I would like to start by saying that Amberleigh Ridge is not an awful place to live. However, I do not recommend these apartments to anyone for multiple reasons. To start, the day we moved in the apartment was not very clean. It took hours to get all of the grime and dust off of the counters, blinds, and in the cabinets. The carpet was not in terrible shape, but it could have been better. The bathtubs/showers looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. That being said, we were asked to fill out a sheet with what we found broken/wrong with the apartment so we were not charged whenever we moved out. We turned our paper in with some issues on it, and did not hear back from them. Within the first week of living there, I was working night shift and sleeping during the day while my husband was at work. I was woken up midday to 2 men standing in the kitchen with our alarm going off. I asked them if I could help them and they proceeded to tell me that they were maintenance and they were there to fix the issues we put on our form. I was extremely uncomfortable with how they went about this. I never received a phone call, email, or anything letting me know they would be coming. They proceeded to change the filter underneath our microwave and fix a leaky faucet. During this, they set the old filter from our microwave on our carpet, which left a large grease stain on it. I called the leasing office after they left and explained to them that I was very uncomfortable and disappointed in how they went about this and informed them that they left a grease stain on the carpet. They told me that they were sorry they scared me and in the future they will try to call first. There were multiple times when we were informed that the fire department or someone else would be entering our apartment for maintenance via a note on our door. These notes never included days or times that our apartment would be entered, but they would make it clear to keep pets put away. One Sunday evening (at 9 pm mind you), maintenance was pressure washing the breezeways and sidewalks. They pressure washed so close to our door that water and debris came under our door into our kitchen (photos attached). When we submitted our intent to vacate after our 1 year lease was up, we were sent an offer letter with a “special rate” for our rent if we stayed. This “special rate” was $5 off what their normal rate is. When we moved out of the apartment, we left it in better condition than when we moved in. We requested paint from maintenance and covered up our own nail holes, left liners in all of the cabinets, left brand new toilet seats and shower heads, etc. It is safe to say we left the apartment in almost perfect condition. Amberleigh ridge still did not give us our full security deposit back. Overall, for the price they charge Amberleigh ridge is far from the “luxury” apartments that they claim to be. They are extremely dated and it’s clear that they do not care much for their residents. They are money hungry and they do not put any of your money towards the upkeep of the apartments.

Moved from buckhead, GA to this apartment for one month. Is it overpriced? A little compared to nearby apartments. Is it really that fancy and luxury? Lived in luxury apartments in Buckhead and familiar with luxury ones in Silicon Valley, I think it is not impressive at all. But one has to be fair, I think this is quite good in Chattanooga, if one's wish is live at a good apartment in convenient location. Things I want to point out 1. Drop and pick-up dry clean: Leasing office claimed it has this. But when I tried to use it, I was told they don't have an associated dry cleaner and thus cannot do it. 2. Free vacuum One gets to pay 75 cents for vacuum that is next to car care center. I do not understand why. Even not-so-luxury apartments in Atlanta let residents use vacuum for free. Maybe I was improperly complaining because it is a Chattanooga thing. I just do not know. 3.the gym is not fancy at all. Selection of equipment is quite few Only basic equipment But they do offer towels, one plus. Water is not offered in gym and is offered next to coffee machine. So no water out of business hour of leasing office. 4. Coffee and all the daily desserts are nice. Muffins, cookies and etc. but they are not open out of business hours of leasing office 5. Bathroom and painting in apartments are not upscale at all. Not as good as the kitchen. Do check them, do not be fooled by kitchen. 6. View is beautiful Love to walk around and enjoy views from the hills 7. car care center good 8. A lot of kids A lot of kids around. They occupy business center's computers during weekends. I am curious and do not understand what is particularly good about businesses center's computers. 9. A dog park, one fire place and one pool Never used dog park but it is there Fire place is nice but kids occupy them during weekends. Pool has some insects. But it is inevitable due to it is an open pool. I do not blame anyone. Pool is not warmed. 10. Grill place Grill machines needs more frequent cleaning 11. Staff are good Just wonderful. Overall I am satisfied. One cannot expect a perfect world. I am willing to forget small flaws.

Amberleigh is by far the BEST apartment complex I’ve lived at!! Natalie and her team do such an amazing job managing it. There’s multiple events throughout the month for the residents and I’m always excited to see what’s going to be announced for the upcoming month. The maintenance team is amazing and gets things done right away. Everyone that lives here is friendly and minds their own business! I love love love Amberleigh and definitely plan to stay here for many years. Thank you ladies for all you do to make this my home!!!

AHI Corporate Housing loves partnering with Amberleigh Ridge! We have worked with this community for 10+ years and their commitment to customer service continues to amaze us! Their leasing & maintenance teams are super friendly and always quick to respond. Our clients rave about the location of this community, particularly the proximity to I-75 and convenience to shopping & dining options.

I found their sister property, Monarch, to be much nicer. Was a little disappointed coming here. The parking is much better though (still competitive, but not awful), way nicer property, and the amenities are great. My biggest complaint is that if you have a car that’s lowered in any way or is on sport suspension, those speed bumps in the parking lot are HORRIBLE. One of my cars I have to hit at an angle if I don’t want to scrape my exhaust. In my other one I have to crawl over it to avoid bottoming out. I’m

Amberleigh Ridge is the best place to live! There are always fun activities for the residents, and those help everyone get to know each other. So, since we know our neighbors, we feel we are in a happy community. Also, the staff is so attentive to our needs. If there is ever an issue, it is handled quickly and with a really friendly attitude. The leasing center area is also a great place to hang out. There is a wonderful fitness center, a pool table, a great swimming pool, and a coffee machine for us to use.
