I paid over $16 for a Luke warm bacon burger that was missing the bacon and super soggy fries. It took over ten minutes to get my food. They didn’t drop the fries until after the burger was done so it sat on the counter getting cold. The fries may have been fresh and hot but they were super soggy. Way over priced for poor quality
I love the fries. So much for the price and so little hassle to get to. Burgers are great and done just right they first time every time. Grilled cheese here is really good too. Intend on trying their hot dogs soon. Always courteous service.
I honestly wish I could give 0 stars for the Five Guys in Brookfield, Wisconsin. We ordered online on March 27 for curbside pickup. We arrived to pick up our order and followed the directions online to check in. After waiting approximately 40 minutes after the time indicated the order would be ready, I called the store several times but the phone went unanswered. I then went into the store to inquire about where the order was (which defeats the purpose of curbside pick up). The store was not busy and there were several employees milling around. I explained that I tried calling the store several times and we had been waiting for a curbside order for over 40 minutes from the time they said it would be ready online. The representative went and grabbed a bag by a heat lamp and was like "oh, your order is ready." I asked him how long the order had been seating under the lamp. He replied "only about 10 minutes." I knew right then he had lied to my face. Only after I wouldn't accept that old order, he said they could remake it. At that point, I explained to him that I had called the store several times, they were or should have been aware that there was a curbside order waiting and the fact that the order was old, I wanted a refund. Well apparently they didn't know how to refund my order in store and had to call the store manager, Freddy. According to the representative in store, Freddy said that I could cancel the order online. I explained to him there was nothing online that allowed me to do so. Even the representatives looked at my phone and confirmed there was no online cancellation link. Freddy then said he would refund my money the next day when he was in store. The next day and several days after, I called Freddy to inquire about my refund. He kept saying that the district manager refunded it and it should be in my account in a few days. The amount of the order was $68. After getting the run around with Freddy, I finally contacted my bank (Educators Credit Union) who assisted me in completing an affidavit of not receiving goods and they (Educators) refunded the money back to my account the next day. Shame on Five Guys. Will never do business at that location again! I recommend staying away to avoid the hassle and horrible customer service.
The regular order of fries could feed an army. They were thick cut, flavorful, but soft as mashed potatoes. The cheeseburger was a double Patty with American style cheese. It tasted similar to Velveeta. The beef tasted fine. It had no noticable Charbroiled flavor. I thought it to be quite average. The bun held together surprisingly well, even though I ordered a heap of toppings. I also had a cherry Coke. The soda at $2.49 was the biggest bargain at the cash register. The burger...7.99, fries 4.29. My total was over $15. Too expensive for average burger and fry thing. My advice is, take that $15 and find a good local Pub burger.
So, today I had an excellent experience. I was sitting at home at around 845 and wanted to have a burger. That left me 15 minutes before five guys will close. I called up five guys at around 850 hoping to place an order so I can come and pick it up. I was expecting them to tell me that they can’t do it but was very pleasantly surprised when they did make the burgers for me. The guy behind the counter was so positive. These are the kinds of people you want working for your company. You guys are going to get all my Burger business 😊
Craving a good burger. Got A great burger and AMAZING service with Brandon. He might just have been better than the burger! He was so full of enthusiasm and happiness that it made my whole day. Thanks Brandon for bringing such beautiful life to everyone’s day. Keep on doing your thing and making people smile!!
The guy behind the counter was nice, burger was great, Cajun fries were good but a bit soggy. Only problem was that it took a REALLY long time to get my food. I was the only one in there and it took me at least 20 minutes, and this was around 1 pm. Might be because this location is in a mall food court and as a result it might not see a lot of traffic. I'm not sure, but for whatever reason it was SLOW.
very pricey....
Ugh I would eat here all the time but I always feel like I gain 10 lbs afterwards. The fries are so good. AVOID IF YOU HAVE PEANUT ALLERGIES!!!! BUT IF NOT DEFINITELY EAT HERE IF YOU LOVE A GOOD BURGER!!!!
Management at this location is not the nicest on most attentive to customers. If your going to talk about someone make sure they are not around. Also very inpatient
Friendly team behind the counter, and the fries are outstanding.
This is easily the worst 5 guys in the Midwest. Never have I had cold fries from a Five guys location and the cup wasn't even full. The Delafield location is 100 times better
Always a great place for excellent burgers and dogs. My son loves the double bacon cheeseburger. My personal favorite is the bacon cheese dogs. Staff is hard working, dedicated and work hard to make hot delicious food. The french fries are plentiful and when you order fries, they give you enough to satisfy the biggest of hungers!
Honestly overpriced for what you get. Especially considering you could spend less for more at Kopps. I likely wouldn't return based on the value for my money. My kids wanted to try it, so they can mark it off their list.
Unimpressed. Bacon burger with fries and a coke was over $16! The burger was ok, nothing special, the bacon was precooked, not fresh. Located in the mall near other much less expensive options. The burger was meh, fries were meh. Very greasy, but some people like that. Many far superior burger options in the area for similar price or less. I feel like they are quite overpriced for a mediocre product, and you aren't paying for service, the atmosphere or an experience either. You can do much better than this five guys.
