My massage was amazing and reception was very kind! Knocking off a star because my 60-minute massage lasted less than 50 minutes. I understand the time includes dressing and consult. I was on the table ready to go at 6:03 and my masseuse did not return for another 1-2 minutes. When I was finished, the time on the clock was 6:51. I don’t see options on their website for anything longer than a 60-minute massage. For the same price, I can go elsewhere and get 80-90 minutes.

Location is clean, front staff made check in and check out fast and easy, masseuse was nice. I’ve had massages here in the past and they were wonderful. This was my first prenatal massage at a hand and stone location. I’m 37 weeks pregnant and there was no prenatal massage table at this location (they have them at the Turnersville location) and I wasn’t offered any time of pillow or wedge for legs. I was laid flat on my back for over 30 minutes then asked to turn side to side for the remainder of the massage. I wouldn’t recommend anyone getting a prenatal massage at this location. 3 stars for friendly staff, clean environment, and history of therapeutic/relaxing massages prepregnancy.

first time at Hand and stone and it was fantastic. Olivia was very informative about the products she used. She is very kind and enthusiastic! You could really tell she loves what she does! It was a great experience! And I would definitely come back!

My massage was quite disappointing. My appointment was at 7pm. First the therapist never took me back to the room until 7:06. She left the room at 7:08 and never came back in until 7:13. My massage didn’t start until 7:15, then ended at 7:50! Absolutely ridiculous to start 15 mins late and cut me short so you don’t run late for your next one. She also wasn’t very good, half the time she was getting more oil. Probably one of the worst massages I ever had.

Today was my second time at this location. I returned to see Jazlynn for my massage and Olivia for my facial. Jazlynn is great! She pays attention to my needs as a client and both times she has serviced me, I have left so relaxed I could instantly fall asleep lmao. Olivia is super knowledgeable! I’ve been doing classic facials along with microdermabrasion and some masks and I see great improvement in my skin just from 2 appointments! As far as the establishment; the girls at the front desk are always so friendly and welcoming! Even when I call Deptford they are always so nice. This is major for me! My one and only complaint is that the robes and wraps are not plus sized friendly. I would recommend ordering expended sizes so that i can really feel like I’m at a spa! See you guys soon 🩷

First and last time at a hand and stone place. I was a walk in, they had an opening for a massage. The receptionist told me to take a seat and someone will be out for you to fill out some paperwork. As I waited (not long) the massage therapist came out a called out my name. Never been to a hand and stone I thought it was someone going to be handing me paperwork, so I raised my hand and she said my name again and then she said you can come with me. Not sure if she was annoyed because I didn’t get up the first time she called my name. So I said sorry I thought I had to fill out some paperwork before my massage. I followed her back. She asked if I had any problem areas. I did say I did and proceeded to tell her what it was. As she began my massage, she didn’t do what I asked. I walked out disappointed. I’ve been to many Spas. I wouldn’t consider this an upscale spa at all.. you can get a better massage at the mall massage places and pay a little less for more minutes. I will not be returning to any of the hand and stone places. I rather pay a little extra and get the full upscale spa service or pay a little less for the same service at the mall that I’ve received at this place. Take your money elsewhere.

I've been coming here for over 3 years. I'm treated like family! Massage therapists are very good. Price is great. The owner and her whole crew are wonderful people.

Without doubt, the best massage I have ever had. I had the privilege of having Mo as my massage therapist today and she did an amazing work. My entire experience was great. She made me feel welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be going back to see Mo at Hand and Stone Deptford NJ 💕

My boyfriend and I came in for his birthday. We saw both Moe and Gianna. AMAZING MASSAGES. Moe was the first massage therapist to work on the occipital bone for me, which is my major problem area. Gianna was firm and worked out knots. We both left very relaxed and happy! Would return to see them both!

Walked in to purchase a package I found online was told that they could only do online pricing online. Went to the store to purchase the package because I wanted to be able to get a receipt or Certificate to put in the card for my anniversary. Asked if they were able to price match Or honor the price online since they can see the promotion. Not only was I told no the staff was extremely unfriendly unhelpful worst experience ever will never spend money at this location again I've bought in packages in the past for my wife for our anniversary at this location. Refuse to give business to a company that cant honor a online promotion for their own location.

Adrianna is the only person I go to for facials. She is knowledgeable about the products best for my skin. Very calm energy so my facials always leave me feeling fresh and rested!

I really enjoy Hand & Stone. It provides some real ME time. Too often, its easy to neglect yourself. A great massage is wellness at it's best. Shout out for Arlene. She had me so relaxed I feel asleep!

I have been going to Adrianna for facials every month for over 2 years now and my skin has NEVER felt/looked better. She is sooo easy to talk to and she knows what to do in every situation. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin! She is truly the best esthetician I have ever been to! (:

I had a wonderful experience. The girl at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and the place was clean and beautiful. My masseuse was Angel, he was amazing and a lovely person. I walked out of there, feeling dreamy and disoriented from being so relaxed!

Excellent service today! I had a hot stone with lavender oil massage scheduled. Receptionist ask if I would be interested in adding on facial massage appt. The service was amazing and both services left me very relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Jen and Jasmine ! You were both very professional and top at your craft.

I visited this location for a facial with Olivia a few weeks ago. It was the first time I have ever received any kind of esthetician service so I didn’t really know what to expect. The front desk staff was super nice & helpful. Olivia did a great job of making me feel comfortable & relaxed. She explained everything she was doing, the benefits of it, and exactly what it did to my skin. I left feeling radiant & fresh, and I learned a lot about my skin. I will definitely be returning for another facial with Olivia soon!

I get my facials done with Adrianna. She’s absolutely amazing. She always ask question at the start of each appointment to make sure all of my concerns are taken during the appointment. The atmosphere in her room is always relaxing. Every time i leave my skin glows and I instantly feel like the best version of myself. She also does an amazing job on my brows. Her product recommendations are always exactly what i need too. She is extremely good at what she does and i recommend her to everyone!
