I just left this place and wow I’m glad I took the short drive. Staff friendly and welcoming social and greeting when you walk in. The pizzas were double size for half the price as other places I’ve been. When I walked in they didn’t have a menu on the wall so I thought everything was going to priced insane but I couldn’t have been more wrong. I got a cheese and a pepperoni, they only have cheese slices and they put on toppings for only 25c per. The sauce to cheese ratio was exactly on point, the thinness of the slice yet durable enough to hold its shape when you grab it by both hands because it’s really that big of a slice. I’m just in disbelief this place doesn’t have 1k plus reviews to justify the craftsmanship,(I almost passed up on it because of it) that’s the reason for the lengthy review. Bring your appetites.

I found a used bandaid on my pizza and when I called to complaint the manager said I was lying and that I had no way of proving the bandaid was place on the pizza by them. what?? not only a disgusting health hazard but also rude and disrespectful.

I ordered the spinoccili. Has a lot of potential but could use some work. I feel they went light on the ingredients, especially the ricotta. I also was not a fan of the dough. The team that works there is very friendly though

fantastic place, local vibe, no frills. you want a hearty sub filled with meat, you want a great pizza 'every time' or you want a gigantic slice. This is the place. I recently moved to Medford and have been trying the local places. A tip when moving to a new town, see where the town workers go, they know value and good food. I've seen the tow truck drivers here, I've seen the MPD, Tufts PD etc. My child loves their food as well as I do. Great counter service. And the SLICES are the size of 2 regular slices! Keep Up the great work Pini's!!

Great Pizza. Amazing value and customer service. They only serve the best quality food possible and is made to order. Management is outstanding and very professional. I highly recommend this classic American pizza place.

So my son has basketball practice once a week in Newton. So I’m always hungry while he’s practicing and randomly found “Pini’s” I saw something called “ Double Dough” as an option. I’ve never had this so I figured why not… Long story short my family and everyone that I have sent there ever since it’s totally obsessed with “double dough” it’s almost like warm bread with cheese and sauce. It’s amazing and the staff couldn’t be nicer. I don’t really get on here and write reviews very much but this pizza has definitely made an impact on my family.

Ive been getting pizza here for about 20 years. I would often order slices and eat at the field nearby watching baseball. Their slices were huge and it was just great pizza for not that much money. Got delivery last night. The service is always fast and they have good specials on multiple pizzas. I highly recommend trying their pizza.

This is my favorite pizza 🍕 place. They have the best tasting authentic pizza I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school..well over 20yrs and their recipe has not changed. The people and the service are also top notch.

I had the worst customer service experience with Pini's Pizza tonight. I had an absolute rude and arrogant delivery driver. I called and spoke with a woman who told me she was a a manager. She said, "We shouldn't have ever delivered the pizza to you because you are out of our area." I live in Medford and Pini's is in Medford as well. I have ordered delivery in the past with no issues whatsoever. The manager refused to offer me a coupon for a future purchase as I requested for the aggravation caused. What manager says things like this to an unhappy paying customer?!? How can I not be in their area if I am in Medford and receive email solicitations from them?!? It's really too bad, because they have excellent pizza. However, I don't think anyone wants to be treated like this even for great pizza!

I guess I was just expecting really good pizza but didn’t get that. It was ok pizza. I read that it was thin crust so that’s what made me try it, however it was thin crust but a little doughy. Some people like that, just not me. No impression made.

I just moved here and this is the best pizza I've had in 13 years of living in the Boston area. Straight cheese slice was great, tried some topped slices today and they were great too. Go here.

Prices are a bit high, but they have my favorite thin crust pizza on this particular street. No nonsense staff with rapid service. In and out quickly.

While traveling, we stopped for a 12 inch veggie pizza and ate outside. It was good, The lady that took our order was pleasant. If we find ourselves back in this area, we'd go again.

Pini’s is a local institution. And it has remained so despite so many (nefarious and underhanded) attempts to copy or shut them down. And the main reason is that they’d sliver on the promise of the best pizzas in Greater Boston area constantly and consistently! We have been ordering from here for years now and have never seen that waver. Best pies, sublime cheeses, top class i Freddie Rs and of course the amazing people!

Ever since I moved to Vermont, I've missed Boston pizza and subs. I found them right here in this small shop. I ended up with two huge cheese slices and an Italian cold cut. I ate it all. No regrets. The owner told me to take my time as she delivered a bag for leftovers. Not needed. No regrets. This is pizza that you don't stop eating when you're full. It's that good. And the sub -- perfection.

Best steak and cheese sub around. Only other things I have had are an Italian sub, and pizza. The subs are amazing because let's face it a good sub is all about the bread. The bread at Pini's is amazing, and it's always fresh. The pizza is also delicious. Thin crust Italian style pizza with a perfect sauce to cheese ratio. Very fairly priced for the area. I work nearby and this is our go to spot.

Really good pizza and trust me I know my pizza lol, I did take-out jalapeño and sausage. It was hot and fresh. None of that reheated stuff. I’ve been looking for great pizza since I left New York! Ta da

Best cheese pizza by the slice that I’ve had since my 21st birthday in NYC, and this is just as good. They’ve got the tray of herbs, pepper flakes, legit good shake parm, s&p, and it’s cheap. A+. Waiting for Barstool.

This is my favorite pizza in the area. If your preference is Greek pizza, please know this is Italian-style--and delicious. A large pizza is decently priced and can feed 3-4 people. The Mack Attack pizza is great (big mac) but a quick slice of cheese or pepperoni is also great. I tried the steak and cheese as well and liked it. A lot of the pictures show their old location, with no seating, but there is seating now! Indoor and a couple bistro tables outside.
