    This is a large and when I asked why it’s not full they said cause it doesn’t use alot of milk. Never heard this excuse before. Lame.

    I really like the matcha frappucino at Starbucks, and also have ordered the same custom for this drink for couple years. I sometimes order matcha drink at this location when I’m rush cause this is the nearest one to my house. However, I have no good experience of ordering here 3 times recently. 1st time here, I could see the color of the matcha Frappuccino wasn’t right. And yes, it tasted really just milk and ice with light green color. 2nd time here, I ordered ahead 10 mins before I came, but still had to wait more than 20 mins for the drink in the morning. 3rd time here today, the color is not right again, so I can guess somehow about the taste. Then I’m right, the drink today is completely filled with a bunch of ice, also it tastes straight like water. I can’t taste matcha or sweetness (I don’t have covid🙄). Also the volume of the drink is less than usual. Here the drink after 3 sips. The first spending of the day is for a drink likes water almost $7. What do you think?

    I don't really frequent Starbucks, but my friend wanted it. I ordered the Lndn Fog T Lat. I found out about this drink from a friend and I absolutely love it.

    This would absolutely be the ideal location for my daily coffee/order. On the highway exit no long drive thru line (which I now understand why). I went inside once to pick up my order and the girl on the drive thru speaker speaking to people seemed very pleasant. So today I decided to just use the drive thru which I normally avoid due to sadly more often than not rude people. The young man asks what I want I preceded to say good morning (me the customer which should be standard for greeting to a customer I still did it myself) I said I have an order for Madi he said OK let me check, he says OK you can move forward.. erm can I add a splash of soy on the side and a Trenta water pls. He said they might charge you for that. Till this moment I have no problem I said well it's just a splash it's free in the app not even 2 oz, he says "WAIT" I said no need to snap it's not even 8 am why the rude attitude. He says I need to ask my manager. ( Ask your manager for what? To give me a side of soy? ) I said u can ask her or charge me just don't give me attitude over 50 cents. He cuts me off and says ma'am you can come to the window. At this point I pull around and walk inside like I usually do and should've done to avoid unhappy rude ppl they choose for the drive thru. The manager seems so pleasant and is handing me my drinks and I proceeded to tell her I don't care abt the 50 cents it's the attitude I have a problem with my order is over 17 dollars and I am being yelled at for maybe having to charge me. Charge me effin 5 dollars just don't give me attitude. I was upset and shaking I told I actually don't want the order, I am late for work, have no coffee and upset before 8 am. All over 50 cents. She said well we normally charge over 4 oz . I said I didn't even want 1 oz Id much rather he charge me for a spalsh and not give me that attitude. She refunded whatever she did and the black girl behind the counter yells "privilege" not sure where the privilege is for a grown adult with a demanding job and an hour commute wanting a coffee after placing an order for 17 dollars instead of getting it and being told to have a good day. I get bashed by a kid. Good luck young man. I worked at Starbucks over a summer after I got my masters degree waiting on a certification to practice my career. Not once was I rude to costumers. If they are paying over 5 dollars for a coffee they better be having it handed to them by pleasant people.

    Update 8/16/2023: I decided to give them a try again this morning and I overheard the barista at the drive-thru arguing with a customer about wanting something extra. The customer ended up coming inside to get a refund because she was upset that they were arguing with her and one of the other girls shouted, "Privilege..." when she was being refunded. I don't know what kind of training is going on here, but I think I'm completely done with this location. Original review: Not the best Starbucks in the area. Not terrible, but not the best. The barista got my order wrong. Not the end of the world and it happens, but her attitude made it seem like I was responsible for her lack of reading compensation. 🤷‍♂️ The rest of the staff was pleasant. I should probably add that the bathroom was worse than a truck stop on a holiday weekend. I hope they at least stock toilet paper in the future; seems like the bare minimum effort required.

    Honestly this one is just as bad as Chapel avenue. They rarely give you a full drink. Always so slow because they are so busy. Who in their right mind pays $6 for “room” in their drink?! I want every last ounce and no I don’t want it watered down with extra ice. 😑 I’m honestly done with Starbucks they disappoint me time and time again and I keep thinking next time will be different but it’s not. They don’t have pride in what they put out to their customers. The barista should feel some kind of way setting this out for pick up like oh let me fix that but nope. Get it together I’m just asking for a full drink that I paid full price for!!!!!

    You just have to catch the right shift to get better service. ST: I ordered a Venti coffee with extras and cold foam , or why looked like blended eggs whites. As them to remake came out the same way. Not everyone can make coffee still drank that $7.63.

    the baristas here are always so nice but todays visit really made my day, i decided to treat myself to some caffeine since i can't usually have it and the woman on the register (i believe her name began with a K and she had two cute space buns) was so so sweet, complimented my dress which i was initially so self conscious about since i'm massively pregnant lol, and she was nothing but smiles and politeness 🤗 all of the baristas making drinks were so nice too and working quickly and efficiently with how busy it was inside plus how busy the drive thru was. i hope someone in management sees this and gives them the praise they deserve because they truly are all so nice! also my drink was delicious!! 1000/10 recommend this starbucks. you guys rock 🫶🏻

    Good coffee and snacks. That's not up for discussion. Only getting 4 stars because the wait/parking lot situation is nonsensical. I only do mobile pickup at this place, and even that is hazardous. The people waiting in their vehicles for the drive through take up the whole lot so you can't get into/out of a spot.

    Today Natalie helped me combine all of my gift cards onto my app account which was very helpful and appreciated. She said she doesn't usually work at this store, but Natalie who was working here on 6/5/22 went Above and Beyond! She was great! Excellent customer service! We've been here a few times and everyone is always courteous and kind! Great job at this location! 🙂

    It tastes water down and they didn’t have the supplies to complete my our drinks orders,there customers Service is very poor and needs training. My mom taste like cold milk on ice (she ordered the pink drink with 4 pumps of vanilla

    As a delivery driver it’s really frustrating when you stand where they have label for you to stand , wait to be talked to in anyway like a human, instead you’re ignored then when you ask for your delivery , they stare at you with dead eyes and tell you it’s not ready yet. You don’t have to be rude, I’m aware that the order isn’t in front of me . It’s very easy to say”hey are you picking up/ can I help you?” Not necessary to be rude when I finally say something after waiting to be greeted and treated like I’m a mindless robot. Just because I’m not buying something from you at this very moment , it doesn’t mean I’m not a customer and the experience you give a delivery driver shouldn’t be any different than what/how you would treat a paying customer.

    Absolutely horrible experience this evening. Very rude baristas and a very rude "shift" who obviously wasn't a shift because they couldn't solve my issue. I believe her name tag said "Dana" it's not that hard to make my drink and Adriana has to ask me a million questions about my drink meanwhile the whole time they are laughing and joking around with no care. There is no excuse when I am the only person there to wait 5 minutes for a pour over. They are incredibly simple. This Starbucks is absolutely the worst and to top it off they are all wearing the union pins and just not a good vibe. I would never go here again as you'll probably get food poisoning. I hope this store gets shut down and built into something better because it's a failure of a store and shame on the "shift" there for letting this Dana girl act like the shift. I will be going back to get a refund

    I order from her frequently on the app, my drink is always made correctly and ready when they say it will be. The only issue is the parking lot is too small when they are busy. The drive through line backs up so bad that you can't get into the parking lot to park in a space without waiting in the drive through line and if you do park good luck getting out of that parking spot when you go to leave with all of the drive through cars taking up the entire tight parking lot

    So I go to the drive through at 630am on a Sunday—I am the only person in line. Ask for my normal Venti Dark Roast and told they don’t serve dark roast until 730. Asked for a pour over which is a normal option available at any Starbucks. Was told that “their policy is they don’t do pour overs as they take too long”. I said I would wait for it but they refused to make it. I asked to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager. I asked for her name so that I could call and make a complaint and she she accuses me of wanting to stalk her or possibly become an active shooter. Wow. I have had problems at this location in the past but they always did it. Unbelievable

    LOVE their caprese sandwich. However the ingredients are getting skimpier and skimpier. Sometimes one(1) sliver of tomato or greens. I can't preorder anymore because I usually have to return it and look for one that's satisfactory. There's a fresh bread bakery in my area so I'm going to start making my own. Not worth the Money.

    My usual Starbucks was really busy so I stopped by this store and I'm glad I did. The service was much better and my coffee was amazing. Much better than my regular Starbucks. Roman was the stand out for me, very good service, very sweet and my coffee tasted way better than the same drink I usually get. It's a few miles out of the way but this will be my regular store now.

    Ok…. So where to begin this particular Starbucks coffee shop! Well, I wasn’t expecting to be at this particular Starbucks coffee chain. I normally go to the one located on garden state park in cherry hill. When I ordered the pumpkin spice latte and warm chocolate chip cookie, I got what I received. However that wasn’t the real problem. The real problem was something disturbing I witnessed in front of me! A Starbucks worker picked up a green lid holder which belonged to my beverage and he put it on the holder of my beverage and gave me the beverage. Well… as a customer that in of itself was unsanitary and disgusting! I spoke to the manager of that store and I told him that one of his employees performed that task and I simply was disturbed by it. He apologized and said he will train his employees on how to use an item if that item is dropped by an employee. At the end the manager gave me a brand new pumpkin spice latte no questions asked! All Starbucks employees reading this must understand that training needs to be improved on use of certain items when inserted to an item before handing over to the customer.

    Asked for light ice...they forgot, then tried to hide as they scooped out ice and 1/3 of the latte went with it. Then, they dumped milk on top to refill the cup. They never stirred either of the drinks I ordered. Guess I'll wait until I arrive somewhere that has a spoon/stirrer?? Lazy. Not worth returning.

    Today I stoped by here on my way to Walmart and Roman was the barista who took my order. She was so sweet and helpful! She helped me pick a drink when I was being indecisive and was so kind and patient with me! Loved their energy and the drink they recommended was amazing! Would come back based on their service!

    Giving 5 stars!! The barista that helped me today (Roman) was literally so sexy and I had the best customer experience I've ever had in any Starbucks location! Drink was terrible though- I wish Roman would have made it. I think I'm going to come back later and ask for their number. Wish me luck!

    Purchased coffee/food from this location numerous times and every order has been perfect. Nothing too sweet or too watered down. Drive through does get a little bit busy but worth the wait. Covid precautions have been good as well

    This location is nice for sitting and chatting over a coffee, tea, or specialty drink. There is a small workspace for floating offices. One nice thing is the outdoor seating for days when the weather is just right. They have a smaller selection of food items, but if you like their to go foods, you will find something to fit your palette.

    A medium hot chocolate with a shot of espresso was nearly $5. Who sees this as a problem? My daughter can only have this hot chocolate. Pricing needs to change so others can afford to have a nice cup of coffee.

    Newer store, you would think that they would take care of the place. Not the cleanest please or with the friendliest staff. I tried a few times, but have not yet had a good cup of coffee or pleasing time at this location.
