I love ❤️ my neighborhood Starbucks @ 23rd & South. They know my name remember my order as soon as I walk in

Very rude employee an Asian man with mask , very rude employee doesn't give me right drink then acts like it's my fault he gives me wrong drink and argues with me he told me my drink was uo when I never heard anything very rude costomer service , if there was another Starbucks open I will go there instead. And another thing Starbucks prices are way too high 6 bucks for a coffee ridiculous.

Starbucks is always such a welcoming and inviting place. It's been there for me when I am at my best, and even when I was homeless once. Starbucks offered me friendly faces who welcomed me with a refreshing cup of ice water about one year ago today. Thank you, Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks, so food is good... the walls radiate inclusivity, so you will not feel judged for your appearance or dietary choices.

Starbucks has fell off completely. I frequent this Starbucks often and I noticed all week my drink was either made incorrectly or took longer than usual to be made even during a slow time. Now I think the reason the drinks are made wrong is the printer. It’s misses half the detail of the drink. The listening to the barista complain about my oat milk cold foam latte, then still make the drink wrong. Smh almost 30 on 3 drinks and each one was made missing something.

Great Starbucks cool staff always accommodating

All the staff that work here are very pleasant and helpful. After going there a few times they remember my order and make the experience quick and painless. They always welcome you and wish you a good day upon departing. This is definitely my favorite Starbucks!!

Convenient location, that is the reason Wawa store cross street, great design, great maintenance clean but lacking training of new barista when this evening, order usual iced Macchiato came out iced coffee muddy flavors when each order same macchiato always great. Not because skin color black lady not capable doing job while confusion reads label of order on the cup like grandma lost memories, the other young black lady couple times served in the morning looks smarter than evening lady! Always have better services from this store every morning, special when all ladies (whites, yellow and young black) working as a team knowing each position to get order on times manners! I hope management/supervisor know what to do with the store to get improvements like Starbucks corporate knowledgeable with the businesses!

Kind ladies at each location offered me a large refreshing cup of ice water. On location let me use their 🚻 restroom.

made my mocha frap wrong ordered ahead of time and waited almost half an hr for a drink, it was grande with double shot of espresso had two sips of it and asked for a remake, sec time i can tell it was still wrong but i guess to compensate they gave me a venti size without the espresso shot anyway. i didn't complain about it again in person bcus i had to go and i paid like almost 9$ i won't be back for a while .

Not very friendly and only fill the cup about half full. It’s already hard enough to pay almost $10 for a drink so if you want an actual full beverage don’t go here. This is what I was given. Didn’t take a single sip.
