New maintenance order on our blocked sink in bathroom is placed on the app. But the maintenance request is closed and no one came. This time I am mad for real. I have received so many emails from Avalon to place all maintenance requests through app. But when you actually place one, it stops working. Edit：Fixed after complaining on google map. It does seem like the google map is the right app mate for them to get things done. ======== Our patio entrance has been blocked by branches for days. I will gladly adjust my rating to five stars after these branches are removed. Edit：They removed the branches.

overcharge deposit. please avoid here. no parking space but charge a lot for parking. And also my review got deleted a year ago..........ok update here. They charge me 1200 for carpet but I didn't do anything on the rug. No tear or damage. I pay for the cleaning program before check out as they recommended. But I still got charged for 1000 dollars cleaning. It looks like a one hour cleaning thing. They charge 5 hours... I have nothing against avalon. I lived there for a year. Apartment is ok and service team is always nice. But this is my story.

I lived in Avalon for 4years. Pros: - Maintenance is fast and attentive. Cons: - Leasing office is impossible to get ahold of. They require appointments for phone calls and office visits. So if you have an emergency (like no hot water) good luck. - Dumpster overflows weekly and trash is carried by the wind throughout the apartment complex. (see photos) - Rent increased $400-600 per month every year - They charge you $290 to clean your apartment when you move (only complex I have lived in that does this) - They require you to pay for parking spots though only one parking spot is reserved per apartment. Also my parking spot was > 200 steps away from my apartment and they would not move it to closer parking spots which were not being used. Would not live here again.

Our apartment was great and treatment by mgmt was just as good for our short 2 month stay. My issue is the return of my deposit after vacating. It’s been 3 months since we left and no check has come. I have REPEATEDLY left messages with NO return phone call or email and you CANNOT get a live person on the phone.

The maintenance staff is excellent. Every time there is any issue, Niko, Mike C, and Shaun are quick to act and always solve the problem. It’s a great feeling knowing you can put a request in and have the issue taken care of shortly thereafter

Niko, Mikey, Shawn, and Roberto are by far the best maintenance workers. We are so fortunate to have such knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, and caring individuals. Definitely worth the 5 stars !

I wanted to thank Stephanie M. for always helping me with any questions and service i need. She is amazing and I also want to thank Shaun and Mike for their amazing work they have done in helping our community with any maintenance issues . Thank you so much for all that you do. I deeply appreciate it.

Since I moved here in April, anything I needed has been done as quickly as possible. I haven’t met the entire staff but whoever I’ve had has been extremely helpful and kind. I want to give a special thanks to Shawn.
