    I had to stay here close to 2 weeks because immediate family had covid. The staff is wonderful, even tho we're still following some covid restrictions, housekeeping would turn down the room if you request it but won't touch it while you're staying. Which I appreciated. There is a restaurant connected through the lobby, but it totally acts like it's own separate space. Live music on the weekends! Amazing food, met the executive chef! I had to thank him for the amazing food and menu he made! I stayed 12 nights and 13 days and I ate here an easy 8-9 nights! I can't find one thing wrong! Rooms were exceptionally clean, easy to use appliances, TV, shower, lights, etc. All the staff were helpful. I mean if you're going to stay somewhere, this is the place.

    The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Checking in was pleasant. The room was very nice, modern with a lot of outlets, fast WiFi, even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. I enjoyed the bed and slept well. The desk and chair were also helpful to work when needed. I did like the grab and go breakfast option but I had thought generally breakfast was included with Holiday Inn. One big issue I found is that the pool was closed, and apparently has been for some time. In the middle of the summer in New Jersey, especially with temperatures near 100 degrees, that is not acceptable. Additionally two of the nights I did not have hot water, so at least I was able to cool off in the shower since the pool was closed. The AC worked great at night, but room did get warm during the day, not much of an issue because I was elsewhere for the most part then. The location was decent, even able to walk to several restaurants and the nearby park, also very close to many nearby places by car also.

    Are you expected a much more comfortable room. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and actually kept me up in the evening. The unit seemed outdated. In the lobby, there were very few amenities. I had a late check in and there was little in the convenience area to eat or to bring to the room. Overall the price does not justify to stay.

    After being told by the front desk at check in. No one would come in my room unless request. Staff came in and moved all of my stuff touching my personal items makeup sponges and brushes ( which now have to be replaced ) and my under clothes. Everything was moved around. I understand having a clean room and hotel but being told they won’t go in and then do is different. SPOKE WITH NOLAN M COX at the front desk and after being treated very poorly, given no help and being told “for someone who travels you should know to put a sign out if you don’t want people coming in” - of course I would have put my DND sign out if I had one but their staff had to bring me one after the fact. I have stayed here before and this didn’t happen. That general manager treated me very disrespectful and even said he had to confirm with staff I’m telling the truth ( guess customer isn’t always right )

    Nice and clean environment. Staffs are really helpful and polite. One suggestion they can instead the size of washroom. Secondly WiFi should me more fast. Over all nice experience

    the check-in process was fast . The room was contemporary and well-equipped with multiple power outlets, speedy WiFi, and even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. I found the bed comfortable and had a restful sleep. the air conditioning functioned efficiently. The hotel's location was satisfactory, with the added convenience of being within walking distance of several restaurants and a nearby park, as well as being in close proximity to many other places accessible by car. Overall, I had a delightful stay.

    The rooms are a little dated and dark (could use better light bulbs?) and have some wear and tear. But the staff is on point, the restaurant is adequate, and the beds are alright and the rooms are clean. Not much else to ask for since the location is convenient. It's kind of a walk to get anywhere inside and it feels a bit cavernous. But with the limited options in southern NJ this is a perfectly adequate stay within the IHG portfolio.

    Before you finalize any booking, take a moment to visit ʜᴏᴛᴇʟᴅᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ It turned my almost-expensive trip into a budget-friendly escape. I enjoyed staying at this IHG property. My room was decently sized and it fit my needs. The bed was super soft which I loved. The bathroom is stocked with Dove products, so if you forget your toiletries, you're covered. The bar was really nice too, even as someone who doesn't drink alcohol. The staff were all so friendly and I appreciated them greatly.

    Cons: shower did not drain. Huge hair balls left over. Uncleaned. Towel linens had holes and was tattered. Spoke with 2 employees at the front desk, both stated they made notes of my complaints but when I double checked there was no record. Pros: very hot water. Pool. Mirror in bathroom was Bluetooth. Comfortable bed. Close to a lot of shopping.

    Bed was comfy and the room was clean. Check in seemed to take forever and was $50+ more than was advertised on their page. At 8am a maid came to clean, I was woken by her trying to get past the top lock. She didn’t stop trying to get in till I went to the door. That was a first ever for me. Also advertised is free breakfast.. I was already up so I went down and was told I was free to go to their restaurant, order and pay for breakfast. There is a pool but the water and room were so cold it wasn’t enjoyable in anyway. First time I decided to go with Holiday Inn and I don’t think I’ll be doing it again.

    Review for Holiday Inn as an event venue Short version: Expect the staff to make a lot of mistakes and to get a lot of things wrong on the day of the activity. Communication is their weakest point and that translates to poor service. It is cheap, but that inexpensive quality comes at the cost of not getting what you wanted. In the end, I don’t think a good price is worth getting sub-par service. I am writing this review as the brother in law of a bride who had her reception at the Holiday Inn here. I originally wrote a 3 page review and pasted it here only to realize that Google doesn’t accept reviews that long. So I’ll be more brief: Pros: The rooms were nice looking and modern. The general hotel looked good. Cons: The original person we had to help organize was rude and insisted that we not contact her when she made mistakes in planning things. Once that original person was removed, the manager was more helpful but that still led to a lot of issues with communication: not being clear, being overly sympathetic to soothe us (good cop), etc. There were numerous mistakes during the actual event: timings were off, champagne was at first refused then delivered late, the signature drink which was agreed upon ahead of time was not prepared and they didn’t have the ingredients for it, the bartender was absent for a large portion of the night, flies got into the sweets in the room, the wrong meals were given to the guests, etc. Conclusion: Would I choose Holiday Inn for an event like this again? Maybe. Would it be this one? No. The communication issues and the execution was so fumbled that if I had not spent the entire night chasing after people correcting their errors, the event would have been horrible. That being said I can’t say that other Holiday Inns are as bad at this as they were, so I can’t give a generalized judgment like that. I can say this: the offers they are now giving in this Holiday Inn are considerably worse than the one I chose. With that new offer and the service they give, that would be a hard pass.

    I enjoyed staying at this IHG property. My room was decently sized and it fit my needs. The bed was super soft which I loved.     First, the overall appearance looks great until you stay for a few days. Our bathroom floor still had clumps hair from the previous guest, second I asked a member of the staff to have maintenance repair a extreme safety hazard and I was ignored. The shower water temperature went from too hot to blistering, no cold water at all. Third the bar courtyard was outside of the room. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty, asked for it to be filled it was never filled. Contacting the front desk by phone is nearly impossible. I know employees get busy, but it is annoying to have to call over and over to talk to a human. In addition, the elevator broke down when we were there trapping a guest; I realize that can happen to any hotel, it just added to the disappointment. I did bring up the danger and staff issues to the night desk person upon checkout; we checked out the evening before we were scheduled to depart.

    We have been coming to this hotel for the past 20 years , The hotel changed management a few years ago and was remodelled and is modern in design super comfortable beds clean room and friendly staff and great location. There was a manager making rounds daily and making sure everything is running smoothly. The indoor pool needs their jets to be fixed only 1 out of 3 work and they heat up the pool , therefore the indoor heated pool was cold.

    Very nice hotel. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Infused Restaurant was good. Food and service were excellent. Hotel is in a convenient location with shopping and restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

    This was my family's first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it definitely won't be the last. Our experience at this location was a great one. When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member by the name of Will at the front desk who was AMAZING and very accommodating!!!!! The rooms were very clean and it was very easy to request extra towels (that's important). The bar / restaurant was nice there was live entertainment and music playing if you don't feel like going out it was nice to be able to just go downstairs and the bartenders were great. All of the staff members I came in contact with were great no complaints at all! Overall I would recommend..

    I attended an I Am Healed Ministry event given by Minister Wilma Folks and it was amazing. The Dining area was beautiful and spacious. The breakfast and condiments were delicious.

    We go to this hotel often. I was a little disappointed this time as we didn't receive maid service after asking for it, and the water pressure in the shower was very low unless you cranked it to full hot but then it was to hot. We informed the front desk when we left to go to lunch when we returned it still wasn't fixed. Bar staff here is amazing they work hard and are always friendly. Front desk staff have changed over they used to be more friendly. They are not bad but not the best. They didn't acknowledge my Platinum status nor did I get amenity points or a snack for my stay. Overall good place to stay but not over the top excellent.

    Very clean and modern rooms. The bathroom had a heated mirror with Bluetooth speakers as well as soap and shampoo dispensers to cut back on waste. We enjoyed our comfortable stay.

    The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean, well-maintained, and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the reservation system. I had booked in June for a wedding in September, and I booked through the Holiday Inn/IHG website. When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation on file. I showed them the numerous confirmation emails we received, that all had the correct address, date, time, etc. They had to ignore the previous reservation and ring us up for a new room. We were lucky there was another room available, because if they were at capacity we would have had a serious issue. Everything else about our stay was very nice, and this may have just been an isolated incident. If I were to stay at a Holiday Inn in the future, I would probably call ahead to confirm they see my reservation.
