My son really liked this place! He’s 5 but said I must leave a review with 5 stars because the food is delicious, and we got a smiley face drawn on our smoothie cup! 😄 great job guys!

Chx baja wrap was amazing my 1st time there. This time, not so much. I didn't even finish it. Can't say why tho. Was given the option of a banana, apple, kale salad(?) Or chips for a side. Banana shown in photo. Made me laugh.

Always have a wonderful experience when I visit this location. The food is well made, the store is nicely clean, and the staff is friendly and courteous whenever I visit.

This is by far the cleanest Tropical Smoothie I've been to. The smoothies and food are great . The staff is always so helpful and the owner Steve is one of the friendliest people. He treats his employees well and is always there making sure things are running smooth. Love this place!

Went to Tropical Smoothie today around 1pm and brought my nephew and the girl at the counter was so sweet and accommodating for us! Definitely will be back.

This tropical smoothie is the best smoothie place on the market. The cashier Matt gave me exceptional service!! My order was made very quickly and was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend coming here!!

Yesterday, I purchased Thai crunch island flat bread at another tropical smoothie location. It was tasty, delicious and the presentation was so on point that I wanted to try it again. So, I did, today, but this time at this location and I was terribly disappointed. The back and edges of the bread were burnt, it was missing scallions and cilantro toppings, and it looked as if it was thrown together. it was quite unappetizing. I would not purchase it at this location again.

Every time I come here I get the peanut butter cup smoothie, which is amazing with whey protein. I believe it is one of the best. You should also try the Bahama mama.

Past two times ive ordered delivery and they didnt follow my special instructions or include my add on sauces. Centerreach and lake grove locations never forget my special instructions so thats frustrating. Hopefully it gets better i love tropical smoothie.

Smoothies are delicious and there are a lot of choices. Never thought I would like peanut butter in a smoothie....but it was good. Wraps were good too.

Ordered a jerk chicken wrap and sunrise smoothie. Both equally delicious. Cashier (male) was courteous and friendly. The wait was decent for order type and restaurant spacious and clean. Good experience- will return.

I get the pomegranate punch all the time at a different location (rockypoint) and yet when I get it here at this location it literally taste like straight garbage. This isn’t the first time I’ve gotten a smoothie here where it taste horrible so I’ve just had enough and finally decided to go back and ask for a refund. All the girls were cursing and just fooling around in the back and when I asked for a refund they can’t give me a refund so when I ask for a different drink then bc they clearly can’t make the drink I want right they tell me I have to pay if it’s another type of drink. no shift leader or manager came to talk to me instead they sent the girl on register to talk to me while I saw eyes looking at me from the back some type of service you guys have going here… and if your shift leader or a manger can’t do their job maybe you should hire a new one!

Great food but portions are on the small side and a little pricey

I come here multiple times but the two girls who work in the night shift need to change their attitude. I brought a friend from the UK with me into this store and even he was shocked how rude the two girls were. Very unprofessional!

Nothing but a positive review for Tropical Smoothie in Selden. My favorite go to place for a refreshing smoothie and/or a healthier food option. The owner Steve and his staff are always friendly and the store is extremely clean, right down to the restroom. Always a good experience for my family!

In One Word "MARVELOUS." The Whole Atmosphere at TSC was great!! Everyone had masks on their faces, the customers also wore masks. I ordered a smoothie, it was delicious.

I am one of the lucky individuals who visits this establishment weekly. Horrible service. Unprofessional and a disgraceful owner who doesn’t know how to manage or hire a team to execute the simplest of tasks. I’ve complained several times and received pathetic responses directly. No worries. I’ve escalated to corporate to make sure my voice as the customer is not only heard but acted upon. I have a call with the corporate office this week. In the meantime I will spread the word with how horrible and unprofessional their team is. Stay away and visit the Centereach location. Thanks

If i could give ZERO stars I WOULD. On top of them NEVER getting our order right, they will laugh right in our faces about it. No napkins, half filled smoothies, and constantly shorting us sandwiches. I mean, come on! Horrendous service every time. If you have the option to go to their Centereach location, DO SO! Trust me.

The food is amazing. So fresh and preparation is perfect. The staff is so friendly, hard working and strives for perfection. They work together as a wonderful team. It is always busy and surprisingly never have issues with my orders. Can't say that for other restaurants. I will continue to come to this store and be served by any of the staff there.

Obsessedddd with the Chicken Ceasar Wrap!!! And the smoothies are so good. My boyfriend and I come here after the gym all the time :) only thing I wish is that you would state the amount of added sugar in the smoothies! They taste amazing without the added turbinado sugar and it really adds a lot of calories. Sad because many people go here thinking they’re being healthy but unknowingly order a smoothie with a ton of sugar!
