    Will not order again. This will be the last time I ever give them a “second chance. Honestly like chance 20 but nonetheless. The entire staff at my building orders (ordered) from here every few days, delivery isn’t always available during our lunch so I pick it up. TODAY WAS THE LAST TIME. Food was disgusting and mushy - covered in Mayo. The bread seemed to have been days old / burnt. We bit into our food and it literally started crumbling apart. :-x Most of the order was incorrect, NO MAYO means NO MAYO! My co-worker has a severe allergic reaction to eggs and we specifically ask no for NO MAYO. Sure enough, EXTRA Mayo! Almost like it was done intentionally. (I have zero proof of this but it was dripping with Mayo). I took the food back and the “manager” and she tried telling me it wasn’t her job to make sure every order is perfect. If it’s not her job, whose job is it? No refund was offered. Hopefully this manager reads this and realizes how much business she is losing this restaurant. Terrible attitude to top it all off. Food service as a whole as went down hill but this place is the worst! Smells bad, dirty tables and there’s always a bunch of water on the floor from the pop machine. Sad. Sad. Sad. Won’t return. Would give a 0 star review if I could. Negative -1000 stars for the “manager”.

    Place has really gone downhill. The last 5 times ive ordered from here over the last 3-4 months my order has been wrong every single time. Not once in 5 orders have the followed the “cut in half” directions. On two occasions ive added bacon(significant upcharge) both times no bacon. I always get no tomato no mayo… shocker there is ALWAYS tomato and mayo. If it was just tomato i honestly wouldnt care i can pick them off but they coat the entire sandwich in mayo, which to me makes it inedible. Im tired of calling in having and to go back to the store to get the correct sandwich which this time STILL HAD NO BACON!! I worked at this jimmy johns and the downtown one in college for 3 years i get its a high stress face paced job but when it comes to the line its really as simple as following the directions of the ticket. I would say please get new employees that actually care about the people spending hard earned money on this but it doesnt matter cause i will NEVER eat here again and will tell everyone i know to never eat here again as well. Yall have stolen my money too many times. it’s absolutely pitiful what yall have let this place go to. If you cant correctly put lunch meat on bread you probably shouldnt be in the workforce it doesnt get much easier than that.

    I have never experienced a restaurant that is so habitually horrible. I occasionally give them a chance considering I get off late and they’re one of the few places still open but each time the order takes 2 hours to arrive yet I live less than 1 mile away. My last order was at the 1 hour and 45 minute mark before I decided to call the store and cancel because at that point I would rather go to bed hungry. The lady at the store was nice enough, no problems. 30 minutes later my dog starts barking at my door letting me know someone was there, I look and my *Cancelled* order is sitting there stomped up with the drink almost completely gone. Not only that but as soon as I brought it in to my house, the most overwhelming smell of weed and cigarettes came from it. It was so bad I had to throw everything away and take the trash out in the middle of the night. Definitely going to stop giving them chances.

    Terrible nightshift staff. Their night shift manager James has called me twice in two weeks offering excuses for my order. First- they ran out of meat and no one could cut more. Tonight- no driver I had to pick my order up or give him the number to DoorDash. When I got there, there were 2 employees plus 2 other guys in the store goofing off. I now have to try to get DoorDash to refund the driver tip and delivery fee. No attempt at trouble shooting, no customer service. This was all after 34 minutes of waiting. Cold subs aren’t worth the hassle.

    We called Jimmy johns at 11:40pm on 11/17/23 to get our food delivered to the hotel. After 1 hr we called to see where our food was and they said we were next on delivery. 40 mins later still no food!! We called them they said they couldn't get ahold of the driver and asked if we just wanted to cancel our order. So we had to cancel. Now we are waiting another hour just for pizza to arrive. Thanks Jimmy johns for a waste of my time. I am beyond mad and disappointed!

    I just want to be clear, I love jimmy johns subs. I used to work at one in Parkersburg. Recently the one downtown closed due to lack of management and staffing in general. This particular location has also been struggling to find managers. So on top of my personal rating above regarding this particular restaurant, I would like to ask everyone to be civilized. These people are working very hard to fix the problems they are facing. Just because corporate advertises as freaky fast doesn't exempt JJ drivers from traffic safety regulations. My advice to both the restaurant and the customers - don't take advertisements literally. Updated note - a lot of the problems they faced earlier this year or in past years have been due to two assistant managers being problematic with customers and getting away with it. Both of them have been fired.

    I feel so bad for the guy, it’s just him and everything seemed to be going wrong for him. out of bread, tuna and tomatoes. along with the drinks from the fountain running out and being just carbon. had to call everyone to tell them there is no delivery driver until 8-9pm at 6pm. management do better. this poor kid was doing the best he could.

    I was insulated by a manager at this so call respectable establishment I have never been so insulated like this in my 51 year's of living in morgantown. There was other costumes in the building and I had a find also with me. She cursed 🤬 me several times I will call corporate and I hope there was cameras cause I will not stop till I get sat faction. If I was everyone reading this I would not take my kids or anyone there at all Singed VERY UNSATISFIED COSTUMER. some people are getting away with way to much now day's concerned citizen

    My daughter and I stopped by to have lynch. Service was terrible. Not greeted at all. Store was filfy. Food all over tables. Dirty napkins on floor and tables. Floors sticky. You could clearly see the employees were there to collect a pay check only. I'll go spend $25 at dairy queen next. I will never go back to this location in Suncrest town center.
