They did beautiful work designing and custom making my engagement ring and wedding band. When I wasn’t entirely happy with my wedding band originally, they were more than happy to make adjustments to it and ended up making a whole new ring for me. Their pricing is fair and better than what you can find at online retailers. I will definitely go back to them the next time I need fine jewelry and would recommend them to any friend!

What an incredible experience I had working with Arvik and Zeki at Boston Diamond Studio. I was looking for diamond stud earrings and just stopped into their store on a whim to browse. Zeki was working and greeted me with a warm smile. I fell in love with the first pair Zeki showed me. Feeling hesitant to buy without doing any research (quality, color, size, pricing, etc.) he let me put a deposit down to hold the earrings for a few days. He never pressured me or tried to convince me that I needed to buy right away. After extensive research and shopping around, I ran back to Boston Diamond Studio, since they offered, by far, the best quality merchandise for the best price. Arvik greeted me this time, and she couldn’t have been nicer. I wanted slightly larger sized stones than the original pair I put aside (go big or go home, right?) but they only had one stone available at the store in the size I wanted. The stone was flawless; beautiful cut, clarity, and color. Zeki said he would find another stone identical to the one he had and would set the earrings for me. Less than a week later, I had a gorgeous pair of diamond studs in my ears. The entire process was effortless. The kindness, care and personal touch both Arvik and Zeki had with me made me feel so comfortable and confident I had made the right choice purchasing from them. I cannot stress enough how wonderful my experience with Arvik and Zeki at Boston Diamond Studio has been! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring. They carefully listened to my design ideas for my fiancée's ring, and were able to incorporate many of those ideas into the final design while improving upon them with their years of experience. They were also incredible from a customer service perspective, providing consistent communication and scheduling my visits to the shop outside typical business hours to accommodate COVID concerns at the high-point of the pandemic. They were also very honest, which seems to be a rarity in this industry. They didn't try to up-sell me on diamonds, but instead were practical and told me what was worth spending more money on, vs. what wasn't. Most importantly, my fiancée gets compliments on the ring all the time! We liked out experience so much that we ended up getting our wedding bands from them, as well!

I honestly don’t think I can recommend Arvik and Zeki enough. They guide you through everything and help you think of things you didn’t even know you needed to think about (like how easy is it to clean ring A vs ring B…made a huge difference to us) They completely redesigned my wife’s wedding band and were able to use our diamonds to the new setting. They understood what we were looking for and made it happen! Our jeweler (and now friends) for life!

Zeki Ozcan couldn't have been more helpful during my search for an engagement ring. He and his partner came through in an efficient, informative, and sanitary way (this was peak Covid). I never felt pressured into going with one design/set over another, and the ring I ended up going with is gorgeous (according to my now fiance and all her friends). The quality is excellent and the price is more than fair. I'm recommending him to all my friends when it becomes their turn to pop the question.

Zeki and Arvik designed and made our engagement ring. We had stumbled into their shop without knowing anything about them, but we are so glad that they had encouraged us to come in. Zeki recognized our school ring immediately and asked if we were engineers, after which he really catered to my technical mindset, which meant a lot to me. Arvik in turn was very kind to my no fiance who was quite shy about ring shopping. Both of them were so lovely and kind, and genuinely delighted in our young love. They weren't pushy even when we'd said that we didn't have much time and were just looking, yet they still gave us their full attention. (We stayed in their shop longer than we had planned and were almost late to meet up with our friends) And they helped us out in other ways, too, like stopping me from talking about price in front of my now fiance. That encounter and the diamond Zeki had shown me made such an impression on us that they won me over. My fiance was enchanted by them as well, that I knew I wanted them to design and make our ring. So I wrote them a letter the very next day as I sat in the airport waiting to leave Boston. They made the ring on a very tight schedule (dictated by the next time I'd be in Boston) and followed up with me, excited to hear how our proposal would go. Thank you, Arvik and Zeki!

I hate to write this bad review, the owners really are wonderful people and I enjoyed interacting with them. However, they were not able to create the engagement ring we asked for. We asked for a simple seamless halo, what we received was poor craftmanship (the gaps between the diamond and halo were filled with a random yellowish solder alloy). We have brought this ring back 3 times for them to fix it, but every time it was worse than the last. Not to mention, when we received the ring he made it the completely WRONG size. After the last time we just gave up and brought this to another jeweler to fix. I'm really sad that we spent so much money on a horrible ring. Such an important time in my life was clouded by the terrible experience we had dealing with this. We were 110% scammed.
