They were all very professional and pleasant to be around. My stylist was Hector, he was very informative about my hair. He took his time and explained step by step what he was doing and what was to expect. He gave me the best massage to my scalp that I almost feel asleep. Will be returning in the next 8weeks. Highly recommend this place .

Such proper service! Gustavo gave me a cut, as Max assisted. They collaboratively sent me off feeling so brand new! My hair feels and looks so healthy! The level of professionalism, warmth, consideration of what I wanted was so appreciated. I think we've all experienced stylists going too far in taking the wheel, and cutting too much hair off, and this was not the case at all. They were both so attentive, and skilled. If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would!

I just moved here from Newport Beach, CA. I have extensions and a loyal hair salon back home but needed to find a new one in Philly. I did some research and found this salon and I am so happy I did. They cleaned up my extensions so nice and made it even better than it was before. Gustavo also trimmed me up and shaped everything nicely. Price is totally fair and the staff is amazing and so friendly. I highly recommend and will 100% make this my new hair spot. :)

I can say so much but it would be a book long. So in a nutshell… they went above and beyond the call of duty and most important they delivered. I went there from a referral from a nurse who I said “who does your hair?” she responds Tundella HECTOR. Like I said it will have to write a book to give you all the amazing details but bottom line, my friends have been mesmerized to say the least and they only saw the results I EXPERIENCED it. I am now a new client and can’t wait to go back! 💗 P.S. There is no comparing this place to any other and this is coming from someone who has been at the top salons from all over the world. took a while to accept but I went there a few years ago as a super loyal customer to get some extensions. Not only did I get talked out of what I wanted (keratin) into tape ins that did not fit my lifestyle, but I also had to get them retaped every week or so because they kept falling out. I did my research and knew how to take care of them. I also removed the extensions after getting them redone at least once a month due to poor installation and lost more than half of my hairs volume because the glue was being ripped out instead of dissolved.overall the worst salon I've ever been to with gaslighting stylists that convince try to convince you the hair was never there to begin with.

I wish if can rate them 0 ⭐️. I had a very bed experience with this salon, I went to Gustavo salon to do organic keratin treatment, after I washed my hair I was surprised with horrible results, I try to talk to him to fix the issue he wants to charge me extra 100$. I will post my hair picture and you can judge!!! Please don’t go!!!!!!!!

I’ve gotten my hair done at tundella and it was an amazing experience. The entire salon is so welcoming. The color specialist hector lightened my hair beautifully with no damage. My hair looks gorgeous and everyone is asking me where I got my hair done. I am Very pleased and happy with my services at this salon
