I usually stay at the Ambassador Hotel. Read the reviews prior to booking here. Just like many others Great hot breakfast. Very clean hotel, rooms Amy at front desk was amazing. I could see and feel her passion for customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend this hotel. Amy and Sophia will make you feel right at home

Disappointing because the location was great. Staff was attentive and friendly - minus the GM who was unkind and rude in multiple situations. Did not feel family friendly. Tiny lobby seemed filled with GM's pals. Lacks room for families to sit together at a table for breakfast. Shower was not cleaned and we found candy from previous guests on the floor. The pool is FRIGID! Kristin and Deshaun were amazing at the front desk - probably would have left if they had not been there.

My daughter and I stayed here on April 12 2025. And from the moment Kristen checked us in to Amy checking us out, it was a 5-star experience. The rooms are very clean (I'm a clean freak). The bathroom was clean- so important. The breakfast was delicious and the property and amenities top-notch. We will stay here again for sure. If you care about how you are greeted, response time to your needs, and a hotel that ticks all the boxes- this Holiday inn Express IHG is IT. It's close to the highway too so you can get downtown quickly. Recommend highly!
