It’s always busy when we come but the staff does such a great job of managing the flow, the past few times we have had Jackson as our server after our wine tasting and he is, hands down, the best server I have ever had. I’ve worked in the service industry and I could only attempt to do what he does so effortlessly. He makes amazing recommendations, has the best banter, and creates the most amazing atmosphere for any occasion. You can’t go wrong with requesting him. Highly recommend. He makes the experience so personable and enjoyable, and always finds little ways to go above and beyond.

Went for the first time and we absolutely loved this place. Great food, great atmosphere, and great wine. Very enticed to get the wine membership. I got the shrimp and scallop risotto it was great. The drunken shrimp was also a great app!

The wine tasting was great but it would be nice if you could make reservations for it or it was a bit more organized. Watched a few younger ppl cut ahead of some couples and elders that were waiting to get to the bar. Other then that all around great experience had dinner after again great service.

First time eating at Cooper Hawk’s, and it won't be our last. Everything we ate was incredibly delicious. We started off with the calamari, which had a distinct breading likely made with tapioca flour to achieve such a strong crunch. The flavor, texture, and cilantro garnish were all just perfect. The meal came with a pretzel roll that was beautifully baked and was accompanied by a rich and creamy butter. The entrees were equally tasty, and the portion sizes were too big to finish. The Chicken Madeira was sweet and savory similar to chicken marsala, but better. Also the skin on mashed potatoes really brought the dish together. Burger was solid, soft bun, great sauce, and excellent fries with just the right amount of salt.

I have celiac disease and this restaurant is AWESOME! They serve warm gluten-free bread before the meal so you don't need to be the only on at the table not enjoying the complimentary bread. Please ask them about it if you are gluten-free free. It is only brought out if you let them know. They bring regular bread for the others in your party. Many things can be prepared gluten-free. Ask your server for a menu. A bit pricey but for me, it's all worth it to be able to eat out with friends. Oh, food is really good also. I went with 4 girlfriends and we had a great time. And the service is amazing!

Kyla was our waitress and made out experience very pleasant. She was very attentive and always showed up at the perfect time! Food was really good, cooked perfect, favorites were the tuna sashimi and the filet medallions. Lobster was good but the crab stuffing had too much lemon, but still tasted good. Had the lux Cabernet and lux pinot noir which was really good.

Some must-try items include the Asian Ahi Tuna Sashimi, which is fresh and well-seasoned, the Roasted Vegetables and Goat Cheese Flatbread, which has a perfect balance of crispiness and creaminess, and the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which are packed with flavor and have just the right amount of crunch. These dishes pair beautifully with the wine flights, enhancing the overall experience. The food presentation is also well done, making each dish as visually appealing as it is delicious. Service is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth dining experience. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms, which are kept in great condition. The entrance faces east and is wheelchair accessible, making it convenient for all guests. I highly recommend this place for its excellent food, wine, and atmosphere. I will revisit this place.

Surprisingly great food and great drinks! Came for lunch over a weekend and had no wait, but was still busy. We were interested in joining the monthly wine club and our server convinced us (they will pester you endlessly if you are not a member - no biggie to us). Food was served hot and well seasoned. The parm crusted chicken was sooo good!!! Can't wait to taste the monthly wines!
