site pita bread!! It's like music to my ears or should I say stomach in this case! Definitely will return!

Perhaps the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Staff was enthusiastic. It is sort of a Mid Eastern Subway. As you walk from one end of the counter to the other, the server assembles a sandwich or salad as you direct. I don't eat enough mid-eastern food too compare it to other restaurants, but I did find a tasty and I will be coming back.

I take a 20-30 minute drive one way for this place. It's so underrated and flavorful and there are so many options, but the new Chicken Schnitzel is my new favorite. Keep it up and I'll keep coming back.

Leah and her staff tonight were awesome. They were busy but very attentive to everyone's order. They offered suggestions and were extremely friendly. Food was fresh and delicious as always. Steak was amazing! Thank you.

Ordered for take out 2.11.22 with a few co-workers. Clearly we ordered on the wrong day. One hour after eating 2 out of the 3 of us were violently ill with our body's purging every ounce of substance. Almost 24 hours later and I still can't keep water down. The intense burning in my stomach and esophagus feels like I ingested some sort of chemical. I normally don't complete reviews but I feel an obligation to share my (our) experience. I really enjoy Mediterranean food but this was hands down the worst food experience of my life.

There were only 2 people staffed to handle EVERYTHING during lunch time. They were doing a great job keeping the line moving, while keeping a calm positive attitude. Kudos to them! The food was mediocre with minimal flavor. The vegetables are crisp and the meat is very tender. A nice healthy option if you're in the area.

This place was totally unorganized nothing was prepped according to one of the workers food was made sloppily and the manager did nothing even when he saw his workers were falling behind and didn't have enough food for service he was more concerned with cleaning up for the night. By the time I got my food from them it was already cold. One patron got sick of waiting for his order and left and one of the workers realized that they forgot to make his order. This place has great food but every time I go the service is subpar. 100% unacceptable.

Tried pita stuffed chicken shawarma here. It was okayish Updated !! Tried their chicken shawarma bowl. It was good but I think chicken serving was bit less than what I expected for a bowl.

Service at this location has more recently improved, the food is good when fresh. They have changed the menu where everything seems to be an up charge and shrunk the bowl size over the last couple of years. Not the cheapest place to eat, but you get tasty middle eastern food in reasonable time.

One of my favorite chains for Mediterranean food! Rivonte and Angel are two of the best in the biz. Those guys know their Pita inside&out. While you're in, try the new Nafziki cucumber sauce! It's pretty frickin delicious. And on the way out, maybe stop in to the Square Foodcourt and visit the lovely ladies @ Shri Foods. They've got authenic, homecooked Indian Cuisine for a taste East of the Mediterranean. Plenty of options here at Brookfield Square!

Food was very good. The guy kinda goofed on my order. It was a pita with crispy chicken. He ended up cutting the chicken which you're not supposed to do. The lobby was also a little dirty.

It's a different choice from my regular lunch/ dinner. I ordered the Vegi Feast. At the bottom of the bowl is some sort of creamy ingredient with chunks; it taste okay, very different. The bowl is served cold. The red and green sauce are very good and very hot.

We stopped by to have lunch. The food was so delicious. The staff was so friendly. Food is so unique,and like other shawarma of fallafels which you can find in other places. Thank you so much, it was incredible!

As always, this place is an incredible family. Pleaser! Food is always wonderful and I'm very happy to hear they're opening a couple new locations in the Milwaukee area. I'm really hoping soon they open it in an area an Oconomowoc also.

Poor service. 1st I will never "pretip" on an order, a tip is meant to award services rendered not in anticipation of said service. I placed an order for pickup at 12:15pm. It's been over a half hour past the pick up time and still no order. I do not blame the workers, they were hustling to take care of the customers in the shop and handle the online orders. I place blame squarely on the owner/corporation. They obviously failed at their training. There was an apparent back up in online orders and yet I saw one worker clock out as there were a half dozen people in line. Why would the manager allow this?

Food was pretty good, but it is kind of like Qdoba when you want Mexican food...americanized fast food. The harissa sauce was awesome though if you like spicy. And the pita, while also americanized, was clearly very fresh. I think the service was ok, but the whole staff seemed run down by the grumpy manager. And we got there right at opening! I feel a bit bad for them. Otherwise, a decent meal for the price, but I would rather stick with the real Shawarma place up the road.

Meat quality is decent at best. Pretty fatty chicken shawarma. Same with the beef. The rice was definitely not fresh but it was edible. The only thing on point here is the garlic sauce:

Good food, clean, fast service. The seating in the dining area consists of taller bar-stools attached to the tables. If you have really long legs or need a back to your chair etc. etc. eating in won't be super comfortable. They have public bathrooms, not sure if they are considered "wheelchair accessible" but they do have lots of space.

My best friend introduced me to naf naf over the weekend for my birthday and I was in LOVE! I've never tried chicken shawarma before but it was devine! 10/10

Food was not very good,even for fast Middle Eastern food. Have had many middle eastern meals from authentic cooks and this wasn't close! I don't mind paying for good food but this definately wasn't worth the prices!

The food was great! It’s nice to have something different. The food prep area appeared to be clean, but the dining area was not. The floor was so dirty my feet stuck to it and the soda area had fruit flies flying all over it. I took my food to go.

Nummy food! The staff is hit or miss the few times we've been there but love the falafel!

It is a fast food pick your items falafel place. I liked the options. The place was clean and the employees were nice and patience with my questions. And the pita..... Worth the trip. It's heavenly!

Order on DoorDash frequently. My order is always confirmed asap, ready fast, tastes exactly the same every time (great 😋), warm, & my order has NEVER been messed up/incorrect. Smaller menu to choose from. Good prices.
