My treatment coordinator always ensures I understand my treatments and makes me feel comfortable with the process. The doctors are truly amazing! They are not just professionals who care for my dental health, but also feel like friends due to their kindness and approachability. This dental office is more than just a clinic, it's a place where I feel welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!!

Friendly staff who are easy to work. My hygienist Lacey has been great in the cleanings and gives me a good understanding of the treatments. The location is also convenient with good parking. Recommended if you are looking for a dentist in the area.

I’m 65 years old and have 4 dentists in my life. By more than far I had the best experience today for my first visit. Not only the technology, which was amazing, but my hygienist and Dentist were so thorough in my exam and most importantly explained everything in my terms so I could understand. In fact after going thru all the X-rays, including the 3D which was amazing, after cleaning my hygienist found something that even all that technology didn’t see. That was good and bad news, saved a tooth but more work. I would recommend this group to anyone. And I’ll leave the best comment to last, I guarantee you’ll never have a bigger window with a view.

I’ve been to Heart of Vinings Dentistry twice now for cleanings and both visits have been a true example of customer service and patience care that many places of business lack today. With this excellent level of service being very hard to find in the area more now than ever, even with dentistry and other doctor offices, I highly recommend making this your primary dentist. You will not be disappointed with their superb care and thoroughness. I also forgot to mention the office and view is amazing! (I wish I had a picture to post.) This office is in a high rise and is so beautiful on the inside as well.

At my first visit from the moment I spoke with the team over the phone to confirm the appt, to when I walked in, to the cleaning process, speaking with the provider and check out - Everybody was a joy.! I felt so comfortable and taken care of the entire process! The office was clean and beautiful the technology they use was amazing. The whole team was extremely thorough regarding my insurance and coverage to walking me through every step of x-rays, pictures, and discussion on next steps. I felt the conversations and detail to my care was spot on. Every team member genuinely cares about their patients and the experience they have and I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a great experience at HoV today. They are not my regular dentist (though likely will be now), but I came in for an Invisalign consultation and had a very pleasant experience all around. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions about the process. Highly recommend!

All staffs in the dental office are very welcoming and helpful. I had a very thorough exam and Dr. Merke then reviewed the images and my teeth and provided info on my treatment plan. She not only explained in great details of the treatment plan I am consulting for, but also brought up other dental issues that I need to pay attention . She definitely did above and beyond and I am impressed with her professionalism

I was treated horribly by employees who are clueless while lacking knowledge. I was disrespected after questioning disorganization & lack of professionalism regarding scheduling for an appointment. I was also harassed as an employee called to inform me of a “meeting”, which was held shortly after scheduling for an appointment. Then, I was informed the “meeting” participants included an alleged doctor who is currently being reported. The employee stated the best thing for me is finding another dentistry home while later stating this decision was made after the “meeting” participants listened to private conversations held in my background. I was forced into telling the employee (who was obviously set up to fail) the phone call was considered as harassment at that point & law enforcement would be notified if any additional forms of contact were made. Many (reputable) businesses record calls, but intentionally listening to details of clients’ personal affairs is definitely a major violation of privacy. This behavior could also potentially be a violation of HIPPA. I’m actually grateful because being treated by a “doctor” who uses other employees to dehumanize clients isn’t for me or any other decent human being. My knowledge & acknowledgement of this practice’s dysfunction is the real problem. Yes, your eligibility for care depends on these people’s opinion of background activity assessed during calls. I strongly recommend a more reputable & professional practice of integrity for anyone who may be seeking dentistry care.

I found this place via Yelp. I’m from CA Los Angeles and I’ve been to many a dentists. And this has been by-far the BEST dentist I’ve ever been. From the professionalism to the smiles, to the latest tech, they made my wife and I feel like celebrities. They even volunteered to hold our twin baby boys while we got our teeth cleaned. Everything from the location to understanding of our late arrival (because of our newborns) they made us feel so valued and heard.

I've never had an experience at a dentist office quite like the one at Heart of Vinings Dentistry. Everyone was friendly and professional from reception at the front of the office to the hygienist and dentist. That is always appreciated. The time spent getting to know me, compassion and understanding shown, and all the technology used was different. They were also very communicative with lots of reminders and friendly suggestions to help you arrive on time. Overall an excellent experience.

My first visited with Dr. Patel was amazing. The receptionist professionalism was on point. The dental assistant was definitely interactive in explaining how the process work. I must say, Dr. Patel, is transparent and you can see that he cares about his patients. I will definitely be making Heart of Vinings my new dental home.

I absolutely loved my first visit. I have a lot of coworkers that go here and recommended it, and it did not disappoint. They had really advanced technology that did a 3D capture of my teeth and the cleaning itself was fast. I had Ariana as my hygienist and I would 100% recommend her again! The team at HOV are friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond. From the moment I walk in, everyone is smiling and friendly which puts me at ease. I was very nervous about a dental procedure and I kept putting it off for over six months. I finally decided to go ahead with the procedure. The HOV team understood and they were very patient, kind, and helpful. The professionalism is always outstanding. The team is gifted in taking care of each person and making each person feel as if they are the only patient. The hygienist, who sees hundreds of patients, can still recall very important details about what is needed for my specific treatment. What is even more amazing is that for the first time in years, I am able to chew on the left side of my mouth without pain and discomfort. HOV is a great choice because they have people in place who are dedicated to exceptional care and service. A team who clearly loves what they do.

All the staff here is awesome and it’s such a welcoming environment. I went in for an appointment on my lunch break, not realizing it should have been scheduled for a longer appointment. Farrah got some extra help and finished my appointment with time to spare! She didn’t do a rush job. I still received top quality care and attention from the staff and dentist as well. And I made if back to work on time. Thanks to everyone in this office.
