The products are as described and very fast with shipping. Customer support was very promising, I had to return an item and wait for it to come back. It was a bit of a stretch and made me regret ordering when I had to send my item back but every step of the way they gave updates so that I as a customer don’t feel left out and that’s why I’m giving it 5star. I had ordered an amazing pendant, had it showing that the order was placed for a few days, then the company reached out via text to let me know it was no longer in stock and what could be done next, such as a refund. The refund was processed and back in my account after only a couple of days, that made me very happy to see. Flew into the Boston location to have a custom ring made. Angie was so helpful in the design process and helping pick a stone and setting. I’m so excited to see the final product. I also just got the pair of studs I ordered from them as well and they are GORGEOUS!!! I’ll definitely be coming back for a necklace and a bracelet soon!! Nick was very responsive when dealing with deposits, payments, and shipping details. He went above and beyond. The whole process was a breeze.

I go to the the jewelry spot (previously known as Pawtucket pawn) for all my jewelry needs. Customer service is the best in the jewelry game. They have beautiful jewelry for great prices. And they offer layaway (up to 10 months) which is awesome if you can’t afford to pay for your piece of jewelry up front or just prefer to do layaway! I am an out of town customer, when it’s time to ship me my items they always come the very next day. And I forgot to mention they do custom pieces as well. Anything you need they will take care of you, and you will be a happy returning customer. At least I was! I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I’ve been following The Jewelry Spot for awhile and was a bit skeptical on their products with no website (current in progress to launch soon). But once I laid eyes on a few pieces, I had to ask Shawn a few things. He answered all my questions on the quality and materials they are selling.
